They did a great job fixing my screen and replacing my cover on my camera ! Thank you fellas !

Took an Apple Watch in to have the face/screen replaced. The screen was replaced but the watch still didn't work. The owner was respectful and refunded the deposit. Great service, honest with comparable prices. read more

I dropped my s22 ultra and the screen cracked with the lcd out of wack. After going to 4 different spots in the area, this place gave me the best price with Samsung replacement screen. No aftermarket. Jimmy did the work in about an hour and a half. The screen works just like before with no problems. Its been about a week from the repair too. He gives a 30 day guarantee on all repairs. Cash or money order for repairs. read more

I woke up from an unexpected nap to my puppies chewing on my phone and they completely messed up the screen and protective case. Of course when I went to my local phone provider they told me I didn't pay for insurance and so they were trying to upsell me to upgrade my phone. But I didn't want to lose the data I had on my phone so the rep referred me to this spot. I'm so glad she did bc this place was fast and legit! I got my phone back within 30-45min and for less than $100 so all in all that's a win! Now that I know about this place they will be my go-to spot for all my phone repair needs! I also love how convenient their location is. They are literally inbetween so many good restaurants like Paul's Deli, THH banh mi, in the same parking lot as Popeye's. I highly recommend! read more

Have used Xpress over the years... in the past, he fixed broken charger connection on my old S8 and replaced camera lenses on my son's old LG phone. He's helped my friend get back into her locked iPhone as well. In June, my S22 Ultra screen was cracked and then the screen started flickering and went black (despite still being responsive). I got a few quotes from various repair shops for both OEM and aftermarket screen replacement. Jimmy gave me a fair quote: aftermarket old screen $220 vs OEM screen $330, screen protector $20. I chose the aftermarket OLED for $220 because he had it on hand already and I needed my phone working ASAP. He discounted the screen protector to $10, so it cost me $230 total to fix. (Cash only; their credit card machine doesn't work and I don't think they plan to fix it). It takes about 1-2hrs to replace so I went to eat and came back. It was ready in 40 mins. I was pleased and my phone was working again. A month later, the top part of my screen started to flicker and showed signs that the display was starting to go bad again. I came back to Jimmy with the receipt and he honored the warranty and replaced my screen and screen protector again. Took 2 hours and my phone was back to normal again. Jimmy gave a second receipt and said this new replacement screen would have a 30-day warrant as well. That is amazing service and deserves 5! The only caveat is that the screen protector made it hard for my S22 Ultra to recognize my fingerprint. It would occasionally work initially and then stopped recognizing or be able to even capture a new fingerprint at all. I think it was due to the thickness of the screen protector? Later, it seemed whatever glue was used for the screen protector started to melt a little due to the extreme heat wave in CA and the top right corner seemed to bubble. Later my top volume button got stuck and I'm not sure if it was due to the glue seeping or something else. Anyhow, I removed the screen protector and my fingerprint is recognized again... so I would probably skip the screen protector next time. Top volume button still doesn't work, but will use as-is for now and replace later ($60) once I get a new phone and can put this spare in the shop. read more

Jimmy is a very transparent when it comes to pricing and what needs to be fixed. He can usually fix a phone the same day. He offers original parts if you're trying to trade in your phone to apple. I've taken many devices to him and have been offered at the best price ! read more

It was pretty fast and quick and my phone looks brand new after my phone screen was black and broken

The screen replacement was cheap and quick unfortunately the screen stopped working after 3 months and he only offers 30 day warranty.

I do not recommend this place, the old guy who fix my phone he maintain it with a really bad quality screen and took the price really high! I don't rcmd this place, if you think it's close to your place! DONT! Value your money and phone read more

Unfortunately, you won't find out crooked this place is until you leave and already paid. Came in for a screen replacement. As soon as he placed it . It all of a sudden said "no SIM card" He acted like he fixed it, as soon as I left and drove to the freeway, I attempted to make a call from my Bluetooth. It said it again "no SiM reader. I decided to turn my phone off to refresh it. I forgot about even making another call being that I was on the rode. I was out of town up until today not even 48 ours later. Needed to make a call home and not only was I not able to. The volume adjustment wasn't working. Screenshot. Not able to lock or turn off my phone. Also, no internet service. I go back because they give yuh a 30 day " receipt" wish is a total SCAM. They don't honor it. Not even 2 days later. And they wanna charge for everything. A new SIM reader. Power botton and a bunch extra. I said that he knew these were issues and still let me leave like that. He offered to take his screen back and give me someone ELSE's broken screen out of the TRASH that was WORSE than mine that he fixed, and to give me my money back. read more

This man messed up my Daughters iphone! He didnt put her sim card back in so once we got home she couldnt make any calls and her screen had black lines! When I took the phone back the following week he tried to act like he didnt remember us coming in and wouldnt fix the phone because i couldnt find the piece of paper but I already paid him on the original day that he messed up the phone. Plus he smelled like he had been drinking very strong alcohol smell on his breath while talking to me and he was trying to argue with me about a reciept instead of fixing the phone that he messed up! Horrible person! Never go here hes a drunk! read more

Great service here. Jimmy took care of me. My phone had gotten water damage and apple was asking for $500 to replace it! Jimmy got my phone to turn on but it would crash every couple minutes. I luckiily had verizon insurance so i didn't have to pay full price to get it replaced but I really appreciated the time and effort that Jimmy took in trying to remedy my phone. i think he had my phone for close to 3 weeks before calling in quits and he didn't charge me for anything because he couldn't repair it. Sweet and honest man. would definitely recommend to anyone who is having phone issues. I never knew how much I took my phone for granted but living without a phone for 3 weeks is definitely a humbling experience. :P read more

We have been coming here for years now as they are the best cellphone repair place around and have excellent prices and customer service. Highly recommend coming here! I came here for some audio issues that I was having with my iPhone 12 - I could hardly hear the other person on the phone unless it was on speaker. I originally brought my phone to Best Buy Geek Squad where they quoted me $300+ since I don't have AppleCare. The gentleman here fixed my audio issues for much less than that!! read more

These guys are awesome Being the klutz that I am, I've popped in here twice already to repair my broken screen. The first time was for my iphone 4s a long time ago and the second time was for my iphone 6. Both times was great. They have the cheapest price in OC. I know because I call around prior to going. They are also the fastest with repairs. After they fixed my screens you could not tell it had been broken prior. It looks exactly like the original. The guys working here have always been really nice as well. Both times when they gave me an estimate for how long it would take, they have always been accurate. It was $20 to fix my screen for my iphone 4s and $120 for my iphone 6. I will continue to come here because I will likely crack my screen again. #ilivedangerouslywithoutacase They also repair other electronic and sell a variety of products read more

Have been here before with good results. This time had a microphone replaced and these clowns swapped out my factory screen with a less quality screen. I know this because after owning my phone for three years never cracking the the factory screen, after the repair my screen cracked for no reason. Took it to a reputable repair shop to get it fixed and they knew right a way this was not a factory screen. These guys were the only people to work on my phone from when it was brand new. Tell a friend because that is some BS not to mention it cost me money I didn't need to spend. Junk! read more

Jimmy was great here getting a blackberry battery last minute. Price was fair and the turnaround was same day. More like 4 hours. The shop wasn't open at 9:30 as stated. Thus I was late for work and the one star deduction. The phone number on yelp is Jimmy's cell not the store. read more

got some iphone screens repaired from this place, sketchy shop , and what i've noticed is that everytime i got my screen repaired, it was always with some aftermarket cheap screen that always breaks. they take your new and hood cracked iphone screen and fix the glass and probably resells it and fixes phones but yeah, you just get some aftermarket cheap iphone screen so id reccomend not going here and going somewhere else more trusted that won't give you aftermarket shit screens for a premium price. they try to hide the quality of screen by giving you a free crappy glass screen cover as well that reduced the touch and feel of the screen. overall very disappointing from this place. read more

This place is rude as hell. If you want friendly service do not come here. Everything is expensive and they'll rip you off straight up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They're extra rude to Viet people do watch out. read more

Fast, reliable and reasonable price. Happy return customer many times over the years.

Great technicians, great service, great work & great prices! A couple weeks ago, I had my HP 17" laptops keyboard replaced... One place quoted me $140 for the part & install, but Xpress quoted me $60 for part & install. They had to order the part which took 3 days. Laptop was ready on the 4th day & works perfectly! Today, I finally decided to get my iPhone 6's screen replaced. Other places quoted me $85-$120, but Xpress quoted me $80 AND said it would take just 1 hour to replace. I ran a couple errands within the hour and showed up 5 minutes before the hour was up... Phone was finished! And $80 as promised. I thoroughly inspected the phone for any lifts on screen, to see if home button & touch sensor worked, camera (front & back) as well as checking display brightness. Everything checked out, I am very happy! I also paid $10 for a tempered glass screen protector & the guy working (sorry, didn't get a name) cleaned my phone thoroughly & applied it PERFECTLY for me! Thank you, Xpress! Hopefully I don't have to see you again, but if I do... I will be coming to you! read more

I got my IPhone 6 screen replaced today and it's work amazingly. I call the store and meet Jimmy, he explained to me me between an After Market screen or Original screen, which was around 50$ different. I pick the Original one and he replaced for only around 30min, then give me a free screen protector. I compare his price to other stores and he's the lowest. My screen now works perfectly normal and looks just like new. I think he did some cleaning when he replace the screen. Awesome read more

Best prices around and super fast turn around time. I highly recommend this place for your cell phone repair needs. I went directly to the Apple store to get my daughter's iPhone 6 battery replaced. They said it would take 1-2 weeks to get it in and I would have to come back and have it installed at that time. Xpress only charged me $10 more than Apple and did it in 1/2 an hour!! A few months ago, my iPhone 6S Plus got eaten by a dog. :( The screen was not only cracked, but stopped working. Xpress fixed it in an hour's time. AND, the put the tempered glass protector on the face of it for me. I had previously had this done at Best Buy and within a month or so it had air bubbles where it had lifted. My screen from Xpress still looks amazing with no air bubbles at all! read more

I've backed off writing reviews like I did in my "Elite days" but when I come across good service, I like to share it with the community. My iPhone6 had touch disease and one of the ways to temporaril;y fix it is flex the phone a bit and then reopen. Well, I "kung-fu gripped" it and also cracked the screen. What a mess! Jimmy initially thought it may just be the touch screen but it ended up being both the IC chip and the screen. He cut me a break on the labor as he was already knee deep in the phone. $160 got me new IC chip (not a reflow), new touch screen and a tempered glass screen protector. A fair deal as the phone works better than before the IC chip issue. I am with all the good reviews here and say Jimmy is a fair and honest technician. I trust him. -free quote- -next door to THH- read more

Beware of this place, took my friend here to repair his broken iPhone 6S screen, and we were given two options , the OEM screen or a knock off. We chose the original. Right when I received it the screen was having issues , I came back and got it fixed but was a little confused cause it shouldn't have any problems.. A few weeks later the phone starts to fade in color and flicker. The warranty for this place was 30 days and it already past that. I went to a different repair place for me to find out from another repairman that the screen given to me was fake, branded fake apple, and this guy apparently scams with old screens and lies and says it's OEM screens. Never go here, scam business. read more

Great friendly and FAST service. They gave me a really fair deal after I dropped my cell phone into a pool of water. Overall: He said he could repair the phone in 20-40 minutes and ended up taking 24 hours. Lowered his price 5 bucks but I still overpaid by 10. Seems like hes good at what he does though. I read several reviews and called several places to check prices, time/availability of service, and overall distance from my house. I found prices to repair my phone at 50, 55, 60, and 65 dollars (replace a LCD touchscreen on an LG), but only 1 place could do it the same day within 20 minutes, which Jimmy at Xpress said he could do. After being quoted at 65 I reasoned that the extra 15 or so dollars would be worth it as Jimmy could serve me that day. What happened: Dropped my phone off for repair. 20 minutes later I am told and shown that his replacement screen was 'defective' and he would need to now order a new one for the next day. Unfortunately I should have thrown more of a fit at this moment, but I unwittingly assumed he would automatically lower his price for next day service. Ended up still paying 60 - He waived the 5 dollar tax fee. read more

The two gentleman working at this place are geniuses. The prices are also very fair! I was extremely impressed. They helped me with my iphone so now it works with t-mobile. I had my original iPhone repaired here more than 1 month ago. My WiFi wont work no matter what I do. I followed tips from different websites and Apple related forums. My battery was a also a little sucky so I needed to have it replaced. They charged me $90 to have it fixed. It's been more than a month and their warranty on my iPhone has already expired. I've used this iPhone extensively for the whole month and I can say it's all good. The only downside to them is that I called twice before I went to their store. Both times I asked them what kind of battery do they replace my iPhone with and they said it was OEM genuine Apple parts. I asked this question just to try whether they were honest. I expected them to say that they use 3rd party replacement battery which was fine with me. I am aware that Apple doesn't sell these iphone batteries to other businesses. I still went to them even after hearing their answer. After they repaired my iPhone, I asked one of them again personally what kind of battery did they put and finally, they admiited that they replaced it with a 3rd party battery. I would have atleast appreciated if they were honest from the beginning. read more
