I do not recommend this place. There was only one staff working here which is not knowledgeable, not very talkative, and lack a lot of product knowledge! I got an iPhone 15 pro max and since it's been giving me horrible reception bad antenna and I believe this phone is broken or refurbished, never in my life have I encounter a phone with this many issues with bad reception went to the Apple Store and they say it's the phone not the carrier! It's too late to do anything as I didn't purchase insurance!!! I've should've read all the red flags upon entering. Worst Service I've had, period. Jose was assisting us with our order and when it came to the address everything was ok EXCEPT for the apartment number. Our number was not in the system which should have been a red flag, but he told us "Don't worry I'll figure this out". So we assume that he was able to get the right info on it. WRONG. He put our order into the wrong address, which lead to numerous phone calls with technical support, the modem being shipped out to the WRONG ADDRESS and THREE WEEKS WITHOUT SERVICE. All because Jose pushed an order through without confirming the correct address or even going through the right process so we could have internet sooner and billing to the correct address. So after about 30 phone calls with sales and service, we cancelled our "service", how many hoops does somebody have to go through to get internet? So many things i want to talk about regarding this store, I usually don't write reviews unless if i'm very happy with the service! First the location is just so perfect, it's on Brookhurst right next to my work, it takes me less than 5 minutes to get there. Moving on to my experience over there, the staff were taking all the necessary precautions, hand sanitizers, face masks& gloves. They greeted me as i walked in and i didn't wait for a long time, very quick with their service which is something I appreciate because i'm an impatient person lol, even though they're quick but still efficient. I would not recommend this location. It's a very small store, so I was hesitant. Should've trusted my gut, but you never know. Anyway, went to sign up for a new plan. The 1 worker didn't even say anything when I walked in; he was just looking down at his tablet while sitting at a table. My husband was already in there so I asked my husband if he was being helped. He said no and that they were waiting for me. No one else was in the store. I thought, ok... the guy finally looked up and asked for my phone number. He proceeded to enter in the info, but didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing when I asked questions. He was just typing into their website or whatever; Things I seemingly could have just done from home. Towards the end, I tried to make sure we'd get the 20% discount for being internet customers. He kind of stumbled with a response and then asked whose name it is under. It's under mine, not my husband's who the phones were going to be under to get the work discount. Rather than offering to help us switch the name on internet, he just said, well do you want to see how much it would be without the discount? I had enough at that point. Of course I want my 20% off.. it worked out since I wasn't feeling comfortable with his lack of knowledge or friendliness. I'm sure he was trying his best, but with complicated and expensive phone contracts, I look for more from the worker. It took a good amount of time for them to get it fixed over the phone with AT&T support but they were so determined to get it fixed for us even though it took time out of their busy day - and we didn't even buy the phone here! Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great one on one service the first few times I came here -- to set up phone and tablet. Came here today to see if they have accessories for those devices. Store says they open at 10 am. Been waiting 30 minutes, leaving without setting foot inside. Called their number, answering machine picked up. Maybe something did come up -- after all, we're in the middle of a pandemic. Still, I'd appreciate being to get ahold of a live human -- and not have to settle for leaving message on machine...
