Jose, Jose, Jose has the best customer service in town. Solved all my phone problems courteously and in an efficient manner. In other stores I have been treated like a non-entity. He should be promoted, as he was multitasking at the time (he was the only guy in the store) and was still efficient and able to deal with me, and I'm not easy. read more

He did a great job helping me, transferred my information to AT & T . When I came inside spoke very nice and clearly. I asked questions about getting new phone information. Gave me very nice installment price and affordable for monthly payments plan. Last August 29,2025 afternoon time. read more

Jose knows how to do his job well. I Wanted to upgrade my iPhone 11 to 13, walked in on a weekday first thing in the morning, and the service was quick and seamlessly completed, without a hitch. Even after I got confused, due to my lack of technological background, or maybe my not having had caffeine, he helped bring me to understand. Also, I believe his co workers name is William? He was a great help too, making my time there worth the while. Thanks! This will be my go to AT&T. read more

I do not recommend this place. There was only one staff working here which is not knowledgeable, not very talkative, and lack a lot of product knowledge! I got an iPhone 15 pro max and since it's been giving me horrible reception bad antenna and I believe this phone is broken or refurbished, never in my life have I encounter a phone with this many issues with bad reception went to the Apple Store and they say it's the phone not the carrier! It's too late to do anything as I didn't purchase insurance!!! I've should've read all the red flags upon entering. He's nice but just super slow in everything he does and I wanted to run out and cancel everything which I should've!! read more

Worst Service I've had, period. Jose was assisting us with our order and when it came to the address everything was ok EXCEPT for the apartment number. Our number was not in the system which should have been a red flag, but he told us "Don't worry I'll figure this out". So we assume that he was able to get the right info on it. WRONG. He put our order into the wrong address, which lead to numerous phone calls with technical support, the modem being shipped out to the WRONG ADDRESS and THREE WEEKS WITHOUT SERVICE. All because Jose pushed an order through without confirming the correct address or even going through the right process so we could have internet sooner and billing to the correct address. So after about 30 phone calls with sales and service, we cancelled our "service", how many hoops does somebody have to go through to get internet? If I had to sum up my experience with this store in one word, it would be: Ridiculous read more

Jose , William and Tarek went above and beyond to help me switch over from T-Mobile to AT&T. Was able to walk in, port my line over and walk out with a new phone I can truly say that I am happy to be back with a reliable company and services. Customer care here is amazing and will make sure you leave happy. Other stores never called me back the way they promised. I wish local stores follow the way this store and team leads. read more

Check your product that you buy in this store. There are better AT&T store out there this one is not one of them. Check for wear signs specially on the charging port. Went to a different AT&T store and its much better product and better service. read more

So many things i want to talk about regarding this store, I usually don't write reviews unless if i'm very happy with the service! First the location is just so perfect, it's on Brookhurst right next to my work, it takes me less than 5 minutes to get there. Moving on to my experience over there, the staff were taking all the necessary precautions, hand sanitizers, face masks& gloves. They greeted me as i walked in and i didn't wait for a long time, very quick with their service which is something I appreciate because i'm an impatient person lol, even though they're quick but still efficient. Jake was so helpful and friendly, he explained to me everything about the new phones, costs and bill. I will definitely come back to this location if i need anything! Thank you so much! read more

Gracias! read more

We bought a phone online but had trouble activating it so we brought it here. The guys were SO HELPFUL. It took a good amount of time for them to get it fixed over the phone with AT&T support but they were so determined to get it fixed for us even though it took time out of their busy day - and we didn't even buy the phone here! Highly recommend this store to everyone, you won't be disappointed with the high level of service they provide! read more

The gentlemen (Emad, Tarek & Jose) were very knowledgeable and accomodating. I would not recommend this location. It's a very small store, so I was hesitant. Should've trusted my gut, but you never know. Anyway, went to sign up for a new plan. The 1 worker didn't even say anything when I walked in; he was just looking down at his tablet while sitting at a table. My husband was already in there so I asked my husband if he was being helped. He said no and that they were waiting for me. No one else was in the store. I thought, ok... the guy finally looked up and asked for my phone number. He proceeded to enter in the info, but didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing when I asked questions. He was just typing into their website or whatever; Things I seemingly could have just done from home. Towards the end, I tried to make sure we'd get the 20% discount for being internet customers. He kind of stumbled with a response and then asked whose name it is under. It's under mine, not my husband's who the phones were going to be under to get the work discount. Rather than offering to help us switch the name on internet, he just said, well do you want to see how much it would be without the discount? I had enough at that point. Of course I want my 20% off.. it worked out since I wasn't feeling comfortable with his lack of knowledge or friendliness. I'm sure he was trying his best, but with complicated and expensive phone contracts, I look for more from the worker. He seemed simply like he only knew how to follow the prompts on the att app he was using to enter info. read more

After nearly 6 years, my iPhone 8+ was finally starting to deteriorate. I came in to get the new iPhone 13 Pro Max, and left with an amazing experience. William and Jose were able to not only get me a new phone, but was also able to help me trade in my old phone for a major discount! They were even kind enough to put on a new screen protector for me. So kind, considerate, and friendly !!! What stands out here is the customer service every time, I'm always greeted with a smile and someone always answers every time I had to call in or online chat with a rep about my issue. Every single time I'm treated like I'm valued! Whenever I pop in with an issue with my phone or my service someone is there to listen to my concern and do whatever they can to help me. This store puts a lot of focus on customer service and for me that alone means a lot !!! I will continue to come to this store because nowadays that type of treatment is seemingly more rare. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great one on one service the first few times I came here -- to set up phone and tablet. Came here today to see if they have accessories for those devices. Store says they open at 10 am. Been waiting 30 minutes, leaving without setting foot inside. Called their number, answering machine picked up. Maybe something did come up -- after all, we're in the middle of a pandemic. Still, I'd appreciate being to get ahold of a live human -- and not have to settle for leaving message on machine... Ps they called me back and explained what happened. So I came back -- no regrets :). They helped me pick accessories to match new phone and tablet. Great service as ever read more
