Very nice and clean, it does get packed on Sundays but not as bad as Victoria Gardens. Did the Apple Trade In Earth day promo to treat myself for my birthday with new watch bands, all is well. The staff is really nice; and the Apple specialists are friendly. I even bumped into Kimberly who is temporarily working at brea, she's one of the specialists from Victoria Gardens as many of those employees are temporarily working there due to the other store's renovations scaling down the service. They have interactive displays of accessories that the older stores don't have which is really cool. Location wise it is neighboring chino hills so it doesn't seem really far like Victoria Gardens, just a few minutes more than what I would expect.

I arrived…read moreat about 10:30 a.m. and was working with a support tech person until 11:45 a.m. She was friendly and nice and informed me that my phone would be done and ready for pickup at about 1:40 p.m. PST. Okay, cool. No problem. I had brought my laptop with me to work on a few of my class presentations at a coffee shop/bobo cafe inside the mall while waiting. I'm back at the store and check in literally at 1:40 p.m. -ish, explaining to a different Apple Store rep that I was just picking my phone up if it was ready. That guy who I spoke to instructed me to have my ID and payment ready, which I had both physically on hand. 20 minutes go buy. Nothing. Now 30 minutes, I move to a different table because foreseeing that my phone wouldn't be ready in the next 15-20 minutes, and I had to anticipate doing my online class in the store, I moved and informed one other store rep to which she said I could stay where I was seated and she'd let whoever who was going to help me know I was seated at the corner table of the store where the employee entrance off. Now it's 3:00 p.m., and I'm logged on for my 2-hour online class/training. While attending my online class, the very first girl who I checked in upon arriving this morning, Ash, tapped me on my shoulder and asked if I ever got my phone back, wondering why I was still at the store. I explained my story, and she was the ONLY one who literally took action for me. She even shared that she communicated the issue to management, because she knew and acknowledged that I had been done wrong. THANK YOU, ASH!!!!! I eventually got my phone thanks to Ash. Again, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., that's nearly my whole freaking Saturday, and I was tired, highly irritated, agitated, pissed off, and annoyed. Here is why I give this Apple Store 1 star: 1. With the exception of Ash NO ONE bothered to check in with the girl who was sitting in the same freaking spot in their Apple Store for OVER 3 hours, especially the customer service techs who were assigned at that able. Something really should have clocked. 2. NO ONE bothered to look in the online queue of their iPad and be like, "Oh, this girl checked in at 1:45 p.m. (ish). She's still here??? 3. Terrible communication. 4. Incredibly Poor and Horrible Customer Service (exception of Ash and Ashley who assisted after Ash left bc she was off the clock) I'd give this Apple Store zero flippin stars if I could. It takes a lot for me to write a really bad review on here and CONGRATULATIONS, Apple Store in the Brea Mall -- you completely outdid yourselves. Thankfully, this platform has allowed me to vent my anger and frustration in this review, because this is the only outlet i have to share how HORRIBLE this experience has been with a wide audience. Never will I ever go to this store EVER again. Period.

We had to ask what we wanted. He sold us the 256 iPhone 17'Pro Max. We actually wanted the 1TB one. The data transfer was started at the store and continued for 2 hours once we left. It's a good process, more efficient than before. We were offered a $300 discount per trade in and a 24-month payment plan. You can't get the trade in discount if you pay in full. ‍ darn. Overall, not a bad transaction, just need some more information next time from the sales person.

I have to say, after being unsuccessful with T-Mobile's customer service on the phone on two separate occasions, wasting about two hours on the phone, I went to the La Habra location to get help. The salesperson at the LaHabra store told me I needed to upgrade to the plan that was about 100 dollars more than the plan I was on to get trade-in value for my phones. I knew this was not right after researching online, but nevertheless, they still wanted to upsell me. I went to the Brea location for one more attempt at changing plans. I have to admit, I went in a little pissed off about the previous customer service, and I was not in a great mood. I started off by telling John I won't be buying anything today, but just wanted help choosing a plan that was right for me. JOHN grabbed a notepad and went item by item, explaining the differences between plans and phone costs. He was great! I ended up getting a new phone and changing to a better plan that, in the long run, was cheaper than what I was already paying. I was very happy to have received such great customer service from JOHN, when The others had failed. Thank you again, JOHN, for your help! T-Mobile should model their customer service after you.

    Dear neighbors in La Mirada/Whittier and anyone approached by AT&T in your neighborhood,…read more We were recently convinced to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T after being promised that we could move our five lines over and receive new phones at a great rate. Based on those promises, we agreed to switch. At no point during this process were we told that we had only 30 days to turn in our old phones after they were activated. We explained multiple times that we would not be able to return one of the phones until our daughter returned from studying abroad. We activated our phones in January, and when we called last week to request a return box for the old phones, we were suddenly told that the case had been "escalated" and that the 30-day window had expired. We have now spoken to two customer service representatives and visited the store in person. Both told us there was nothing they could do and would not allow us to speak with someone who could actually help. To make matters worse, we have carefully reviewed our contract and nowhere does it state that we had only 30 days to turn in the old phones. AT&T claims they sent us an email about this policy, but neither my husband nor I received one, and we have thoroughly searched both of our inboxes. Today we even went into the store to try to cancel our service because of how frustrating this experience has been. We were then told that we would still be responsible for paying for all five phones and that we would be unable to cancel. This level of customer service is unacceptable. In a time when everything is already so expensive, it is incredibly frustrating when companies do not stand by what they promised. Please be cautious if you are approached to switch services. Our experience with AT&T has been extremely disappointing and I will continue to post to social media regarding AT&T until I am contacted. Day 1

I've bought several phones, changed plans, and they've helped me when my phones have gone caput. Today was no different and my phone wasn't responding after an update. I tried everything at home and stop by seeking professional assistance. I was greeted right away and a friendly employee removed the battery and reinstalled it for me. My phone is back in business. Always a smooth and pleasant visit.
