A few months ago, I purchased a new iPhone from the online Apple store and had a great experience picking it up from the Cerritos Apple store. I'm happy to share that I had an equally great experience picking up a second new iPhone, this time from the Brea Apple store. I ordered a new iPhone 17 for my girlfriend online from the Apple store. The initial rush of purchases after the release of the 17 has subsided, and this time I was able to schedule a pick up the same day from the Brea store which is closest to my home. I arrived at 2pm on Tuesday afternoon, and surprisingly, the store was not very busy at all, even with the mall being busy from Christmas shopping. I already knew to go directly to the order pickup desk. I was greeted by Sabreen who was very friendly and helpful. She scanned my order QR code and had my new phone in hand in only a few minutes. She had me unbox it so she could put on the screen protector for me. I was in and out with another new iPhone in only ten minutes. Again, I had a very positive experience, and would recommend this method of purchasing a new device.

Arriving here when the store opens is different than your usual walk-in experience. The single file line you are in snakes through the store as store associates slowly greet customers and separate them to help them with their experience. I can in to trade my iPhone 13 Mini for a new 17 Pro. It was a very fast trade-in process, taking no more than 20 minutes of my time in there. The store associates were very helpful with questions and are a great resource for learning any new features.

It's organized chaos here- but the store is well maintained and the service staff professional and well trained. Special thanks to Bryant who quickly diagnosed and fixed an iPhone charge issue we were having. Make sure to book your service appointment ahead of time (and also recheck often as last minute appointments do open up).

17 Pro Cosmic Orange 512 GB with screen protector

Shoutout to Derrick/Derek man, I bought an iPhone 17 Pro in Cosmic Orange from Apple Irvine Spectrum and that was a mess. Ended up buying another 17 pro but in Deep blue and Derek helped me out with exchanging the screen protector as well as processing my return for the cosmic orange phone. I was giving him the spiel on how my experience working with the noob at Apple Irvine and even Derek knew that whoever helped me was for sure a new employee or seasonal employee! Anywho, only downside of Apple Brea is that you have to walk through the mall to get there and I very much dislike malls but other than that very helpful :)

Came in today to upgrade my iPhone 13 to the 16. I was expecting a long wait due to Black Friday shopping but I was pleasantly surprised. Walking in the greeted attended to me right away, and I was moved along to a sales associate within a matter of minutes. The person that helped me out moved quickly and was helpful with making sure I had everything I needed. I have come to this store for other upgrades and device purchases and have luckily had very good experiences with staff.

Friendly , Fast, and Reliable Computer Repair!…read more I had such a great experience with CompuTech ! I was referred by a friend a while ago and also occasionally there's a cafe I go to next door. My old Mac Pro laptop seemed like it was at the end of its life, so I remembered them and went to seek some answers. From the moment I came in the CompuTech place , the team was kind, patient, and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my explained everything clearly, and gave me an honest estimate. With all the work and the age of my computer, they offered me an alternative. I ended up buying one of their used laptops ( another similar newer model Mac Pro) that was newer than mine and overall would make better sense as an investment in the end. So they would transfer the data over from my old computer. It was a great deal. What really stood out was how fast they were able to turn it around - they fixed it sooner than expected, saved my data and I was so happy. Just recently after purchasing the laptop from them, I am a teacher with a lot of students & earlier that day I had used the computer but when I got it home it wasn't turning on-there was no power... It was weird! . So, I took it in and they said they would have a look and get back to me since it did not immediately turn on. They quickly got back to me and let me know it was an issue with my mother board, they told the usual fix for this was about $275 but that they would only charge $125 because I had purchased it from them. I thought that was fair. I reached out again a few days later and they said it was more complicated- apparently some liquid had gotten in there and they had more serious repairs to make. Knowing this information really freaked me out because it's my main computer that I use at my office/school/at home. I was very concerned. They took a little more time to repair and I understood why. I was honestly expecting for them to charge me more, but they were kind enough to stand by their original quote. I saw that the time and labor actually was $375 & I was so appreciative of them doing such great service. My computer was back to normal (whew!) and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's rare to find such knowledgeable, caring, thorough yet affordable service these days. I highly recommend Ash & the CompuTech team to anyone needing computer repair or tech help -- you won't be disappointed, it's a hidden gem to keep. Bless you guys & thanks again! I brought my laptop in for repair (power failure) and was initially told by the technician that it…read moreshould be fixed within a week. Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!
