This has nothing to do with employees or customer service-- this is about this service in general. As a current customer I highly recommend to avoid this service. Unfortunately I am stuck paying for the plan because I got a new a brand new iPhone with them before trying out the service with them but I can't stand the reception, you're constantly at two bars unless you're on someone's WiFi, a page takes almost 3 minutes to load and when I try to call them and tell them how unsatisfied I was with the service the only solution was to buy more coverage and WiFi routers. Basically a "pay to play" service. I really regret changing to Verizon. read more

Further, after visiting the cell phone repair shop not associated with Verizon, there are no issues to resolve. Walked in, waited, asked another customer about a waitlist, he said he didn't know; he's just been waiting. Customer service guy comes by to take care of him, I mention a waitlist and was not directed to one so I'm just sitting there, waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And waiting. At one point he came by again and I said I didn't know if the couple there had been there first and they said they were and the guy said not to worry there were other service people around, so I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. The same guy then came by to help a man nearby who DEFINITELY came in well after me. I waited some more. And waited. And waited. Then I just left because I realized how stupid I'd been to sit there waiting that long instead of being more assertive. I was so worried about being polite and not acting like a Karen that I didn't stand up for myself. So, you lost my business for your store, dude. Not that you care. Obviously. Came in last minute to upgrade my son's phone and I thought the camera on my phone was broken but it turned out that the lens protector was only damaged. I was offered an early upgrade but since my phone was actually fine I just ended up getting a new lens protector. My son got a good deal on the new iPhone. Service was fantastic. My phone fell out of my pocket and fell straight flat and broke. I came into Verizon and sales consultant Omar Cortez helped me. I was really upset and he was so nice, honest and really helpful in calling down with amazing customer service. He made this horrible situation into a very smooth situation and was very detail oriented. I'm so thankful he is the person that helped me. Place was smaller than expected and I was disappointed on the selection of phones. Service was good and one of the salesman had to go to another store to pickup the phone I wanted. One of the salesman was very technical astute while the other person was not as strong and frequently had to ask the person for help. Maybe a trainee. I needed help to activate my brand new Galaxy watch after it was delivered by Samsung. The rep was nice and helpful but activated it on a new line saying the other line that my last Samsung watch is on will be cancelled the next billing cycle. Well I've contacted Verizon directly multiple times and yet I am still paying for an extra line that I haven't used in 10 months!! I don't understand how difficult it is to remove an old line!! Be careful they don't convince you to add additional lines when upgrading so that they can reach their quotas on new activation. I was also charged an activation fee at this location and then Verizon charged me an additional activation fee on top of the one I already paid for. read more

This store and more specifically Jeff: a sales associate who works here, showed me for the first time in a while a business and more specifically people who have patience and understanding for a customer much more than just our wallets. I came in an hour before closing for a phone upgrade. I went to two other stores who both would not allow me to upgrade my phone due to not being manager of my account even thought I'm on the account. So as a last ditch effort this store was my final chance. When I got to the store there were two customers in front of me, and a single worker scrambling around to help everyone in the store. For the last hour of the stores open time, Jeff worked his butt off helping everyone currently in the store and the 3 other customers including myself who came in after me, with a smile on his face and a caring and apologetic tone in his voice. No problem was an issue. Not even language barriers or misunderstanding from older customers who don't understand technology. One customer came in looking to change SIM cards who barely spoke English. Despite that Jeff did everything he could to help this customer, even going as far as not letting this customer pay more than needed to fix the problem and offering him a better solution. One customer was in the store before me transferring data from one phone to another. The data transfer couldn't be complete because they didn't have enough iCloud storage. Instead of Jeff telling this customer that this isn't a problem for Verizon i.e apple problem. He figured out how to help this customer transfer his data while Simultaneously helping me and one more customer. By the end of it I got my phone upgrade and my data transferred before close as well as Jeff making sure I didn't need to spend more money than necessary with hidden fees and such. Jeff was amazing and deserves much more from his management seeing as he had to work the whole shift by himself. Lastly I want to point out that while waiting patiently I asked Jeff why there wasn't anyone else working with him and he explained the situation to me but more specifically when I made the statement to him " it must be frustrating having to deal with all these customers by yourself" he didn't agree and complain that he had to serve people by himself. He was upset because in his own words " there were customers who came in that we didn't get to help" &" it was all business that was lost for the company, for the TEAM". Management give this man much more because he deserves it. read more

Wow! A friend of mine had told me to come by this store because they were under new management and I'm so happy I did. I normally go to the corporate store on Imperial by Trader Joe's but they're always so busy and has a hard time even acknowledging me when I walk in. But, because they're a corporate store, I'm just comfortable going there. Any who, they greeted me at the front door as soon as I walked in, made me feel welcomed and got right into business. I knew I was paying more than I should have been & that was one of the first things they covered with me, that I was overpaying on my unlimited and that they could switch me to a newer, better plan. All in all, they gave me the same data plan but updated with a military discount($15 savings btw!!!), updated my phone & my iPad they gave me $100 off with $100 in free accessories! I paid no more than $200 out the door & saved $10 on my bill. Great, honest Verizon guys here representing Verizon. Really appreciate the honesty and integrity. Keep it up. read more
