Kiki and Kim are amazing! Kiki changed the battery to my truck and was super helpful! Thank you!!! I appreciate your help!

Normally I prefer o'reily over autozone but most of the staff here are rude and not helpful including store manager. I came in for some headlights and I asked about their warranty & replacements for headlights. They advised me that I was able to get one replacement but most likely I had blown fuse or electrical was bad. Check the fuses and electrical and they all working condition. The light bulbs sold at oreily are cheaply manufactured and only last 3 months. I switched over to LED and haven't had any problems. read more

This O'Reilly Auto Parts store is only a few blocks from my home and is usually my go to place for things I may need for my girlfriends car and for my previous car. They have a big parking lot out front, and whenever I come here, there is usually at least one car with the hood up and somebody fixing something. They have great hours from 7:30am to 9:00pm seven days a week and their early opening time really helped me out today. My girlfriend was set to leave at 9am this morning for a road trip and we discovered the night before that her car was very low on oil. I arrived at O'Reilly shortly after they opened at 7:30am to purchase motor oil. I was going to pick up a few quarts of oil and one extra just to have on hand. Shout out to Rick who mentioned that for only four dollars more, I could purchase a large five quart bottle and have even more extra oil on hand. I really appreciated that since her car burns a ton of oil. If you shop here a lot, be sure to give them your phone number to create a rewards account. You will receive cash rewards once you hit certain spending thresholds. They also have their own branded products which can be significantly less expensive then the brand names. I purchased their brand of Dexos1 certified synthetic 5W-30 oil and it was $7 to $10 less expensive than the big name brands. Today, I was one of those guys in the parking lot with the hood up and topping off the motor oil. Thanks O'Reilly! read more

Abdul came in clutch for me this morning!! I came in needing my battery checked because the night prior my car was starting kinda funny, & in the morning it was completely dead. I came in & told him exactly what happened, & he was able to test my battery & confirmed that it failed the test (d'oh!) & needed to be replaced. Together we were able to choose the right one to fit the needs of my car & my budget. Abdul also installed it for me without a hitch. I felt like I didn't need to worry about a thing & that it was quite a simple task even though it was early in the morning. He really made sure that my questions were answered & that I felt secure in knowing everything would work out alright. He was knowledgeable, kind, & very helpful. Thank you so much, Abdul!!! read more

Staff really knows their inventory and comfortable making products suggestions and giving pros and cons; love it!

I have been coming here for at least the last 5 years anytime I need something for my car and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. The last few times I went it I was helped by Derek who is very helpful. I've even in the past had an employee come out to my car and change my brake light for free after I bought the light from them. They always have what I need and can find it for me at a decent price. I appreciate the location as it's close to home and work. Thank you O'Reillys! read more

This place is awesome! Had 2 cars with dead batteries and a check engine light. Amaan went above and beyond in helping us replace 2 car batteries and checked our car with a scanner to diagnose the problem and helped us replace the O2 sensor by providing the right tools and information. Had a great experience, thanks again Amaan! read more

This O'Reilly location used to be great with helpful customer service. All the good reviews with helpful service? No longer applicable because according to the manager, Jessica, they no longer work there. Need helpful service? Go to O'Reilly in Placencia (Imperial Hwy) Today, I walked in and there were no customers and three employees. I wanted to buy pair of Windshield wipers. O'Reilly always helps with the installation but today it wasn't the case because it was 'too hard' for Jessica Diaz - she was on the phone so my guess she didn't want to. Also, Jessica is the manager of the store and installing a windshield wiper is too hard? If your manager can't install, then why advertise "Free Installation"? Add to that, she didn't even see the vehicle, how would she know it is hard? read more

Shout out to Ethan, helped me get the right parts. This store is far superior to the other local o'reilly with customer service. Even though it's farther from my home I will be using this one now. Thanks read more

Kyle is a beast! He gave excellent customer service and helped repair my car. My left rear blinking light has been out, and I have been stressing to finding a place to do the installation of the bulb because my car has a bunch of panels to take off. Every business quoted over $100 for the repair. I went into O'Reilly to buy a replacement bulb, and Kyle asked if he could look at it. I pulled up my car to the side of O'Reilly, and in 15 minutes, he replaced the bulb. He came in clutch, give this man a raise! read more

Been here a few times for various necessities for cleaning and maintaining cars. Unfortunately, the items I'm looking for are almost always out of stock, which can be rather frustrating! It seems like they keep very low to minimal inventory of most of their SKUs, so it might be best to call ahead if you're looking for something in particular, especially if it's more specialized. On another note, beware if you return something you bought from another location with different tax rates, as I returned a completely new and unopened item from another nearby location with the original receipt - and they shorted me on the tax, due to being in Fullerton vs. Placentia (the latter has a slightly higher tax rate). It wasn't a huge amount, but it's the principle that is kind of annoying, considering most big retailers are aware of this and will normally refund you exactly what you originally paid - even if you're returning in a neighboring city. read more

I went earlier today and I believe Rick helped me out and was super helpful with checking my car's check engine light. thanks for the help!

O'Reilly's The employees at the O'Reilly's on Yorba Linda Blvd. were more than amazing, they were a blessing! Our serpentine belt busted on the freeway, 4 hours away from home, and they helped us as soon as we got there. Kayla and Ethan both managed to assist us while STILL making sure other customers were equally taken care of. When the tool we got seemed too long, Ethan immediately found a tool that fit and made the job easy for us to do in the parking lot. My wife was not well and Kayla made sure to give her a seat where she could cool down and wait (since the auto garage next door was closing). They both continued to check on us to make sure we didn't need anything else for the car. We come up here every couple months and THIS is where we know we will feel safe coming to and will let friends know to stop at this spot. Taking care of customers is good business, and most businesses have lost that. Good job Kayla and Ethan for remembering that!! read more

Had an amazing experience. Ethan helped us out and was great. Super helpful and super kind.

Great service and helpful advice. The employees were engaged and answered my questions. I'll come here again .

Honestly never disappointed when I come here. Today Anthony helped me with the corrosion on my battery. He was very meticulous and took his time to check my battery, starter, and alternative. Was very thorough and seemed very well versed with cars. He helped eased my anxiety of having to get another battery (at least for the time being). I really appreciate how much effort and patient you were. Would definitely come again. Very kind and caring guy! read more

I came in with a issue that was causing me from serious anxiety, and John was so patient and helpful, and I simply can't thank him enough. Even watching the interactions of the employees with their customers, it seemed that they know their customers and their products. I used to patronize a certain other auto parts store, after one coming here for an issue a few years ago, I will never go anywhere else. read more

Thank you Teo for the tail light replacement bulbs! If it weren't for you I would have picked up a brake light bulb instead of a tail light. You saved me a trip back to your shop and looking like a fool! See you when the next bulb goes out on me! read more

The guy at the counter was a tool I went in for wiper blades, the guy looked up my truck then showed me some #s and told me what aisle. There was no one else in the store at the time. I let him know I don't know about this stuff but he was to busy playing on his phone. Needless to say I left there very bothered with no wiper blades. Thanks to Jiffy Lube on Yorba Linda for totally booking me up with wiper blades and an oil change read more

They really need to work on their customer service. My alternator stopped working and they gave me recommendations on the different types of alternators compatible with my car. I didn't want to buy the wrong one so I ending up buying 2 alternators with the intention of returning the one I didn't need. My dad is a mechanic so I brought it back to him and he realized that I needed an extra part with the alternator. I went back to buy it and return one of the alternators, but Robert (assistant manager) started raising his voice and was visibly frustrated as he told me both alternators I bought were wrong. There was no need to start getting mad at me when they're the ones who recommended and sold me 2 wrong alternators. Robert seemed to have a short temper and would barely let me talk before pointing at someone else to come deal with the situation and walking away. The next guy helping was a bit better, but did he really have to say "you better not get the alternators dirty because we're not gonna accept it then." Obviously I'm going to bring it back in the best condition I can and that comment was kind of uncalled for. I left feeling pretty terrible and will not be coming back to this location. read more

Jan Bribed Me trying to lower the price on something to give him a 5 star review on yelp! O'Reilly Auto Parts on Yorba Linda Blvd is always amazingly helpful. Everyone that works here are very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager David. I'm truly thankful and blessed for the HIGH standards on customer service. read more

This is a two part review. This Kragen is next door to an Allens Tires, but they work together more or less. I got my car jumped and at the suggestion of the Tow guy headed down here. I grabbed the first employee I could find and asked if he could help me. I know ZERO about cars, the dude could've sold me whatever he wanted and changed an arm and a leg and I wouldn't have known any better. Lucky for me he was super helpful and got me the battery I needed for 70$ , which i hear is pretty standard. He didn't charge me the 10$ disposal fee, whether that is standard procedure or " cute young girl " discount I can't say. They were super helpful and seem to have everything you need plus a fix it place next door. A+ read more

LOVE THIS PLACE !! Can't say enough great things about David the manager and his team! He went out of his way to replace a difficult low beam headlight bulb! Highly recommend this store as I have had great service many times over the years here! read more

I come here pretty often to get parts/fluids/accessories for my motorcycle and truck. This is my favorite auto parts store as they almost always have what I need, plenty of stock to chose from, and some of the best prices on the market for quality items. Customer service gets an A+ as well as the employees are always helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Caesar (the current manager) is almost always there, making sure every customer is happy. I think that is top notch service right there. I have no problem with any of the other big name auto parts stores, but the convenience and excellent service provided at this O'Reillys leads me to not need to go anywhere else. read more

AMAZING STAFF, GREAT PRICES! Thought this was a full service auto store (oil change, tires etc) turns out it's just a retail store, but the employees are still very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in for a new battery and Jon installed it for me free of installation charge and in a timely manner. I was impressed that he could do it although it was dark outside. Another employee, Santos, was very friendly and made me feel welcome while I waited. The staff doesn't pressure you to buy something you don't need or pay more which was a nice change. This store has everything there is to offer for vehicles of all sizes whether you're looking for a cosmetic or internal fix. There is also a warranty in case anything goes wrong with the part you purchased. I will definitely return here for any auto care needs. Thank you Jon!!! read more

This is my go-to auto parts store! Their customer service far exceeds any other chain I have been in by far! If they don't have something, they will offer to order it for you. Last week I went in to buy a sun shade for my new car and there were several choices of varying shapes and sizes on the shelf. Without me even asking, the manager suggested that I take them out to my car and try them on for size to find the best one. Very trusting of him and I really appreciated his faith in me. Took 3 shades to my car out in the parking lot, found the best one, and that is just one example of why I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. read more
