Very disappointing experience -- I would not recommend this location. My husband went in with a Groupon voucher that was supposed to be usable for an oil change. When the voucher didn't work, the employee offered to price match it, so my husband agreed. During the process, my husband was simply trying to give the employee a heads-up that Groupon was giving him issues because the voucher had already been viewed. Instead of being helpful, the employee became defensive and repeatedly told him to take it up with Groupon and that they weren't responsible for refunds. My husband wasn't blaming them or asking them for a refund--he was simply trying to explain the situation. Then came the biggest issue: the employee quoted $91 for the price match, even though the Groupon my husband purchased was $64. Only afterward did he explain that the price match was based on the store's Groupon price rather than what my husband actually paid. That should have been explained before agreeing to the price match. It felt misleading and left my husband feeling like he had been taken advantage of. On top of that, the customer service and communication were extremely poor. Even when my husband first drove up, no one clearly directed him where to go. He waited for someone to guide him, then had to reverse and go back to the first lane. We understand that Groupon has its own policies and that this location isn't responsible for Groupon refunds. The issue was the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the attitude shown toward the customer. There are plenty of other Valvoline locations. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This was definitely not a hassle-free experience. read more

Trash, they lie behind truths... lie about one thing then use the fine print when its too late and crooks... respectfully. I been to many of these valvoline express oil changes and i never ever had people act like these guys. If i could warn everyone to avoid them i would. To take my time to make this review is the most annoying thing but they earned it every single step of the way. I got a voucher for a different location they said they could use it. So i open it, it didnt work. Then on the app it says hassle free return, he mentions that and says they can just price match me if i still want to do it. I hesitated but im an easy going guy i went along with it. Now groupon is giving me a hassle since i viewed the voucher. So i tell the guy just so you know they are giving me a hassle for future reference with the next customers, he immideatly gets defensive and his only response is, pick it up with groupon we are not responsible for their refunds, which is understandable but im just giving them a heads up, and he repeated that line like 6 times. You can hear in his voice he is getting a bit hostile im like buddy im not mad im just trying to help you out. God forbid i can just save my groupon for next change its ok. I let it go and stop. Then he shows me my filthy filter and says its clean and puts it back lol. Then the price match comes, he says its $91, and im like how, my groupon was $64. Then all of a sudden he says no its based off our store groupon price not what you paid, im like why didnt you just say that from the beginning why are you snaking and trying to play me, now im mad, i wasnt before even though he sounded shady. Then he makes me pay it and hides the rest of the time on the other side. Honestly never expected to be hustled today. But they got me good. Even when i drove up it was shady, usually they direct you which lane to go to, they watch me drive up slowly and didnt say anything im waiting for one to come out or point, then i gotta reverse and go back to the first lane. I pulled up, waited about 15 minutes before I was called to pull into the bay. Told them I needed 0/20w blend formula oil and they said they only had it in full synthetic, but none in the blend formula. Ugh. Okay, I needed the oil changed and told them to go ahead with the full synthetic oil. Well, after they changed the oil, they told me the price was $158 for 6.5 quarts of oil and the oil filter. I was a bit shocked but had a coupon. The coupon brought it down to $133 and they gave me a coupon for a free carwash down the street. I never used the car wash coupon, it expired in a week, so I didn't get to use it. Still expensive but the job was done, done correctly and glad it was. The employees were nice and professional. It took a total of about 30 minutes from when I pulled up to when I left. read more

Took my work truck here and was helped by Paul and the crew. Paul was really nice, efficient and answered any questions I had. I didn't have too many questions since he pretty much presented all of the info to me in a quick but understandable matter and explained everything thoroughly as well, using the IPad and his computer screen. The lady helping below the vehicle was fast and the guy that showed me the oil at the end was on top of it and called out all these commands while still working away. It really did take 15 minutes to get in and out of there. Would come back again for an oil change! I did try calling another tire and auto service repair center that most of my coworkers use, before I came here, but the last place didn't answer the phone! read more

These place is a deserted, I only came by to certification for California. I've been to other branches and there always car getting serviced but here not even fly spots by. The service was mediocre, a bunch of kids run the place. The lobby area is horrible dirty floors, sticky seats, no a/c nor a fan in the lobby/waiting area, and the restroom was filthy. I even had to ask for a receipt since they didn't bother providing one after the service was done. read more

My experience was full service, with the attendants checking my tire pressure and oiling my vehicle. All of them were very professional and made me want to come again for another oil change. I took my son's car to this place for an oil change. I usually take my car to Valvoline, but in other cities, not here, but he works in this area so I thought it would try it. I know how it works. I've been Valvoline oil changes before they greeted me pulled me into the bay and then started their procedures. Everything went pretty normal checking my lights back in front then asking me what kind of oil I wanted. Everything went fine until in the middle. I noticed they didn't check the the air pressure in my tires at all and this is something they do at the other places. Also, they said they checked my fluids, but I didn't see him doing that usually they take out my air cleaner and show it to me at the other places, they didn't do that either just to show me whether it was dirty or not or recommend another one. They didn't do that. everything went forward usually Valvoline suggest recommended items for your car based on the mileage they really didn't do that. This really had me kind of thinking. Of course the price was the same as the other places, but I don't think they were affiliated with this one, I showed him a coupon they say we don't take that one, but they did give me the amount off that I had. They took out my oil then put new oil in which was normal then showed me the dipstick, then asked me if I need to have my sensor reset which they did, though it took a few minutes and a couple of guys to do it overall, I didn't get my moneys worth as I would've at the other places. I think they cut corners here and I'm really not happy about that after I left I went to the gas station, and I noticed that one of the tires was low on air. They have green. Valve stand covers on them so I was wondering I've never seen those green things on there before so I went back to the Valvoline place and ask him. Can you check the front right tire? It seems a little low. He says well we can't put regular air because your tires were filled up with nitrogen and we don't have that here I would have to go to Costco to get it so overall I'm not happy with this place and I will not go back all I can say is beware they're not all the same read more
