Their prices are some of the best in town, and they've always been honest with me. They never try to charge for services that aren't needed or work they didn't do. Unfortunately, people are often quick to leave a review when they're upset, but not enough people take the time to share their positive experiences. I felt it was important to do so because businesses like this deserve recognition for their honesty and great service.

Keep in mind this was just over an hour before they closed. Within half an hour, the problem had been diagnosed and fixed, and I was on my way. I was hoping it just needed a Freon recharge. After checking the A/C system, Frank confirmed that the Freon was just low and everything else looked good. Luckily, her older car uses the newer, less expensive Freon. I just hung out while he recharged the system, and it was ready to go about 20 minutes later. The cost was only $150, money well spent to get ice cold air conditioning back. The most recent visit was to troubleshoot a service error code and ABS and brake warning lights. I was hoping this would just be a sensor on one of the wheels, but Frank said it looked like the main ABS ECU unit was faulty. Given the potential cost of the repair, it didn't make sense given the value of the car. I appreciated his honest opinion. He said there was no charge, but I still tipped him for his time because he always takes great care of me. I have tried a few other shops in the area over the years, and had initial good experiences. However, they all eventually gave me an estimate I knew as wrong, or didn't do work they said they did. I've been going to Frank ever since, and trust him 100%. If you need a top notch mechanic, Frank is your guy!

I typically get the "ultimate" which used to be like $35 and now it's $60. It gets run through the wash and they wipe it all down and then vacuum and wipe everything on the inside. It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. Also said I needed an oil change and spark plugs. Got Alternator done at Firestone and everything was good. Drove straight to Jiffy Lube for oil change and spark plugs. They eventually called me outside to tell me that they did the oil change, but then they did the spark plugs and now the car was making a loud repetitive knocking noise. The first employee asked what I wanted to do, and asked if I wanted them to put the old spark plugs back. I was still in shock and then the manager came over (bald guy). He explained the noise again and I asked if they put the old plugs back will it stop. Manager guy says they dont even know if they're usable because they have been disposed of and contaminated now, but like, the first employee suggested it to begin with? Then he was like "we're gonna have to move your car to the other bay because we're busy right now." So more waiting, and they tell me that the car will need to be towed out. Like what? What the heck is going on? So now I'm waiting for the tow truck, and another employee (younger) comes over to me to apologize and try to explain different scenarios as to what the problem is. But it was grasping at straws. It could be this, it could be that. But at the end of the day, something happened in that Jiffy Lube bay. I left Firestone and easily drove over to Jiffy Lube with a quiet, working engine. And somewhere in whatever Jiffy Lube did to it, my engine became undrivable. After nearly 4 hours at Jiffy Lube, the tow truck finally arrived and we towed it straight back to Firestone. They're still doing the diagnostic and its looking like an engine swap is going to be needed now, but they also asked what the heck did Jiffy Lube do because when the car left Firestone that morning it was fine, and now 5 hours later after Jiffy Lube did something it was not fine. Oh, and Jiffy Lube charged me for their labor that occured while they were 'working' on the car. I'm still waiting on official diagnostic tests but next step will contacting the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair.

I have a Chevrolet Bolt EUV with a set of tires that practically nobody makes anymore, and one of them had started leaking air. I was worried I was in for an expensive replacement. I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They could have easily sold me a new tire, especially since my tires are difficult to find, but instead they fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. From now on, Tire Outlet will be the only place I take my car for tire service. They specialize exclusively in tires (so you don't have to wait while a car gets another type of lengthy repair or maintenance), know their products inside and out, have an impressive inventory, provide incredibly fast service, and, most importantly, treat their customers with honesty, care, and respect. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

My previous go-to mechanic tripped me with a quote of $575 for the valve gasket cover replacement (I assumed they meant the entire thing, not the rubber seal). So I went to this place due to reasonable prices. Their labor prices are also more competitive. The only downsize is that they don't do appointment. Otherwise; so far so good.

Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

I've been to a few jiffy lube locations in the L.A area but none of them come close to the quality service and car knowledge I received from the staff like this location in Anaheim. The employee who seemed to be running the show at this location is a 5 Star MVP and absolutely knows his stuff. Andy took the time to explain my vehicles current status in detail and had an abundance of beneficial recommendations and suggestions that were not the typical upsell you get in most similar situations. Because of Andy and the rest of the staffs diligence and quality service, I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone I know. On my gosh. Just found this place and love it. I've been to valvoline centers and other jiffy lubes in the area but let me tell you. If you have a chance to get to this particular one. Do so I highly recommend it. The staff is fantastic. Especially Nathan. What a find. Courteous helpful patient. He took the time to explain to me what was needed. And what wasn't. Took my car to get an oil change. There was no wait time. Andy gave me all the information I needed to now and with in 20 min I was all done! Super friendly and they are being extremely careful with COVID-19! This Jiffy Lube is my go-to spot for oil changes, and they're seriously awesome. So, I hit this dip thinking there was water in my car - turns out, something got loose. So they labeled the service as a "TPMS stem kit, tire repair, and balance with flat repair" and charged for it. Obviously the rep was lying. Confirmed no TPMS was replaced. The rep even said if I wanted a new TPMS, they would do it at no additional cost. I drove the car in with a small leak from a nail. He said it's $40 flat fee to remove a nail from the tire. 1 star because it was done quickly.

Their prices are some of the best in town, and they've always been honest with me. They never try to charge for services that aren't needed or work they didn't do.
