Nice service, today I had a visit and the guy was so kind and helpful didn't ask his name but he was there around 2:40 and he speak Spanish so that is so helpful read more

This review is for your employee named Ivan! I stopped by immediately after getting the oil change icon on my dashboard. Ivan set me up with the QR code self-check in and in doing so, I was offered a discount on one of the services I was getting (woohoo!) I requested a quick inspection and Ivan and his team worked quick and efficiently to get me on my way. I waited maybe 20 mins tops! The online check in is a cool idea because now I know of the smaller services offered and it's easy to add them to your total package. Everyone was kind and professional so stop by! read more

Date & Time of Service: September 10, 2025 - 2:30 PM I don't usually write reviews, but the team at Jiffy Lube deserves a standing ovation . I came in for my Lyft/Uber inspection, and from the second I pulled in, I was greeted like family. The staff was not only professional, but genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. They walked me through everything step by step, got me in and out quickly, and still took the time to answer all my questions with a smile. You can tell they actually care about people, not just cars. If you need an inspection, oil change, or ANY service, do yourself a favor and go here. This crew sets the standard for professionalism and customer service. 10/10, highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Anaheim, California

The other jiffy lube place farther down Lincoln Ave put in rotten stinky wiper fluid in & it smelled like rotten eggs I had them empty it and put new fluid & yet again it left streaks like oil or grease on windshield and the wiper fluid once again was horrible. I explained all this to the new Jiffy Lube place and they were absolutely amazing Tony fixed the problem he drained it filled it and drained it again and put nice new wiper fluid in. No more streaks no more nasty smells no more greasiness. I waited with Marie in their Lobby nice and cold air conditioning nice cold water nice clean restrooms. Didn't charge me for wiper fluid either. I was at my wits end with other jiffy lube place !! Thank you so very much to Tony and the guys for helping me out, for now on this my go to oil change place I even saved it my Yelp too. Thank you Thank you Thank you read more

Don was great! Just got an oil change and he was thorough and honest! Great price as well.

I rarely leave reviews, but Don's customer service was so good I just had to leave a review! He was extremely thorough while explaining what my car needed, and what each specific signal on my dashboard meant. I don't know too much about cars, but Don was really patient and helped me understand what I needed to get done in order to keep my car in good shape. By far the best car maintenance experience I've had so far! read more

I got to the shop a little before they opened for the day. Once they opened i was greeted and they checked the made sure they had the filler and the did The oil change was done quickly and they made sure my vehicle stayed clean . My Bronco has a skid plate so it took a little longer. They made sure to put all bolts back on The price was what I've been paying. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - The bays - Auto Repair Near Me - Anaheim, California

I came here from Utah for vacation and stopped here because we had an oil leak on our drive out. Ivan was SUPER helpful and checked everything out found the leak and readjusted the issue at no charge. Saved me from having to purchase an oil change and make my vacation even more expensive which was very kind and considerate. Everyone was super friendly and this was honestly one of the best car trouble experiences I've ever had. 10/10 staff with positive attitudes. Come here if you live here or even if you don't. They will genuinely help you. read more

These guys are always quick and efficient. They're pretty nice, too. (I had a fun conversation about the World Cup with a couple of the workers.) They changed my oil and did a great inspection. They offered to rotate my tires since that is good practice every few thousand miles or so, but once they determined my rear wheels were a different size than my front wheels (due to a replacement some time back at the dealership), they said they could not do it. Fair enough. They also changed my cabin air filters, which were definitely due. Great job all around. I would highly recommend this place for your auto service maintenance needs. read more

The oil change was simple enough and they were a personable staff. My problem, I got into my car and the radio station was changed with oily marks on the knob and on the clock. Dark marks on the outside of my door didn't help. We go to shops to get our cars taken care of not dirtied up. read more

I called the same day I was wanting an oil change and they were amazing with communicating clear expectations of getting my services completed given their current availability. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and it was a very reasonable price compared to if I were to do it myself. Highly recommend checking out this place if you are in need of getting your car serviced! read more

Great service every time I visit this location. I was in and out in under 25 mins. Friendly staff and used a coupon.

I've been here 2 times, both for oil changes and the first time was awesome. The guys were super helpful and kind. I don't know anything about cars besides how to dive them so I always appreciate when they give me tips and things about my car. Well this last time there was a female, I'm not sure if she's new or what but she was very rude to me. She called to tell me that I needed all 4 tires replaced and laughed at me when I asked for her to repeat what she just said, it made me feel stupid which is crazy because I'm paying for the service? It's not like she's doing me a favor. So yeah i won't be returning and it's unfortunate because my previous experience was so nice...... customer service goes a loonnnggg way. I don't think it's funny I didn't know I needed my tires replaced, it's actually kinda dangerous ? read more

It's not the Jiffy like hurry up and we'll get you out of here. These guys take their time and do it right. Vacuum your carpets and wash your windows. Five guys to one car checking tires, changing oil and filter making sure all fluids are right before you leave. Clean waiting room if you need to do your work. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! DAMAGED VEHICLE HORRIBLE SERVICE MANAGER DIDNT FOLLOW THROUGH ON HIS WORD RUDE STAFF My husband brought his WORK TRUCK in the get an oil change about a month ago. Staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE the entire time. My husband asked questions about oil types that were best for his vehicle and the response n faces the kid was making were so UNCALLED FOR. We get the truck back and they left a COMPLETE MESS! Dirt and grease all over the place and the paper and plastic shit. We left it alone n just agreed to NEVER GO BACK!!! This oil change took place about a month ago and the oil is already running dark. We go to change oil and THEY STRIPPED THE BOLT and by the looks of the oil they never even changed it. My husband calls in n gets transferred to the "manager" he tells him to go in and they would service the truck for free. We took it. We get there and the "manager" basically tells him no that it's not stripped here a couple bolts. We're gonna loosen it and you can go get you oil changed somewhere else. We are NOT the people to be leaving reviews like this but we're hard workers and these so called EXPERTS are out here doing this collecting a check and messing with people cars with obviously no concern for customer service or being profesional WHATS SO EVER !! read more

I always go here for oil change and tire rotation -- great quality and fast service. The manager and staff are also nice. It also helps that they have special price offers and coupons The only thing I wish is that they could be helpful to women asking assistance with their tire pressure. I've been turned away twice here when I asked for help. read more

This is my second time at this Jiffy Lube and service remains consistently excellent. I was greeted by Israel and let him know I was there for an oil change. he escorted me to the waiting area (which has the AC on blast thank goodness!) after checking my car, he came back and went over oil they will be using and asked if I wanted any additional services done. I had completely forgotten that my brake lights were out. They reminded me and I had them add to the service. The wait was not long. I'm here on a Sunday at 12:30pm and there was only one car ahead of me. I'm waiting until service is done so I can post the total wait time. Left at 12:51 Total wait time: 21 mins Oh don't forget to Google for coupons! I was able to save $20! :) read more

Came to this Jiffy Lube location about 2 weeks ago and was surprised at how great my experience was. Usually when I go to any other location for an oil change I'm met with subpar customer service and long wait times. However, this time the staff was very welcoming and everything was handled quick and efficiently! The person I mainly spoke to, (I believe was his name David), was super helpful and amicable, definitely made my experience a pleasant one. :) read more

Tony and his staff do an amazing job at this location. I went to get a Radiator Flush and also had a couple of car questions and one was asking if my car was safe to drive to Northern California with this damage I had on my bumper. They zip tied the damage for completely free! and then offered me helpful advice moving forward. Definitely will be coming back here for every oil change and more. Whole thing took 35 mins! Great Job to Tony and his staff. Give that man a raise! read more

This is my go to Jiffy Lube and I can honestly say I feel like I get good service here. I went to get my oil changed, tire rotation and a headlight replaced. I know I can go to Auto-Zone and buy the headlight and replace it myself, but some things you pay for the convenience of not having to so you can't be upset at the price. The workers are super helpful and give great customer service every time I have come. They are pretty quick, about 20 minutes and they have A/C, water and a TV in their small waiting room. I don't know everything about cars, but I know enough and I don't ever feel like I'm being scammed into something I don't need. There are also coupons available online to drop the price a bit which is helpful. Israel and his team were great and I look forward to continuing to bring my car here for service. read more

I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and was greeted by Service Member Israel who greeted me promptly and professionally. He asked which service my appointment was for and explained what was to be done and how long it would take. He asked his colleague to escort me to the waiting room where he later went over what my oil level actually looked like and what he recommended. We were over options without pressure and decided on the best one. Affordable pricing. Quick service. Very good customer service, this is my new multi service spot for my Kia. read more

On a roadtrip and realized I was overdue to some basic maintenance. Their standard oil change covered my needs and they were quick and efficient. This also included air pressure and a fluid check. The staff was friendly and the waiting room had wifi and air conditioning. Note a discount for checking in on yelp! Also note, the standard pricing is for 5 quarts of oil. Mine took more and I suspect that this is a common situation. They did bring this up on the phone when I called for an appt and in person when we did the paperwork, which included a revised cost estimate that proved to be accurate. Nothing of concern, just be aware. read more

Great customer service. Friendly staff ! The staff worked quickly. It was very convenient. Thank you staff you made it easy for me.

We didn't need an oil change, we needed help and Jiffy Lube was here for us! Ivan was awesome, I would recommend him and this location any day! Our radiator blew on the 57 fwy, on a hot summer afternoon and my family of three was lucky enough to pull into Ivan's Jiffy Lube. While they couldn't fix it, they gave is safe shelter in their air conditioned lobby, offered us water and chairs, and kindness while we waited 90 minutes for AAA to come get the car. What a truly nice man...I'll trust him with our oil changes from here on out! read more
