I came to Jiffy Lube on a Sunday to get an oil change. It is located in the Home Depot Shopping Center and it is fairly simple to get your car serviced because it's a drive up service setup which I like. I was instructed to park my car at one of the stalls and leave my key inside. I was greeted by a technician. She took down mileage and discussed the three oil change packages they have. I chose the synthetic oil for my car which was $135. It includes changing the oil and filter, plus a multi-point inspection which entails checking and topping-off of vital fluids (like coolant, power steering, transmission), tire pressure adjustment, inspection of belts/hoses/lights, and complimentary services like cleaning your windshield and vacuuming interior floors. I think it was well worth the price. My oil change was done in 30 minutes which is awesome! They even have women technicians which is rare. It was nice to see. I will definitely be back. read more

Do not come here... I came for an oil change and 4500 miles later my car is BONE DRY, not even just that it had carbon build up. Not only that when I went in to ask why that happened that said it was because I don't buy premium synthetic. Mind you I get regular synthetic. Not only did I have to get another oil change from them I had to buy a flush additive to get rid of that carbon that they left in the first oil change. I've been doing my own oil changes for 5 years and not once have I ever been bone dry even stretching a car to 7000 miles before replacing. Place is very unprofessional and honestly sick of the lack of accountability they took for this could've really damaged my car. read more

Fantastic service on a Sunday. Christopher was right there as soon as I pulled into the lot. The entire crew kept me informed of the progress. I went in for an oil change but they checked the other fluids and added some coolant. They also inspected my air filter and put a clean new one in. It was a great experience. Why would you try and upsell things that aren't true? Stated my brake fluid is low, which is an indicator that my brakes are going bad. I asked if they filled it up, and they said no. -My brakes and roaters were just replaced 3 months ago. I went ahead and checked the fluid well its at max level. Picture attached below. Stated my engine air filter is extremely dirty, and they recommend I replace my filter. -well clearly, they didn't look because I have a K&N filter that is spotless. Picture attached below. And they placed the next oil change sticker on my window, which mileage states 56,190. Um my truck has 117,846 And lastly thanks for getting oil all over the engine bay. read more

Have used this location several times and quality has really gone downhill. Pricing is higher than other locations and wait times can be one hour to two hours. Overall not courteous and often close early, I arrived 40 minutes before closing with no cars in the bay and they said I would have to come back a different day because they wanted to go home. I've been taking my cars here for years and never had a reason to question them, until recently. My turbo went out and I had my car taken to the dealer. The dealer said there was sludge and the failure was due to improper maintenance. I showed them my service history with regular maintenance from Jiffy Lube. After that was repaired it was also discovered that I needed four new tires. My tires were balding and it looked like they had never been rotated (also something I was taking the car to Jiffy Lube for). Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. The treatment I received here was deplorable. I stopped in for a simple oil change. A few days later my garage floor was covered in oil. I took my car to a mechanic, turns out Jiffy Lube did not tighten my oil plug. I returned to this location to make them aware of this and to request a refund only to receive the worst customer service ever. Miguel literally laughed in my face. He offered no solution, no reconciliation and not even an apology. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was not in, I could not have his number and could only try calling the store. I have left messages for the manager, Abraham who has never returned my call. Abraham and his team basically saved me and my car yesterday. What started off as a routine oil change, resulted in 4 additional hours of working under the hood of my Avalon. Abraham and his team had to move some things around, but discovered that my radiator was cracked, and I was one bad pothole away from shaking something loose and well... it would have been bad. Abraham recommended a fabulous coffee shop across the street, and then welcomed me back twice, to show me what was wrong, and then show me how they were going to fix it. As a young woman, I can't emphasize how AMAZING it was to talk with this team. I am hesitant to listen sometimes, as many other auto shops have tried to sell me things I don't need, but Abraham and is team just wanted to explain how essential this work was, in order to keep me safe, and my car on the road I will be coming back, and recommending this place to my girl friends, for a high quality, honest service Thank you guys!! read more

Said OK to the tire rotation of when they finished the vehicle, I left to go pick up wife at the airport. On the freeway the car was pulling very hard to the right. Took the car back to Jiffy Lube next day. They said my car needs an alignment due to worn tires. I recommend you inquire about the shape of your tires before doing a rotation to avoid this problem. Talk about absolutely missing the mark. The tiny girl child (Kristina?) at the front desk has the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a lube place. The yelp page advertises a discount, but instead of trying to help me understand the discount she talked down to me condescendingly and stared at me while blinking. Punk kid. The coupons that are on their yelp page were added by the business owner, she doesn't seem to have the business owners reputation on her mind. What a waste of time, I've brought several vehicles in here before, and never been treated like this. I don't know who this little brat thinks she should absolutely not be face-to-face with customers, she's lucky to even have a job. 2 days ago Jiffy Lube deliberately destroyed my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change during an inspection there were oil leaks and damages to my vehicle from previous oil changes from accessing the oil pan and not securing the cap properly. Rather than inform me of the oil change issues, Jiffy Lube decided to do an oil change differently by suctioning the oil from the top of the oil tank and showed me a memo from a general manager dated August 2024 not to change the oil on certain vehicle years 2005-2022 due to previous known negligence of Jiffy Lube services that damaged these named vehicles. Jiffy Lube trainee also added additional oil to my vehicle stating that the filter saturated 1/2 quart. The trainee also added coolant to the reservoir when the radiator fluid was possibly empty. When I drove off Jiffy Lube lot, immediately I needed a jump start because the vehicle turned off. After getting a jump start, a few minutes later the car started smoking. The temperature gage was all the way up at H level. I called Jiffy Lube to inform them, Kat said she was coming to help me. She put the phone on hold so long, I had to call her back. She said she was sending Abraham Manager instead. Finally when Abraham showed up he tried to cover his tracks by taking pictures of the oil dip stick, radiator, milage etc. What Kat or her trainees should have done prior. Abraham tried to convince me that because he has cameras everywhere at Jiffy Lube he can assure me his technicians, trainees and Kat did nothing wrong. He said he would ask another mechanic shop nearby where the car ran hot, if they would give me a discount. He denied the claim in an email, even though, I never completed a claim form. Most real mechanics would not service a vehicle if the inspection showed there was an oil leak or any prior damages to the area needing service. Nothing is right with what Jiffy Lube did to my vehicle and Jiffy Lube is liable. The owner replied to this review asking for my email, phone number, availability information, but never contacted me. The only thing that changed is the supervisor Cathy, AKA Cat and her trainees were spoken about differently. Jiffy Lube is pretending to be something that they are not. Not trustworthy, not concerned, not polite and definitely not accountable, but I win! read more
