So I saw this ad on Facebook for Just Tires Orange. Mark Hartley, the new manager was introducing himself, telling people he is making this shop amazing and people should visit for any car service needs. So I did a bit of research and decided I will go for an oil change and a possible breaks repair. Went out of my way and called on Friday to make an appointment/reservation for Monday morning at 9am. Planned my whole day around it and made sure I will arrive on time. When I came to the shop it was dead, no one working and the front desk person told me there is no reservation in the system for 9am. I showed him my call history, and he confirmed that was their number I called on Friday. He told me there might be a mechanic coming in the near future and I am allowed to stay and wait if he shows up. I turned around, and went to Valvoline, my usual 15min oil change spot. Absolute trash, awful experience. Extremely unprofessional, will tell everyone to avoid this place. Wasted time and energy, my bad to even try to give this place a chance . Showed up here at 5:50pm. Hours said close at 7pm. The counter man tells me he probably can't do it. He asks another guy and confirms no. Problem I had was, there was not a single car in the bay nor were there customers in the lobby. Had he said I have no oil guy, I may have understood, but he said I don't think we can get to it cause his closing guy was quit, but why originally tell me he's not sure if he can get to it w/ over hour to go and Again no cars in the bay. He then says would you like an appt for next Saturday? What?... no thank you. I would've driven elsewhere had I thought an hour and 10 mins wasn't enough time. Always incredible service! We have been taking our cars to this location for years. Most recently, we had to replace the shocks on our Denali. The dealership quoted us an insane price. My vehicle was pulling right when I'm driving. Decided to get it checked out here. The manager Thuan, I think that was his name, was very quick and helpful to get my vehicle to serviced. The technician was very informative and figured out the alignment was off but the pull was coming from the tires. I got a flat today and it just happened to be right next to Just Tires. Those guys did amazing, one man working the front came across the street to inspect my car and helped us get it to their building. We were there for just about 40 minutes and they were finished. I knew that I needed four new tires but hadn't taken time to look around. Then I got two flat tires and decided to go to Just Tires as they had sold me tires back in 2018. My husband called ahead to make sure they had tires in stock and AJ told him they did and would wait for me. Tow truck brought the car in and two hours later, I had four new tires. In the meantime, AJ was kind enough to keep me informed of their progress and time frame. I also asked AJ some questions about a couple of other issues I knew was needed and asked him verify that this was true. He came back in and was able to visually demonstrate the necessity of those services. He said they could do it and quoted ne a fair price. He did not pressure me or try to upsell which I very much appreciated. I went back the following week and had those services completed, and again, AJ kept me informed of their progress while I waited. All in all, I am very happy with them and sure appreciate the concern and care that AJ took about my service. My husband and I will certainly use them again! read more

Horrible srvc from Mngr Ian/"top mechanic". Charged $2234 for tires, rotors, new breaks, etc. Car pulled to left/right. Returned and Mngr Ian said I needed new axle, control arms, etc for $3100. Car still squeaked & pulled to left/rt. Took car to my mechanic. My front suspension had been left loose causing my car to malfunction. Mngr Ian & mechanic sabotaged my vehicle to keep me coming back for repairs. I could have gotten into a serious accident. I will never do business with them again. read more

MY MEDICATION WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT AT THIS LOCATION !!! My meds were locked up in my glove compartment, I had a nail in my tire so I went to get it patched. Was there for about 2 hours, services were completed, I got into my car went to unlock my glove compartment to put my receipt in there ( I keep all car paperwork in there ) didn't see my meds at first I moved some things around and found them in the back I pulled them out all BUT 12 pills were in the bottle! Naturally I'm livid I talk to manager who was no help I asked if there allowed to go inside a locked glove compartment with out permission he explained they "always ask the customer " yet not a single person asked me. They confirmed with who was working on my car that it was in fact locked. I asked for corporate # they said " google it " I asked for them to review cameras, "oh we don't have cameras" what business in 2025 doesn't have cameras. Outside of them being thieves they are putting my health at risk I'll never go back to any Just Tires and I will be taking further action read more

I was in a few days ago to get some tires installed. I usually use the mobile installer, but decided to have them installed locally instead. Tires were purchased from Goodyear online and I chose this location for installation. I was charged $120 for mount/balance from Goodyear. Arrived for my appointment, the employee at the counter could not figure out how to process my sale. That's ok, you gotta learn sometime. Once this was figured out, they got on my install immediately. They were not busy. Took about 1 hr for the install. Employee from above comes in and tells me my alignment is out, I ask how much, he says about $160. Sorry, but if you are gonna try to sell me a service, I suggest you have the exact number. I passed on it. Upon completion, the same employee above was finishing my paperwork. I asked specifically what they set my tire pressures to. He said he didn't know. It was not listed on my paperwork. He goes outside to ask the tech and comes back and states they aired them to 60 psi. I asked specifically because my truck requires 55f/45r. He goes back out again and comes back in quickly stating they put in the pressures I mentioned. I took his word for it. I also had to point out that they only installed 2 of the 4 valve caps. On the way home the TPMS finally calibrated....58f/50r. Worst part is when I got home I started looking over the tires. As you can see from the pics below, they left the rims filthy. Shoe prints on my black rims. the lube they use to mount the tires was all over the rims. You cannot take the time to wipe the rim down? Now I am left to clean them. Hint: the mobile installers I have used have all taken care to wipe them down after mount and balance. I think I'll be going elsewhere next time. read more

This place has been my "go to" for three of my vehicles. I'm very old school and religious with my oil changes at 3K miles interval; which makes my visit to this establishment quite frequent. First of, I want to acknowledge one particular auto technician/ mechanic, Lalo, for taking care of my all my Hondas. I can appreciate the honest recommendations he suggests. Other technicians from other establishments will not pull the air filter out, shine a flash light through it to assess whether the air filter has still some life to it or replacement is needed. He simply did that for my Honda Pilot. That goes the same for my brake pads, Lalo showed me how much life my brake pads have, gives his honest assessment and will not just try to make a "sale." Further more, I had purchased 2 sets of tires for my Honda Pilot and Honda Civic here. They specialize in Good Year tires, which in my opinion, are great and comparable to Michelins; that I previously get from Costco. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Again, Lalo went above and beyond even after the free alignment checks. He printed the necessary parts I need to correct camber on both of my cars, thus making it easier for me to look up the parts online or in store (Autozone). I want to give kudos to Adrian Sanchez in the front desk as well for always taking care of my work orders and invoice. I have no complaints with the excellent customer service he provides. Because there's always room for improvement, my only bone to pick is the slow software system. If Just Tires can improve the speed of checking out, the excellent customer service they already provide, will far more be superior. Thanks Just Tires. read more

Over the many years of driving I have gone to multiple tire shops for a nail in my tire and most of them don't charge and if they do it's no more than $10-$15......at this place we told them we have a nail in the tire and they happily took back the car....not once did the guy tell us that a patch in the tire was going to be $33...if he did I would have told him that we were going to go somewhere else!! I purchased my tires a week prior to installation. I scheduled an install date and time. I was told it would take an hour. The day I arrived for my install I was told it would take 1 hour to an hour and a half. It ended up taking 3 hours to install my tires. Not worth the wait. Happy and friendly.. they took down my information. I got a cup of coffee, and to be quite honest I feel pretty good, just relaxing now I don't have to worry about getting scammed or anything like that. The management team hear the employees all are well above excellent and they give you a sense of safety and confidence that you're well taken care of. But in today's world where most people are really selfish as a company they are not. Got an oil change nearby and was advised I had 2 nails in 2 different tires and tread uneven, or so I was told. Went to two tire shops to get pricing and see if they can be patched. First place Just Tires kid says park car and someone in the office can assist. I walk in, and no one is there, waited....waited...walk back out. There are only 2 staff members. 1 sitting on the ground on their phones 1 can not even check my tires to see what I needed. Zero customers or cars in any of the bay areas. Didn't offer to assess and see what I needed while I wait for someone to return from lunch. Apparently, they have to wait until this person returns to assist customers. 2nd place American Tire said they don't have enough staffing but was very polite and attentive to those he was already helping. Offered I could drop off the car. Ordinarily, it would be fine but low staff on a Sunday where I thought most working M-F folks would be getting cars worked on, couldn't stay. Then Discount tires!!!! Kevin!! 1 nail, not 2, tread is not uneven and is good. 1 nail, not all the way through. Checked my air once more, and all is good. Called in and asked if they had my tires. They assured me that they did and to come in. Drove all the way there and the guy told me to just sit tight for 45 mins and that they had my tires. Guy comes in 30 mins later to tell me they don't have my tires... so they have to bring them in from a different store. He tells me it's down the street it'll take 20 mins. So I wait. And wait. And wait. No updates. I ask what's taking so long after waiting 2 HOURS. He says he will call the guy picking up the tires and will let me know. He still doesn't let me know. No updates. This place is so unorganized and the guy in the front is so inexperienced, I should've left but made a big mistake waiting. Waste of time, unreliable and unprofessional. Please do not give these guys your money they do not deserve it. I am writing this review at the 2:30 hr mark of waiting, when I specifically told him from the beginning if he can do my tires in a quick manner. TLDR: he promised me he had my tires and it would only take 45 mins. I'm at 2 hours and a half of waiting with no updates. UNPROFESSIONAL. If you like your time wasted and these crooks trying to upsale you to buy expensive tires without even giving you option for the cheaper ones, come here. I called a few days ago and asked if they work on Tesla's and how much for a tire rotation. They said yes and its $10 per tire. I took it down today and the guy stared at my car for awhile and said, "I can do it for $25 a tire." I told him I was quoted $10 per tire a few days prior. He said "yeah but its a Tesla." I told him that was know when I got the quote. He said "sorry man its $25 a tire". I went down a few driveways to American Tire Depot. If I could do zero stars I would. Called the day before was told to come in at 8am and it would only be 20 mins. Mind you, I'm getting a Turo Checklist done, not a tire change or break pads. I come in wait an hour a half. My truck is still sitting in the same spot. I ask the first guy when will it be taking back - he moves it to the back parking lot. Okay have to ask Johnny twice how much longer because he doesn't ask the mechanic the first time, he says " I can't give you a time frame." Comes back, "it's going to be an hour and a half." I have a baby with me which is why I made the appointment. How do you go from 20 mins to 3 hours? No one said it was first come first served. Multiple people are there at 8am to get serviced maybe take the person who only needs a check list signed off. Completely unorganized and don't know how to honor what they say. I was then told to make an appointment online. No one said I needed to book something online when I called. I was given an appointment verbally on the phone call. Most of these reviews have to be done by the staff that work here, because there is no way they should have anything above a 2 star rating. Just like most people I am always on a time crunch and my time is very valuable. I needed to get an inspection on my vehicle and was told a specific time to do that and over an hour later after my "appointment" time my vehicle was not even close to being seen and the staff was extremely incompetent and offered no help! I really hope future customers see this review and just look for somewhere else to go! American tire depot and many others are right down the street from this sad excuse of a business. Staff need to be re-trained on customer service and basic policy and procedures of the company they work for. read more

I waited almost 4 hours!!!!!! For one tire to be changed. ONE TIRE. Worst part is my car was done and waiting for me for about 2 hours but I waited almost an extra 2 hours because the front desk employees couldn't figure out the system to cash me out. About 2 HOURS just waiting to PAY. I had so many errands to run that day and wasted 4 hours for one simple tire change. Not even all four tires, ONE tire. and it was only FOR ME! I saw everyone else walk in, get their car serviced, cashed out and walk out. Are you kidding me?! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I understand pos updates can be a hassle but it was user error at this point, front desk did not know what they were doing - or even capable of the job alone. Not to mention when I first arrived and let them know why I was there, one of the two front desk guys was extremely rude and talking down to me. Why? Because I'm young and female? I was firm with him and he backed off. He did not talk like that to all the other older male customers who walked in. Afterwards, the second associate - "the nice one" - came to help me. Little did I know this same individual was going to be the one to cost me almost 4 hours that Saturday. I don't know the names of the employees but for management purposes: this took place on Saturday February 26th between 12:40pm - 4:30pm. I have no complaints about the Mechanics. John and Humberto did a good job from what I can tell, the one star is for them. I will say, management gave me a discount for the circumstance which is absolutely appreciated, however time is something you can't get back. My family and I have been coming here for years but idk anymore. They're just as upset as I am. read more

Did not have as pleasant of an experience here as all the five-star reviewers who suspiciously seemed to create an account JUST to give this place five stars. At least their name fits - this place DOES sell tires, but just that - no customer service whatsoever. I called ahead and spoke to Noel to ask about getting the air checked/tire life looked at for my tires. He said it wasn't an issue and to stop by. When I got here, I went inside, spoke to Noel again, who told me to pull up to the middle bay and I'd be taken care of. Apparently what goes on INSIDE the store is not relayed to the staffers in the service bay, because one of the guys working there gestured me to park in a lot instead. I explained that Noel told me to pull up to the middle bay and the guy just shrugged and said to park in the lot and he'll let me know when I can pull up to get my tires checked. I pulled to a empty lot and waited patiently... until I noticed some guy in a Lexus who pulled into the lot (was not a waiting customer), and right up the bay. The same service tech that told me to park came over to the Lexus guy, they had a brief discussion and the tech started checking that guy's tires and put air in. Needless to say I was a bit peeved. While waiting in the parking lot, I checked Yelp for other nearby tire servicing centers and found Big O' Tires down the street. Called them, had a similar conversation and the guy on the phone told me it'd be no issue. Big O' Tires was a few minutes away (off Katella/N. Tustin/55) and when I pulled in, the guys there took care of me no problem. Just Tires lost a customer. Whether it's communication between the shop and the servicing bay that needs work, when you consider that there are a lot of tire retailers out there - prices and promos only go so far - it's customer service that makes a lasting impression and through my unpleasant experience here today, I hope that people think twice before they stop by here. read more

Best service ive received at a just tires and ive been to 4 in the area. This isnt the closest one to me but ill make the push over here confident that ill get the work done right with the best service. I read a lot of the bad reviews here and I believe its due to old management. Went in to replace my tire after finding a nail. They ordered my tire and it arrived at the store the next day (dont get foreign tires) Customer Service: Jason (manager) is the perfect example of a professional and took care of all the paperwork and ordering my tire responsibly. He took the time to give me calls to update on the progress of everything from the beginning of paperwork all the way to when my vehicle was finished. He goes above and beyond for his customers and sets the bar high. Car service: The team collectively did a outstanding job on my car. The work will take a while so be ready to either kick it at the shop to watch tv or find a place to eat nearby to kill time. I ran errands during the wait and just waited for them to call. My Car was constantly veering to the right so asked for complimentary alignment check. They saw my alignment was off so i opted to get it fixed and everything's straight now. Other times at other shops ive payed for the service and the issue wasnt fixed. They did the alignment correct here and I was satisfied with the outcome. Summary: If youre looking for a just tires or tire shop in general. Go to this one and firsthand i can guarantee youll be satisfied. They get an A+ from me.
