Until now, I trusted your team fully. When my Subaru reached 25,000 miles, I specifically asked your manager whether your team could provide the same level of service as a dealer, including identifying issues like system alerts and recalls. I was assured--emphatically--that you could. That assurance proved untrue. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and asked that someone look at the Subaru EyeSight system warning, which directed me to consult the manual for a reset. The service technician was disengaged from the start. When I followed up later, I was told the car was done and was given a tire recommendation--nothing about the issue I had asked about. Only after I pressed again did he respond, first saying they "cleaned the windshield," then admitting they had not checked the manual at all. When I tried to clarify, his tone became condescending and dismissive. Ultimately, I was told there was no master technician available and they couldn't help me--delivered with attitude and no ownership. When I arrived, there was no acknowledgment of the poor experience, no apology, and no effort to make it right. After nearly three decades and likely over $40,000 spent at this location, this level of service is unacceptable. What concerns me most is not just the missed diagnosis--but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect. I expect this to be taken seriously. I started to bring my car and my clients cars to Firestone simply for the reason that they're work is "guaranteed" (supposedly) I did appreciate that they would get the job done quickly I did 95% of whatever recommendations they had for my car As my goal is to keep my car in tip top shape and running for a long time. I took my car to get work done at their recommendation and less than a month later my engine is frozen They were the ones to open up my engine in the first place to do whatever it is they did. After that they quoted my 10,000 for a new engine. I trusted them way too much at this point. They took no responsibility at all. FIRESTONE IS THE BEST! I took my jeep in because it wouldn't start. Of course, Ivan, Alfredo, Austin were absolutely professional and super polite. I was completely surprised when I got my Jeep back . The issues of it not starting was fixed. But, for the past 6 months my A/C and Climate Control buttons have been flashing non-stop. I took it to the dealership to get it fixed and they said it couldn't be done. Low and behold! TLDR they bait and switch on quotes I broke a single lug stud on my wheel assembly trying to swap one of my fully deflated tires to a spare. I dropped off my car with Austin at ~3PM on Monday 3/10 who quoted me $90 to $100 to repair one broken lug stud for about ~2 hours of work. He said that if they needed to fix more studs that it could be more expensive. The next morning on Tuesday 3/11, I received a call from Alex saying that they would fix the one stud for $350. When I told him that Austin told me it was $90, he told me he had to check with Austin who wasn't working that day. Alex called me back and confirmed that while Austin quoted me $90, he made a mistake and they would not provide the service for the agreed upon fee. While I fully understand that quotes can change based on differences in estimated work, the problem and the amount of work didn't change talking to two different people and wasted my time. read more

This time a gentlemen named Miguel and and George immediately diagnosed my issue and was able to get my car into service within 10 minutes of arrival. These guys at Firestone are best in class and I have earned my business for life as long as people like Miguel , George , Sebastian and Ivan work there. I had a flat out of the blue. Of course it was on a day that I really needed the car. I dropped it off without an appointment. They got the tire fixed in time for me to get to my doctor's appointment. The price seemed high a first but considering that I had two nails and that they tested and rebalanced the wheel, it was reasonable. They do a lot more professional job than the local gas station. My break was making a squeaking sound when my car approaching a stop sign or a red light. I took it to Firestone complete auto care and had new break rotors and pads installed. They did a great job with my car and Ivan was so nice and helpful. He showed me my old rotors and pads with defects and that's why they made the squeaky sound. They were able to get my car done in a few hours and I picked it up the same day. Their price was very reasonable, a lot less expensive than a toyota dealership would charge me, and I had a great experience with them. Very disappointed. I set an appointment for 11am, checked in, told there was only 1 car ahead, that we can wait inside, and it shouldn't be too long. It is now 1:08 pm and they're barley finishing. This appointment was to fix the headlights which wouldn't have taken too long. The reason to setting an appointment is to be attended and serviced at the time scheduled, I understand sometimes there might be cars ahead. But over 2 hours to get service with an appointment is unacceptable. To top it off the service was finished within 15 mins so we don't understand how this could've happened or why they couldn't stick to our appointment time. Finally leaving now at 1:26pm. read more

Extra Efforts & Communications Thanks to Ivan & his team for properly diagnosing AND finding a solution to repair our car. Initial car scan said overheating and misfiring (no cost for quick review - thanks) Full diagnosis a day later resulted in the heater hose assembly having to be replaced that was causing overheating. After calling over 10+ locations for very specific part, Ivan found the part from a dealership in Oxnard and also had his connections deliver it to Orange the next day. Outstanding efforts! Been coming here since the week they opened. Recently noticed my car was scrapping coming out of driveways and finally looked and the undercarriage cover is being held on by a zip tie. I haven't taken my car anywhere else since my last oil change in May of this year. Very disappointed that they damaged it and decided not to tell & just covered it up by placing a zip which after a few months started to fail and caused it to drag down. Definitely will be finding new place to service mine & my wife's car. I would highly suggest avoiding this place especially after I've been coming here for years & have spent thousands of dollars on different services and they decide to cover up a damage they made while servicing my car on a $525 visit that'll cost me $500+ to fix. read more

What ever you do, do not send your daughters to this place alone. My daughter had a blow out on the 241 Toll Roads and had a tow truck drop her car off at this Firestone because it was the closest place. My daughter decided to replace all 4 tires, which is fine, and decided to do an oil change, which is fine. Here is the problem, I took her to pick up her car and discovered they charged her $1, 400.00 for everything. I bought 4 good tires for my Kia Optima at a different business and paid $750.00 Her tires were not that special. Shame on you Firestone. read more

I had a great experience. Felt like I was taken care of and never taken advantage of. They carefully explained what needed to do and what I should do. Came in as quoted with no surprises. They did find a surprise, photographed it and documented it ... but didn't repair it, upcharge me, but told me to go back to the dealer, because it was an expensive repair and under the drivetrain warrantee. Dropped my truck off a couple minutes after they opened for an oil change and was told it would be ready at 10. I was told they wanted to do an inspection at 60k miles, which they always try and tell me I'm due for some big service . None the less, they said it would be ready for pick up at 10! I call at 10:15 and they proceed to tell me they haven't even done the oil change and it won't be ready until 12. Main & Auto Care always has me in and out in 45 mins max. Dropped truck off for tires to be installed which were delivered by simple tire. Got a call an hour later saying asking if my truck had issues as it wasn't starting. They said they can fix my battery for like $79.99. I asked the polite gentlemen if they pushed the clutch in when they tried to start it as it's a manual transmission. They said oh, let us go look. I'm sorry but if you do not know a truck is a stick shift that's a red flag. Also they filled my tires up randomly with "guessing" the tire pressure. One tire 49 psi (2 from MAX!!!), one tire at 30 psi, one at 37 and one at 41.... What a joke. You'd think a tire shop knows better. Came in about 3 weeks ago because of a puncture. They were able to help me fix it. They assessed my tires and was advised that at least two times needs replacement ASAP into which I agree. I was told that they'll have tires on sale in a few weeks so I was advised to wait if I can. I planned to comeback for new tires because I had a pleasant interaction during my visit. Came in yesterday to have two new tires and a wheel alignment. The turn around time was good. They were able to replace the tires and performed a wheel alignment within reasonable time. After getting home, I looked at the invoice and the alignment data that was provided(attached). According to the data, the ones in the red are out of specifications while the green ones are within specifications. There are a few reds and it shows that these aren't fixed. There were some adjustments made but the ones needed attention were not fixed to the correct specifications. I called in today to ask what happened and I was told that the technician isn't in today and that there were no notes as to why it is the way it is. I was asked to come back so they can check again what could've happened, if it's something they can fix or a new part needs replacement. I have a 12 month warranty for the alignment but I can't put my trust in their service after this. read more

After being loyal customers for several years and bringing all our cars here for service, they damaged the paint on the hood of one of our cars and refused to fix it. There were blotches all over the hood and nowhere else. I took it to expert auto paint company and they said that there was definitely something spilled on the hood. As a "Female Consumer", I have always found it intimidating to deal with Auto repairs.  I make sure to always schedule my OIL Change, while trying to build a "relationship" and trust with the Staff, in case I find myself needing extensive care.  My recent experience has left me feeling Disappointed and confirms that Women are treated differently when dealing in this Industry. (Approx 4:00 pm Monday Jan 27) So I walk in to a lovely new and clean store.. get a good vibe right away. The young guy (wish I got his name) helps me right away and find my vehicle quickly in their system. Pulls up my info and verifies wIth me. And then the phone rings. He answers it, and proceeds to talk to the person, giving them some kind of pricing info, messing with his computer etc etc. I'm still standing at the little desk, waiting for about ten minutes while he's STILL ON THE PHONE. I pick up my keys, say nothing and leave, with good vibes turned to shit. I'm so annoyed. How have we come into a time where we ignore the people in front of us to deal with someone on the phone?? I brought my car in three weeks ago to get all new shocks and struts all the way around. I was also getting a squeal from my power steering and they said all I needed was a new belt. During the inspection, they found that I needed a new rear brake caliper. After picking the car up, I got home and found that the brake fluid reservoir cap was on my windshield. Not good. Then Just the other day, the squeal from my power steering came back and I started losing power steering. Bringing it back to the shop, they determined that the belt was not tightened properly. The store manager assured me that he gave that technician a good talking to. It's unfortunate, but I'll never take my car or truck to this shop. God forbid my steering or brakes should go out on the highway because he missed something. read more

A young man at counter was on the phone talking to an employee about other employees and people asking for time off and not being sure about why they asked and on and on about other employees while I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for him to talk to me. He never once looked up, said hello or even acknowledged my presence. I ended up walking out. I went to the tire store on Tustin and Chapman where I was helped immediately by very professional staff.
