About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. 2 out of 5 stars I had my two rear tires replaced at this location about few months ago, when I was in Brea visiting my boyfriend, who had just become paralyzed from a motorcycle accident. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back. read more

I hit a curve with one of my tires and left a piece missing. I called to get a quote on a tire replacement. In the process of getting the quote the informed me that my current tires have Road Hazard insurance from when I bought the set of four. They told me they will have replacement tire and come in tomorrow to take care of me. Went in next day within 20 minutes tires was replaced and only had to pay labor cost. Came here after a debacle at American Tire Depot in Tustin where I had to wait over an hour just to find out the tires I ordered online that were said to be in stock at that location, weren't in stock because they just "couldn't find them." Ordered online the night before and made an appointment for the next morning. Well, the tires I ordered weren't in stock again but Tony the Store Manager emailed me before I was awake in the morning to let me know. I was able to call and get the correct sizes and tires confirmed with the Fullerton Tire Outlet location before scheduling an appointment the following morning. My parents said they are very efficient in switching out the two tires and had a waiting room. I forget the exact brand name of the tires they went with but they were a budget brand that Is never heard of but after doing some quick research online for the run flat option of these tires, the online reviews mentioned they are sufficient tires for a much lower price than Pirelli tires. My parents are happy with these tires on their Mercedes GLC 300 and have not reported heavy tire noise/hum despite some online reviews mentioning these tires were a little louder than expected. read more
