I'd just bought a new set of tires for my car from Costco, but they don't do wheel alignments. Looking on Yelp I saw Tire Outlet in Fullerton and all the positive reviews they have, so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole operation, thanks to Tony and Miguel for their helpful and friendly assistance. 2 out of 5 stars I had my two rear tires replaced at this location about few months ago, when I was in Brea visiting my boyfriend, who had just become paralyzed from a motorcycle accident. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back. read more

I was able to call and get the correct sizes and tires confirmed with the Fullerton Tire Outlet location before scheduling an appointment the following morning. My parents said they are very efficient in switching out the two tires and had a waiting room. I forget the exact brand name of the tires they went with but they were a budget brand that Is never heard of but after doing some quick research online for the run flat option of these tires, the online reviews mentioned they are sufficient tires for a much lower price than Pirelli tires. My parents are happy with these tires on their Mercedes GLC 300 and have not reported heavy tire noise/hum despite some online reviews mentioning these tires were a little louder than expected. read more
