Normally I do not usually go to this Costco, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well organized this location was. I did not have any issues finding parking. There was a lot of parking spots available, so it was really nice to find a spot without any headache for once. When I got into Costco, we went to walk around the aisles first and bought a few items such as pasta sauce and olive oil. I liked the variety at Costco and everything we needed were well in-stock. We walked around the clothing area as well and they have started selling some fall/wintery clothing. Great value on vests, jackets, socks, thermal wear and more. I love that they sell so many seasonal items for reasonable prices. There's also some brand named perfumes that were being sold, so that was nice! We walked around the produce, meats, dairy and pastries area. Lots of different items to look at. There were quite a few samples stations around the fridge areas, so it was nice to munch on these items while we were shopping around. We were looking for ground beef to make Mapo Tofu, and found that any of the ground meats have a great price for a low cost. After grabbing all our items, we did not have to wait whatsoever to get to the cash. They helped us right away and we also had some alcohol too. Employees were very friendly and kind-hearted. I liked that they asked us how we found everything. Very genuine customer interactions. I will be back to visit the Costco Fullerton location! read more

Yesterday was a very disappointing day to say the least with how the staff handled a very sensitive situation. I received a call from one of my immediate family members that there was a man who had stopped them and cornered them in the store, making inappropriate comments about looking for a sugar baby and having issues getting someone to go into bed with them. This man was holding onto their shopping cart and not letting them get away, keeping the conversation going. My family member was scared and very uncomfortable. They went ahead and told staff about the situation right before giving me a phone call to come and comfort them. I get to Costco and see my family member crying and standing nearby the registers. My family member told me that the staff was looking for this man to "resolve" the situation. We wait for staff to come back, and someone from the loss prevention belittles the situation, smiles, laughs and says "hey, he's an old man, he was just making conversation " Seriously? Is this the way a situation like this is supposed to be treated? VERY unacceptable. I told the staff member to get out of my face because they tried to belittle the situation. This is textbook harassment and there should be ZERO tolerance for it. My family member has been coming here for a long time and now they don't feel comfortable coming here anymore and frankly I don't want them coming here anymore either. I spoke with a supervisor named Daniel at the end. I am giving him a chance to resolve the situation. But I am going to leave this review up because EVERYONE needs to see how Costco handles situations like this. Please don't let young family members come alone. Costco does not care about protecting you from pedophiles or predators. read more

Small Costco with poor parking and surly help. I'd avoid this grumpy and irritating little store and find another Costco (or Sam's), even if it's further away. Parking is a real bitch at this store. You can forget getting anything close to the door, because that is never gonna happen. You can count on parking far, far away and taking a long walk in the heat or cold to get to the door. And don't bring a big truck or large car or any nice vehicle... the driving here is rather competitive and dangerous, and the spaces are tight. I thought it might get better when their neighbor the Amazon store gave up and left, but it didn't seem to help the parking situation at all. If you do make it inside, you'll find way too many people in the aisles and down the rows, which makes getting that bigass cart through the store a real chore. It's like gridlock here. No one seems to be able or willing to move. And the checkout lane is chaos. These people seem ready to throw down any minute and looking for a fight, so keep your head down, do what the others do, get through the line and GTFO. Do NOT ask a question or make any unexpected moves (like putting the wrong item on the conveyor at the wrong time), as this will not end well for you. Not a good place for a senior citizen or a first-time customer here who may need a little more time to get through the store and the checkout. I also shop at Sam's Club in Fullerton. I can say that prices at Sam's and Costco seem to be the same. Selection is probably slightly better at Costco, but it's not much different. Parking is completely different, with many more generously sized spaces available much closer all around the entrance. And the glory of Sam's Scan and Go? Just put your stuff in your cart, scanning with the app as you go, and then... leave the store. That's right, you just walk out with your stuff. NO standing in any line, no delay. I can shop Fullerton Sam's in half the time as I'll need at the Fullerton Costco. I'll only go to Costco if I am absolutely sure that Sam's doesn't have it. Costco is not worth the irritation and inconvenience, nor is it worth putting up with their shitty attitude. read more

I am an avid Costco shopper and usually have a 6 star experience, but the Fullerton warehouse on Harbor Blvd is an absolute circus. Because it borders both Fullerton and Anaheim, it is constantly chaotic and dangerously overcrowded. I just left the store today (Friday, 9/25 at around 11:00 AM). I was shopping with my elderly mother to prepare for my daughter's party. We spent over $300 and had a completely packed cart. What deeply angered me was the selective service from the employee scanning carts at the registers. This employee (an Asian male working the scanner at 11:00 AM) completely ignored our full cart. Right in front of us, he scanned an entire cart for a shopper who appeared to be his coworker who only had 5 items. As soon as he finished, instead of helping us, he walked right past us to assist another person who only had about 8 items in another isle. He was intentionally filtering through the lines and exclusively scanning carts that barely had anything in them to save himself the effort of scanning a heavy haul. The entire purpose of cart scanning is to provide convenience for members with heavy loads so they don't have to unload everything onto the belt. Leaving a full cart hanging while hand-picking tiny orders is incredibly lazy customer service. This employee needs a serious performance talk. Management also needs to address the severe overcrowding at this location...Costco corporate, please open another warehouse strictly for Anaheim to alleviate this mess. Thank you! read more

Amazing how FAST and EASY This morning I noticed a tear in my hearing aid rubber cone, not sure of its correct name. Walked in the door at Costco at almost straight up noon expecting maybe hearing center closed for lunch. Instead I was greeted right away by the clinician who immediately took both of my hearing aids and said he'd be right back. Less than five minutes from entering til exiting the front door.....AMAZING SERVICE !!! Thank you Costco read more

915 am, Sunday, January 18, 2026 Hmmm, arriving just past opening hours for Executives. I parked, grabbed the nearest shopping cart and headed toward the entrance... No queue of folks, they're already inside! This is the sweet spot. Oof, I had a full shopping list today. Look out for Hot Buys starting this week. I believe I saw some items that were on clearance and had to take advantage of the mark downs. If the item is on sale, then I'm taking two if it's a commonly purchased item. I grabbed two cases of LA Croix, $2.30 off each. I also grabbed a tray of Mama Mancini's large Meatballs in marinara as it was the last day of the Warehouse Savings for January. So much for being efficient this morning! I circled back to grab a bag of KS Shelled Pistachios and then went to the cooking oils. Crossing the warehouse more than once is not how to get out of here quickly! Haha... I have warehouse layout confusion... I couldn't find the chips! Them I spotted a customer with chips, I asked, "where did you find those!" He pointed to the SE corner by the bakery. Ugh... The place that I didn't expect... Grab the KS Organic Tortilla Chips, hurry to checkout, and go! read more

The pizza section manager really needs to address the employee's attitude. I don't know what made him so angry, but he was throwing the pizza around, and I was given a pizza that wasn't even cut. It's hard to understand how this can happen at a major company like Costco. Honestly, it makes me nervous to order pizza there again. read more

Sooooooooo crowded! Man, it was so busy. Tons of people at the store yesterday. It made it hard to walk through the isles. I love the free samples, but people will block the path to walk. Maybe make a path please? Don't block everyone from moving around you. It took twice as long to do my shopping, just because of rude people. That isn't against the store though. We started at member service to sign up. I've had a membership in the past, but it has been a while. I stood in the membership services line for a while. It was slow. Finally got to the front, and it took a good 20 minutes to get everything situated. There was an issue and the manage had to come over to help. Eventually, got it all situated, and we were on our way. We found some great things here. Looking forward to saving money by buying in bulk. They also have Halloween stuff out right now! It's the cutest. Costo has a great selection of items. It is a good value if you factor in the price per pound or ounce. Maybe we will go at a different time, to beat the crowds. read more

I have to say, this Costco location in Fullerton really impressed me. From the moment I pulled in, everything felt smooth and easy. Parking was quick, traffic flow wasn't chaotic, and getting in and out of the lot was honestly stress-free--which is rare for Costco. Inside was just as efficient. I grabbed what I needed without dealing with overwhelming crowds, and checkout was a breeze. An employee came up, scanned my items, had me scan my membership, and I was done in no time. Super convenient. I've been to the Garden Grove location before, and that experience was the complete opposite--driving around forever just trying to find parking was enough to make me leave. This Fullerton location felt like a completely different world. No anxiety, no hassle, just in and out. Overall this location made the whole shopping trip easy and pleasant. Definitely one of the better Costco experiences I've had! read more

I have lived in Fullerton for close to 40 years. Costco was always my go to place for certain items like toilet paper, paper towels, vegetables, clothing ect. Recently,, they have taken away part of the parking lot off of lemon while building a giant apartment complex and parking structure. This has made getting into the parking lot off of Lemon hazardous and has made finding a parking space sometimes very difficult. read more

This Costco always has staff that are willing to help you find whatever you want. They'll take you to the exact location for the product you need. Costco corporate failure I hired a company I was referred too by Costco center in Fullerton, I hired Reborn to remodel my bathroom, less than one year later they filed for bankruptcy and Costco refused to help me because they didn't finance the bathroom, the costco clerk at the member service desk never said a word when he helped me. I paid a large some out of pocket , so I wouldn't trust the Costco giant wall displaying home improvement businesses if I were all of you! Not a bad Costco location and I spend about $1000 a month here. Overall good but this rating is strictly for the ice cream. I've bought their ice cream cups often and know what it's suppose to look like, full to the top with the top tip well over. This time was different, two cups barely filled 2/3 of a cup. Is this Costco's version of "shrinkflation" or the young lady that served us decided to go cheap? Out of curiosity I showed Gemini AI the photo and asked for it's opinion and it says, "towering soft-serve swirl that used to spill over the edges--the ice cream is sitting significantly below the rim, and there are noticeable hollow gaps and air pockets visible through the clear plastic." See, even AI thought I got ripped!! read more

Not a fan of this Costco but it's the closest one to my moms. The cashier - I watched her and didn't trust that she knew what she was doing. She was very disorganized. When I tried to pay her machine locked up. So this other lady had to take me to another register. She noticed I was charged ensure twice. I told her I didn't trust that other cashier. I was right. She overcharged me almost $100. That's a big difference. Luckily there was an issue with her machine. I did tell the lady that rang me correctly that I don't think that lady with pink hair should be a cashier -sorry. How many customers did she overcharged and those customers didn't even know? read more

Went to the Fullerton location to look for a cellphone for my girlfriend. Struck out with the cellphone but took care of my Costco run while we there. Good prices, nice selection, and reasonable lines. Parking is tough at most Costco locations and Fullerton on a Saturday had numerous people circling the lot looking for a spot. We lucked out and found a parking place after just a few minutes of looking. BTW the Fullerton location usually has the best price in orange county for gas, but be prepared to wait in line for a pump. read more

I got injured by the cashier lines and not a single employee of the five standing around supervising the register lines asked if I was OK, if I needed an ice pack or assisted me at all. I got to the register and I'm in tears and not even the cashier acknowledged me. I had to limp the whole way to my car. Someone should have offered me an ice pack and offered to get a motorized scooter for me so I could at least go to my car in less pain. The employees were too caught up gossiping and talking amongst themselves to do their job. Absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable behavior. Poor service. At my previous job I was a manager and I always reminded my employees that customer care ranked the highest. I cannot believe it. Costco needs to do better. The meat department at the Fullerton Costco is ripping customers off! I purchased a 6 pound beef roast here last week and literally trimmed 1 pound of fat from the roast. This amount of fat should never be left on a lean cut of meat like this. I paid $7.99 a pound for pure fat! The meat cutters are more than likely intentionally leaving extra fat on their cuts of meat to boost their gross margins. This is the equivalent of the 'old-time butcher' putting his finger on the scale when he weighed the meat. The meat department at this location is not properly trimming their cuts of beef! read more

I wanted to use my shop card during checkout, but I wasn't sure why it wasn't applying. I usually use it at self-checkout without any issues, but I've only recently started using the shop card and mobile app, so I'm still learning how it works. Because of that, I was genuinely confused and just asked the cashier (YALDA) for help. From the start, her attitude came off as annoyed and dismissive. She told me it should apply automatically if it's turned on, which it was, but I still wasn't seeing it go through. I tried to explain that I always use it at self-checkout and wondered if maybe it was because she scanned the physical card instead of the app barcode. She immediately dismissed that idea and kept insisting it should just work, but her tone felt rude and unhelpful. I wasn't upset--I was just trying to figure out what was going wrong since I knew I had money on the card. Being new to using the app, I was simply looking for guidance, but instead I felt like I was met with hostile energy. At that point, I asked if I could cancel the transaction and go to self-checkout instead. She loudly called out "void" in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and annoyed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Another employee came over, and I explained the issue again. Eventually, they tried scanning the app barcode like I had suggested--and it worked. That confirmed there actually was a reason it wasn't applying. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. I wasn't upset or difficult--I just needed help troubleshooting something I knew should work. The attitude I received made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. I hope this is something that can be improved, as better customer service would have made a big difference. read more

Getting to this Costco location can be brutal due to the parking lot, which can get clogged due to its in-demand gas station, a nearby In-N-Out, an Amazon Fresh, and an AMC movie theater. I even tried going 30 minutes before it closed in the middle of the week to avoid the crowd and it was STILL packed. On the bright side, it does sometimes offer products I don't see at other Costcos, such as Chinese soup dumplings or other niche ethnic foods. The employees are nice from what I've experienced, and the store is well kept overall. My true rating is 3.5 out of 5, but Yelp doesn't allow for half stars, so I'm dropping it down to 3 out of 5 due to the traffic alone. First - I love Costco. I hope to be able to shop at Costco for a very long time. This particular location is the go-to for people in this side of town. There isn't a Costco in Buena Park/Anaheim, and I think the next closest is in Norwalk. Let's just say this location gets crowded easily. You can find it behind the Banh Mi store. Another plus for this location is Amazon Fresh next door. If Costco doesn't have it or sells too much, I'm happy to walk over to Amazon Fresh for some smaller package sizes. read more

Costco in Fullerton is a place I rarely come to but sometimes I wonder in here because we might be watching a movie at the AMC next door. I think the parking lot needs to be a tad bigger because so many people come here. I like walking around Costco just to get some steps in and also just to see what's new. I recently visited the Costco in Fullerton and it blew me away with its huge selection and unbeatable value. From the moment I pulled into the spacious parking lot I knew I was in for a great shopping experience. Inside the store the wide aisles and well-organized shelves made it easy to find everything from fresh produce and bakery treats to electronics and home essentials. The samples station was a fun bonus that let me taste new snacks before I bought them and the members-only discounts felt like a real reward. Ok, Costco. I have got something to brag. In recent years, i have noticed that quality of car battery has gone downhill. There was a time that a $100 dollars Auto-zone battery would last 5-7 years. Swung by this Costco for the gas station! Upon entering, it was very confusing to navigate to the back of the line for the gasoline section. They have an extended queue line that goes on for much longer than is seemingly necessary. My boyfriend and I had arrived to the Costco around 7:38, and there was a very short line for the gas. It is the cheapest gas in the area according to gas buddies, so that's a big plus! The gas service station only has 2 gasoline pumps instead of the 3 to 4 that some of the newer locations have, so the wait time felt a little long.
