I said well he said $30 on the phone and now trying to charge me $80 and you're saying $70. Moral of the story they're liars they take advantage of you depending your gender or your car. First time here. I was helping my father, who is recovering from surgery and decided to get his new mower tires mounted so I could mow his lawns for him. I pulled up and two guys that work there were sitting in chairs out front, looking at their phones. I quickly found out that his place is really expensive. They charged me $80 to mount two new 8" mower tires on new 8" rims. It was originally $40 for both, the first guy quoted me thar. Then they talked to each other (in Spanish) and said it would be $40 for each tire mounted. They told me come back in an hour. So I left and came back. They got them mounted. They very quickly discovered that there was nothing wrong with my tire, but I had a crack in my wheel/rim. They proposed welding it at a fraction of the cost of a new BMW rim. Done and DONE. I got a new set of tires yesterday because it was time and I had discovered that one of my tires already had sidewall damage. They quickly brought out this set of tires without telling me what warranty was offered and just quoted me a price right away. Unfortunately did not feel comfortable driving with the sidewall damage so I had them put them on anyway but $540 for a set of tires with only a 30000 mile warranty is a bit too much I feel. One thing I pride myself with is being as independent as I can be. Really not asking for help unless it's a situation that I cannot handle myself. In saying this, I recommend that if you're a woman, and go to this tire shop, to please take a male with you. I went to the tire shop needing air in my tire and was quickly pressured and scared into getting all of my tires replaced at that very moment and if not, then within the next day or two. I stood firm with them and I said this tactic wasn't going to work on me. I did not have the money for a set of four tires but if they quoted me a price, I would see them in a week or so. I specifically requested a quote for the same tires that were on my car and got a quote of less than $500 which I thought was spectacular. It didn't seem weird because I had been told by three other people that this was the place to go. When I went back a couple weeks later, they switched the price on me. I got a flat tire today and had to install new wheel. They were fast and responsive with no fuss! The quality is a bit weird since the new wheel is kinda off the PSI by ,4 over. And it's steep for one wheel but as I drive a relatively new car I'm not surprised by the 120$ in an emergency on a weekend. Not a bad place for emergency fix up! read more

Went on my lunch break to get tires. They gave me a quote which seemed fair but when I saw the unfamiliar brand already installed on my rims I looked them up. They charge $110 for tires that are anywhere from $66 to $76 elsewhere. It was going to be $120 at first but I declined so he said he would give me a deal. Some deal. I mentioned this to the guy and he responded with attitude "Works already done. Go pay please." My fault for not asking more questions before the work and trusting they would be fair. I don't usually write reviews but since I got the attitude, he can eat my two stars. I would have gave one but I gotta admit it was pretty fast. Fast service for way overpriced tires. Great service and great prices!! I took my car in to check out my tire since I had low tire pressure and was constantly adding air for a couple of weeks. I wasn't sure if I needed a new tire or if something else was wrong. The small shop is located in an industrial area and it's part of a small plaza. I went on a Saturday morning and they quickly lifted up my car as I was telling them the issue. They took off my tire and checked for leaks. After a couple of minutes the nice guy came out and said it had three nails stuck to it which was causing it to leak. He said he could patch it up for $15!!! All three nail holes!! Wow! What a deal!! I told him that would be great and if I could bring it in just in case it started leaking again. He gauranteed that if it wasn't fixed and continued leaking then I would get a refund! I arrived and asked if they could mount some tires that I purchased online they said no problem. Prior to taking the wheels off I asked an employee to please make sure to check the front right TPMS sensor because it appears to be failing. Employee said "yes we will check them all". After their work was completed I asked the employee at the counter if the TPMS sensor was bad. He proceeds to say that they don't have any equipment to check TPMS sensors (I thought this was tire shop). What a waste of time and dishonest employees. Go somewhere else if you need complete tire service. I noticed that there was another tire shop directly behind them and their prices where way more reasonable then what I just paid these guys and guess what the shop behind them had the right equipment to get the job done right. Too bad I didn't notice the other shop in the back earlier. Would have saved time and money! read more

I have came here twice first time to mount a spare tire and that was fine and just had them patch a tire that had a screw in it. They are quick and they get things done. The gentleman speaks alittle English but there is another person who does speak English. I had to come back a third time because my Schrader valve core failed and it wouldn't hold air but he was very nice and took care of it as quick as he seen the issue. Can't really complain. They are hard workers and they continue to help the community they serve. I will come back when I need a new set of tires atleast to see and compare pricing to see if they can beat the bigger companies. I love this tire shop! I have been coming for years. I have come several times for a flat tire and always receive great service. The shops is small and located on Collins Ave just past Batavia. The shop prices are very reasonable and the work is done usually pretty quick. I've had no complaints with this shop or the work they do. I came in on a Monday around 1:30 and they were able to patch up my tire in less than 30 minutes for a reasonable price. read more

Had a flat tire after work, so I went to JV Tires to see if they could plug it or patch it. They quoted a price for a patch that was 30% more than the going rate at other tire shops. Once they had the wheel off the car, they tried to upsell me on a replacement tire, telling me that my tire were too old and needed to be replaced. They quoted a price for two used tires that I felt was about 30% higher than it should have been. After some negotiation back and forth without being able to come to an agreeable price, I decided not to replace the tire, and just have them patch it. Then they refused to do the patch. Not only that but they simply put the wheel back on the car and walked away from me without so much as a word of explanation. It was after 5pm and shops were closing. But luckily I found their competitor directly across the street who not only patched the tire for me, but charged me 30% less than the price I was quoted. These guys are not honest and are not helpful. Go elsewhere like I did. Their competition across the street are honest and reasonable priced. read more

This is a cash-only used tire business which can help you get back on the road in a jam. I recently got four tires installed here, that were in almost new condition, for about the cost of one new tire installed at a tire shop. Service was quick, hassle-free, and I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Though this can be a way to save a huge amount of money on car maintenance, just be aware of the risks that come with used tires. There is also no way to tell if a tire has been driven while overloaded, driven for extended periods while under-inflated, or damaged in some other invisible way. Also since these are used tires, stock and quality isn't always guaranteed. They might not have what you are looking for. And of course you aren't getting a warranty either. All that said, if you understand the risks and are in need a single tire, or are on a really tight budget, this can keep your car on the road for a reasonably low price.
