I really appreciated that he also reassured me that the rest of my tires were still in good shape. The wait time to get the tire fixed was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab dinner nearby and came back later. When I returned, another employee updated me right away and let me know my car would be ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and friendly from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the work they did and really satisfied with the experience. I'd definitely come back and recommend this location.

Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

I don't write many reviews, but Tona and his team at Fairmount Tire & Rubber absolutely earned this one. I came in pretty nervous because I already knew the repair I needed wasn't going to be cheap. Thankfully, my co-worker Julie referred me to Tona, and I'm so glad she did. From the moment we started talking, I could tell this was different from any mechanic experience I've had. Not only did his pricing completely blow away every other quote I received, but he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, why it happened, how all the components work together, and what could happen if one part in that chain fails. As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, trucks, or combustion engines, I actually found it fascinating. I don't have the bandwidth to become a mechanic anytime soon, but I genuinely appreciated how educational the experience was. What impressed me the most was his honesty. Instead of recommending expensive repairs that didn't make financial sense, especially since I'm planning on replacing my truck after buying my wife a new car first, he focused on what actually needed to be done. His goal was to keep my truck running safely and smoothly for another 6 months to a year while I get through my other financial obligations. He even told me he expects these repairs to give me another year or more. That level of integrity honestly shocked me. Good mechanics are incredibly hard to find these days. I live in Long Beach, and I will gladly drive the 30 miles to Orange anytime my vehicles need work. I just recently ordered a new pair of Michelin tires, they're pricey and they were able to offer me a pretty good deal compared to other places I've checked, plus they got my tires in a day. I was finally able to get it installed only to find out the tire keeps going flat so I take it in to have it examined and find out I was sold a used tire that already had been patched up and had major cracks and was defective. I was told by the company that examined my new used tire that Go Used tires should have never sold me this tire. Because of this it put my children and myself in extreme danger. I now am left with a POS tire I paid for and having to now go look for another tire to replace the shitty one I was sold from go used tires!!!

He asked what size, I said 20". Then he goes, "What are the exact measurements on the tire?" I'm like I'm literally driving the car right now, I don't have a measuring tape with me He tells me there are different sizes of 20" (fair enough) and says it starts at $25. I mention it's a Tesla Model Y, mostly so the price wouldn't change when I got there. He says $35, I agree, and head over. I pull up about 2 minutes later, let him know I'm there. He looks at the car, tells me to bring it in. I park, get out, and suddenly it's $40. I tell him straight up: "Hey bro, I called and you agreed to $35 what's going on?" After a little back and forth, he was cool about it. Funny part is, My brother has lots and I usually get this kind of thing done for free but that wasn't the case this time. End of the day, he fixed the tire and did the job right. I still gave him $40, not because I had to, but because I wanted to keep it cool. Work got done, solid shop, just wish the pricing was more consistent. If you go, confirm the price before pulling in.
