We had a slow leak in one of our tires and they were able to fit us in quickly to patch the tire. They estimated it would take 1.5hrs to get us in, and they were able to finish within the hour. They did great work! They also had a great available selection of tires. We have a Tesla Model Y and they had two options on hand for us. Everywhere else, we had to order tires. read more

These guys rock. I thought I had a nail in my Tesla but it was a cracked rim. They identified the issue and sent me videos of the leak while I was at work. I've previously got a full set of tires at their other location but this spot in Orange is a more convenient location for me and it's right off the freeway. Brought my car in for an oil change and brake inspection on a Saturday morning. They were easy going while asking me what I wanted to get done. Pricing was upfront and super reasonable when quoting me for the services I needed. Dropped off my car and it was ready to pick up before I knew it, new brakes all around, full synth oil change, tire rotation and some smaller items. They were great and didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't necessary which is always refreshing experience at a local mechanic. Will be bringing my other car here as well in the future. I went in to get 2 new tires and alignment done for my truck, after getting screwed over by a national brand tire shop (it's a long story, I'll spare you the details). Ethan here at Fairmount is the man, he's really down to earth and recommended me a cheaper set of the tires than the ones I originally requested because he thought the more expensive ones were unnecessary for my use. That kind of candid service is unfortunately uncommon in the auto repair industry. The tire change/alignment were quick even though they were pretty busy on a Sunday. They changed management earlier this year, so they have more services than before! They have fair prices and very friendly, knowledgeable staff.
