I was buying a car from a local dealer, and I wanted to make sure the car was good to go. After calling into several different shops, I found Auto Pro to be the most reasonable as far as availability goes. So I made the short drive form the dealership to here. When I got here, Tom was my point of contact. I explained to him that I needed a pre-purchase inspection, and he was able to get on it right away. While Tom's team was working on that, I waited in their office. The office was air conditioned, with very comfy seating, and a clean restroom. There was also a water cooler, which I appreciated. The whole inspection took less than 45 minutes, and I was glad to hear that the car was good for purchase. I paid Tom with my card, and I was on my way to finish the purchase. AN EXPERIENCE LIKE NON OTHER!!!! Me and my wife are from San Diego we where're in town for "Harvest Crusade" when our car lost power we drove to Auto zone for a new battery, and they let us know it was the alternator. The salesman suggested we call Auto Pros! He said they are affordable and good people. He wasn't lying , the team worked so diligently and fast it blew my mind, the shop closes at around 4pm we got here car in by 3:15 and they finished in less than 40minutes. To top it off the owner was so nice while waiting we had not eating and this shop is in and industrial area the closest food is 1mile minimum in each direction, it was 95plus degrees on this day. I think his name is Tom. Stellar gentleman. The mechanics are great and friendly but very professional at the same time. They performed oil change very quickly, topped up all the fluids, checked my brakes and everything else that needed to be checked. Came in because the battery I got ended up being bad but they had me come in right away and get it changed free of any charge. Then later when I thought my alternator was bad I got an upfront estimated price so I knew what I would be paying. Then they did tests and told me not to worry and that all was well.
