I been hearing a weird helicopter noise. Got it checked at Firestone and Toyota and they said it was nothing. Got my tires rotated at another shop and they said there's something wrong. Stumbled upon quality auto care because it was near my work. I called Quality Auto Care and Luis picked up. He said to bring it in and they could check it out. Brought it in, dropped off my 2007 Toyota Camry and went back to work. Luis then calls me and tells me the front right bearing is worn out. He recommended I get both, however he said I don't have to. I went with just the one. A few hours later he calls me and it's ready. Very friendly I recommend going here if you don't know what's wrong with your car. I'm a dummy when it comes to car maintenance and tried replacing a headlight bulb myself. When it still didn't work, I took it to a chain service shop, which told me it would take 2 days to do an electrical diagnostic and cost $120 just to do that. They didn't even offer to check if it was something simpler first. So I looked up other auto shops in the area and called Quality Auto Care. They told me they could get me in the next day, no problem. They checked my car and discovered that I had replaced my hi-beam, not low-beam, didn't have to run a diagnostic or anything, and had the car ready to go within an hour for only $30--five bucks less than I spent buying new bulbs on my own. And I wasn't made to feel like an idiot for making the silly mistake in the first place. Luis is a good guy and runs an honest shop. Will definitely be back next time I have a car issue! read more

Safe yourself money and frustration and avoid this place! Went in for a simple oil change. Was told I needed an appointment which was fine so I made one and I also asked him to give me a quote on brake replacement. He told me he would email me a quote. I enemy back 3 days later when I had an appointment and they brought my car around and put it up on the lift. I was sitting right by the door to the shop watching them in the shop. Their "mechanic" went to go change my oil and stripped my oil plug and couldn't get it out. He had a worried look on his face and he came to get what I am assuming was the owner, who then proceeded to tell me that the prior location stripped it and he wasn't going to be able to fix it I went to the last location because I wanted them to fix what I was told they broke and they stated that this location broke it. Now my car is leaking oil (which it wasn't doing before they touched it) and I have to go to the dealership to pay for a replacement part. read more

my 2002 es300 Lexus was having a zing noise when ever I would advance from a stop , took it into Westminster Lexus they tried to fix the problem but could never quite find it so we been living with this nuisance problem for a few years we kind of accepted it. took my car into Big O Tires in Orange for balance & rotation of the tires, & they brought to my attention of minor oil seepage on both valve cover gasket & oil pan gasket & axle seal (no evidence of oil drippings anywhere on my drive way where I park) anyway I let them do the work $1542.00 when I picked up my car & drove away. I now have squealing noise and a tapping noise at idle & turning and a loud knocking noise on acceleration,( well that another story I am dealing with) so I decided to go see Louis 0wner at Quality Auto care this morning(he done work for me in the past) he knew what the problem was . I left the car & he called me up & said the car was fixed I was expecting to still have the zing problem but to my delight no noise of any kind , His pricing is fair & very reasonable . Called the shop around 3pm and gonzo quoted me a great price to get two wheel studs replaced on my car. He got the job done quickly and was very trustworthy. I called other shops and they told me they might have to pull the axle and it could be very costly. I can do basic car maintenance myself and I knew pulling an axle wouldnt be necessary. Overall best place to get an oil change. Excellent timing. They even checked other parts of my vehicle with no additional charge. The waiting room is awesome. Movies chairs and Netflix on a really big flatscreen. What more can you ask for. He even gave us snacks and ice cream. Went in for a simple oil change. Mondo, the owner, was incredibly friendly and laid-back throughout (offered me a Gatorade!), yet professional with his service. I asked to watch him work because I was curious, and he ended up teaching me all kinds of stuff about my car, not just about the oil change process. If that's not customer service then I don't know what is. Not once did he push anything on me, just told me that he had a brake special going on (and that I didn't need it, just that it's there because I'm definitely coming back to his shop in the future).
