I been hearing a weird helicopter noise. Got it checked at Firestone and Toyota and they said it was nothing. Got my tires rotated at another shop and they said there's something wrong. Stumbled upon quality auto care because it was near my work. I called Quality Auto Care and Luis picked up. He said to bring it in and they could check it out. Brought it in, dropped off my 2007 Toyota Camry and went back to work. Luis then calls me and tells me the front right bearing is worn out. He recommended I get both, however he said I don't have to. I went with just the one. A few hours later he calls me and it's ready. Very friendly I recommend going here if you don't know what's wrong with your car. They also have many other services.

Came here for a oil change and the service was amazing. It's a father and son shop and they are both friendly and informative. Will come back again! P.S the waiting room is so cool!

Quality and fast service. I found a new mechanic shop that I don't have to worry about leaving my car at. Really good experience.

Dropped the car off late morning and within a few hours they called to let me know that when attempting to the reproduce the problem it ended up being bad hubcap clips (a relief). No charge and the inspection was on the house. Will definitely be bringing the Camry and the fiancé's Civic here in the future. Shoutout Gino and Jose!

They called me almost everyday to update me on the process, any costs, or timing concerns. Gino handles the front and was extremely personable, helpful, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Jose did the actual work on my car and did a fantastic job -- my Fiat is running great! My ac was causing lots of issues and has been running cold for a week now! I am always hesitant to have just anyone work and the Fiat but he clearly knew the car and specific details. It's really refreshing to find a shop that feels trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. I would absolutely recommend Gino and Jose, especially to anyone looking for someone comfortable working on European cars. I'll definitely be coming back!

The service has been prompt, courteous and professional, and the communication excellent. It's such a relief that these guys have my back. It's my car's time of year again .. oil change!…read more Parking: They have a small parking lot with limited parking spots. There were no spots when I arrived, so I just parked in front of the shop. Ambiance/Environment: The inside is small with a waiting area and a coffee station in the corner. The couch and chairs are comfortable and clean. There were consistent customers coming in n out for a weekday. Service: I called the shop before coming in to inquire about same day walk ups. Manny answered the phone, and he mentioned they were able to accommodate walk ups. When I arrived, he was also the same person that checked me in. He was nice and efficient. Majority of their workers speak Spanish and English. They offer complimentary shuttle services. Though, I couldn't take advantage of this service bc their driver was on lunch. My car needed a full synthetic oil change. If you have a coupon, make sure to present it at check-in. The coupon I had was for an oil change starting at $39.90. It cost $79 after taxes for my oil change; which is about average price nowadays. Since I couldn't use their complimentary shuttle services, I decided to wait there. It took about an hour for them to finish. They take cash or card as a method of payment. Thankfully there's no extra fee for using card.

J's Mobile Mechanic - rescued by Jesse

I paid Jesse $120 toward motorcycle service, and apparently accepting payment was the only part of…read morethe job he was interested in completing. I had ordered a part and was waiting for it to arrive, so about a month passed. During that entire time, Jesse never contacted me to ask whether the part had arrived or to follow up on the work I had already paid him to do. I eventually had to reach out to him myself. Over the following three weeks, I sent multiple text messages and called several times, all of which were ignored. After getting nowhere, I called from a different number--and suddenly Jesse answered. His excuse was that he had been "busy." I asked him to send me my money back and he hung up and blocked my number. In total, nearly two months passed after he took my money with no communication, no follow-up, and no attempt to complete the service. Being busy may explain a delayed response. It does not explain ignoring a paying customer for over two months while continuing to keep their money. That is not poor time management; it is poor business practice. There was an $80 diagnostic fee, so technically I am only out $40. Financially, it is not a huge loss. Professionally, however, it says everything I need to know about this business. A reputable business does not take payment, fail to complete the agreed-upon service, ignore every attempt at communication, and then offer excuses only after being reached from a number it does not recognize. The motorcycle needed a diagnosis, but the bigger problem turned out to be the business itself: unreliable, unresponsive, and completely lacking in accountability. I would not trust Jesse with my motorcycle again, and I certainly would not recommend paying him anything upfront.

Jesse is the reason my cat is alive…read more Last weekend, during the Garden Grove toxic chemical evacuation, my tuxedo cat decided that the undercarriage of my cousin's Tesla Model Y was a great hiding spot. It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.
