The wait time to get the tire fixed was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab dinner nearby and came back later. When I returned, another employee updated me right away and let me know my car would be ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and friendly from start to finish. Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. The differences and driving characteristics between Cross/SUV and LT tires was extremely helpful in my purchase decision. I highly recommend Anaheim Wheel and Tire!

Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

I have been using OC Tire & Wheel service for several years when I had issue with my tires. Robert has always accommodated me and my family and he always goes above and beyond. I needed new tires for my truck and Robert gave me several options. I am really happy I choose the Falken Wildpeak AT3 and they have all the bells and whistles and the look and ride great! I came in last minute with my wife & daughter, these gentleman (and lady) helped me out within 45minutes and I was back on the road! I mention it's a Tesla Model Y, mostly so the price wouldn't change when I got there. He says $35, I agree, and head over. I pull up about 2 minutes later, let him know I'm there. He looks at the car, tells me to bring it in. I park, get out, and suddenly it's $40. I tell him straight up: "Hey bro, I called and you agreed to $35 what's going on?" After a little back and forth, he was cool about it. Funny part is, My brother has lots and I usually get this kind of thing done for free but that wasn't the case this time. End of the day, he fixed the tire and did the job right. I still gave him $40, not because I had to, but because I wanted to keep it cool. Work got done, solid shop, just wish the pricing was more consistent. If you go, confirm the price before pulling in.
