The service was good and they did good quality work. Brett was cool with a chill vibe. Prices are higher than some other places but for the convenience and good service I chose to pay the extra. A few years ago my wife had a nail in her tire, she took her car to an unnamed tire place (unnamed because this post is about lifting Wheel Warehouse up, not about tearing a business down) and she was told that the tire could not be repaired and she needed a new tire. My wife took the car to Wheel Warehouse for a second opinion. They removed the nail, checked the tire, and not only did it not need to be replaced it did not even need to be repaired. How much did Wheel Warehouse charge her? ZERO. Not long after that... My daughter had a nail in her tire, she took her car to the same unnamed tire place and she too was told that the tire could not be repaired and she needed a new tire. My daughter took the car to Wheel Warehouse for a second opinion. They removed the nail, checked the tire, and not only did it not need to be replaced it did not even need to be repaired. How much did Wheel Warehouse charge her? ZERO. This morning my son's tire was completely flat. I put air in it and drove to Wheel Warehouse. We never go to the unnamed place anymore lol. Wheel Warehouse told me that if they could repair it it would be an hour. And hour later they text me, the car is ready. I get back to Wheel Warehouse, guess what they charged me for the repair?
