We live near the Wheel Warehouse and found ourselves in a bind for our tire needs. We decided to drive over to the Wheel Warehouse and have them take a look at my flat tire. Immediately upon inspection, they were able to confirm whether or not I would need a new tire. Sadly, I did. I am proud to live and work in the same community as Wheel Warehouse! A few years ago my wife had a nail in her tire, she took her car to an unnamed tire place (unnamed because this post is about lifting Wheel Warehouse up, not about tearing a business down) and she was told that the tire could not be repaired and she needed a new tire. My wife took the car to Wheel Warehouse for a second opinion. They removed the nail, checked the tire, and not only did it not need to be replaced it did not even need to be repaired. How much did Wheel Warehouse charge her? ZERO. Not long after that... My daughter had a nail in her tire, she took her car to the same unnamed tire place and she too was told that the tire could not be repaired and she needed a new tire. My daughter took the car to Wheel Warehouse for a second opinion. They removed the nail, checked the tire, and not only did it not need to be replaced it did not even need to be repaired. How much did Wheel Warehouse charge her? ZERO. This morning my son's tire was completely flat. I put air in it and drove to Wheel Warehouse. We never go to the unnamed place anymore lol. Wheel Warehouse told me that if they could repair it it would be an hour. And hour later they text me, the car is ready. I get back to Wheel Warehouse, guess what they charged me for the repair? As a returning customer with over 25 plus tire purchases over the years, like most buyers, I have an "expectation" of being taken really good care of... but today, those "expectations" were far EXCEEDED by Brett and how he went above and beyond to help me help a friend who was experiencing severe financial hardship, and was driving around on three really bad tires and one of those compact spares limited to 50mph... Not safe at all!! I have always been treated extremely well by every rep I have dealt with, but Brett was the guy that answered the phone today, and more or less ended up answering a few prayers!! Once I explained the circumstances of my friend and how I wanted to help her by covering the costs of new tires for her car, he went to work for me and put an extremely GREAT DEAL together for me - There were a few calls back and forth, but all was accomplished in less than 20 minutes. I have a VERY popular truck style that is a favorite to customize. I went in to Wheel Warehouse ready to purchase a new set of wheels for my truck. I knew they carried the brand I wanted and the yelp reviews seemed to indicate this was the place to get me taken care of. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon when there was like 1 customer in there. Navigated my way through about 4 employees who did not greet me or check in with me. Finally a salesman did ask if I needed some help. I said yes and proceeded to tell him what I wanted. He proceeded to go online and explain to me that there are very limited options for my truck style and that I had like 5 choices of wheels for my truck. When I inquired about a style that I've seen a dozen other trucks like mine have, he kinda just shrugged and restated these are my only options. I had to PULL info out of him regarding adapters and other options so that I could get what I wanted. It's almost like I was bothering him and he'd rather be doing something else instead of making a sale. I left, went to the OG Pomona spot, and got taken care of right away with exactly what I wanted.
