The employees have always been very helpful, and you never feel rushed. It's very clean and well organized. I went to O'Reilly last night with my mom because I had an issue with my vehicle. The gentleman that assisted me, Marvin was very knowledgeable on what kind of oil I should put. He then proceeded in helping me in putting the oil and asked if he was able to place the headlight bulb for us and he did! I just finished trying to purchase windshield wipers. I told him what kind of car I drove they sold me the wipers and I came out to my car to try to install them. My wiper blade came off easily. When I tried to install the one they sold me it did not fit. I went back into the store and a different person helped me. She was about to sell me a different one when I noticed that there were two extra clips inside the pack. She said they wouldn't work but another worker came over and put the replacement clip on the wiper and I tried again to install it. I then went out to my car to install it and it did not fit again. They were about to sell me a third when I just said please just refund me. I also asked where else I could get windshield wiper blades to which I got no answer. I went there on Tuesday 5/24/22. I had my oil changed that morning and the oil cap was not put back on. Fortunately it was still under the hood. I had @ 2 quarts of oil splattered across my engine. I walked into O'Reilly and was assisted by a totally gorgeous girl with long black hair. Totally competent. Such a breathe of fresh air. Offered me a loaner funnel and I didn't even ask, and she had already started ringing up the next customer. She is very efficient. After AAA gave me a jump and convinced me that my battery was fine an hour later my truck barely started. I decided to go to O'Reilly's and even with 30 minutes till closing they still helped me! Juan and Oscar tested my battery four times and showed me the outcome each time that it was bad, they gave me three different options for a new battery and even replaced it for me 10 minutes before they closed. I lost my receipt and just needed a simple $10 part swapped because it wasn't working well but the manager gave me the run around and made it seem like I was asking him to give me his kidney. Never shopping at an O'Reillys ever again as every time I call these establishments the employees are rude and clueless. I guess the $13 an hour is really worth it huh? I waited 20 minutes to buy snow chains there and I paid 89.99 before tax and then I found them in Yosemite for 49.99 before tax we didn't use the one from O'Reilly. They refused to take them back. This is now O'Reilly Auto Parts, even the old Kragen signage is gone... I walked in to grab some oil for the Caddy and there was one greasy guy sitting on the counter, one behind the register, and another in the back... Had my hands full while the guy behind the counter leaves in order to go looking for tie-downs for a customer. Guy sitting on the counter stares on blankly. I ask if he can help me. Not a chance. Managerial guy comes out of the back. Takes the cashier and customer to where the tie-downs are located (why didn't he just take the customer) while I continued to wait... and guy on the counter didn't feel like being a help. Finally guy comes back to the counter. Not a "hello," no "sorry for the wait," or "how are you" in sight. Just "slide your card," which I did gladly. After these three words, the conversations continued in Spanish. At the risk of sounding like an a-hole, after leaving, I felt like I had visited an autoshop in TJ. I would've left 1 star, save that I actually like the physical store and their deals... I guess this is just what customer service has come to. Somebody was walking around in back and saw a bunch of standing there and still wouldn't acknowledge us. A guy behind me got pissed and threw his stuff down & left. I have been going to this location for years. Today I was so disappointed in their customer service. I needed coolant, there were two different prices. I asked the cashier (female with glasses, Two times to clarify so I could understand what I was purchasing) if there was a difference between the two(even walking over to the racks and pointing what I was talking about). So I chose the lower priced coolant, all you have to do is add water. Simple. When I went to the register and it was ringing up 21$, I chose the $5.99. So I told her it was not the right product, several were stocked on the 5.99$ shelf. She proceeded to get her manager, Christian. All Christian had to say was that, You, the customers move things around all the time (his words exactly). Well just an fyi, in California, that's their problem not mine. Instead of blaming your customers, try owning your mistake. Today forward I will be taking my money to different locations. Today I took my money down to street to AutoZone. read more

This review is based solely on the service I received today. I had a tail light out and needed to get it replaced, not only did the guy at the counter find it for me he even went outside and replaced it for me. The bulb ended up getting loose and falling in the panel, he offered to get me a new 2 pack of bulbs but told him not to worry about it. I wish I had gotten his name but all in all I had great customer service today! read more
