Broken light switch due to bad training

Changing a brake light became a nightmare. Due to the bad or non training to the staff, I purchased the wrong light bulb and my light switch cracked. The manager on duty didn't want to help me nor even talk to me (maybe the way that I was dressed) worst customer service, very unprofessional,. One less customer for AutoZone in Orange, CA.

This auto part store has always been my favorite to shop at....HOWEVER....in the last 2 days I have shopped here both of these employees were NOT covering their nose with their mask. This is VERY disappointing ---We are a community that is suppose to care about each other and to work through this pandemic. I plan to contact management to let them know. I hope this will encourage the employees to wear their mask properly like the rest of us need to.

my car wouldn't start and I had to get it towed to FORD. before spending $180 to run a diagnostic, we went to AUTOZONE to swap out the battery! GLADYS went over and above to help us get a replacement battery!! THANKS AGAIN, GLADYS!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Terrible customer service!!! Drop vehicle off at 4pm for oil change & tire rotation and break…read morecheck. We were told that the vehicles will be done in a few hours before closing time of 7pm. Received repair phone call at 5:20 informing us that some repairs was ergent and needed approval which we did and informed us it will be done today and will receive a phone to come pick up when ready & completed. We initiated a phone call to store at 6:59 to check the status and person who answered (Brian) was incompetent of the vehicle and information about the business let along what his manager name is , when we ask to speak to a manger he said he didn't know who that was ! Crazy how a million company has no chain of command. Never returning to pep boys !!!!!

I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning for an alignment. The manager informed me that a shop vehicle was currently on the rack but that my car would be next. I never received a single update or phone call. After waiting four hours, I finally called them myself, only to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it at all today. Their "solution" was for me to leave my car overnight. As someone who isn't from this area, that isn't a simple request. I wasted money on Uber rides back and forth for absolutely nothing. If they knew the shop vehicle was going to take all day, they should have been professional enough to call me so I didn't waste my time and money. Total lack of communication and respect for the customer's schedule.
