Best Autozone experience in a long time. The last few years I have been accustomed to being directed by a point of a finger or a head nod by employees behind the counter; and when asked about installation I was lucky to recommend a vague response. Well the past experiences recently changed. An employee by the name of Erick not only walked from around the counter to take me where the product was, but explained in detail how to install it in my particular vehicle. This auto part store has always been my favorite to shop at....HOWEVER....in the last 2 days I have shopped here both of these employees were NOT covering their nose with their mask. This is VERY disappointing ---We are a community that is suppose to care about each other and to work through this pandemic. I plan to contact management to let them know. HORRIBLE SERVICE Ever going here again. Wanted to get my battery tested and buy a new one if necessary. I was next in line and they helped another customer out who was clearly there after me. One employee was on the computer mumbling to himself and cursing at the computer. When I was finally asked what I needed they said to go pop my hood outside and they would be right with me. After waiting 10minutes in 88 degree weather I called O'Reilly's down the street that said they would be happy to help me by checking my battery, starter, and charger all for free within 5-10minutes. read more

On Tuesday I knocked my mirror of the side of my car while pulling out of a spot and went directly to auto zone. I went into the store to find Julian, who ended up fixing my mirror back into place and graciously worked on my car for almost twenty minutes. I happened to drive by the location when u realized my headlight was out. If I'm being honest, Im not super educated when it comes to fixes/repair or cars in general. An employee by the name of Alfredo was really helpful, I couldnt even tell him what kind of bulb I needed. He got me the bulb i needed and had his coworker Adrian install the new bulb for me. They arent obligated to do an installation but they really saved me a lot of time trying to figure it out on my own + i was heading to work. Both gentleman were well mannered and helpful. Bought a can of mothers back to black plastic trim restorer for $12 but didnt restore and left a grayish decolorization. Jorge said he cant help because I didn't have a receipt but that he would hook me up with a 10% discount on my new our purchase of $20 which would have been equivalent to about a $2 refund on something that i just paid $12 for and didn't even work. Not sure how he thought that was fair but i've been doing customer service for many years and that was unfair and a huge hassle. Came in looking for windshield wipers and the older gentleman that was at the counter was barely any help at all. My car has a special adapter for the windshield wipers I was unaware of and he didn't tell me that till I'd taken off my old wipers in the rain and realizing it wouldn't work.
