I must say I have not encountered this type of white glove service in a very very time. In this day and age high level service has been highjacked by convenience and efficiency. I called Chuy today late evening because my mother's battery died a day after AAA came out and jump started it...well that did nt seem to work. Chuy has a real personal touch on how he conducts his business, he is knowledgeable, upbeat and goes well above any expectations. He said that he could come out the very next morning, and I was very happy with that, but literally no more than 5 minutes later he calls back and tells me that he will be in my area within 20- 30 minutes, that was simply incredible. This guy is a lifesaver !!!! I needed a new battery immediately, and all the auto stores were closed. So, I contacted Chuy late last night out of desperation. To my surprise, he responded and gave me a far better price for a new battery than what was listed on other companies websites, and said he could deliver it to me within 10 minutes. At first, I was very nervous since I didn't know what to expect, but after Chuy showed up, all my worries were laid to rest. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and even stayed after we had installed my battery to make sure my car would run smoothly since it hadn't been started up for some time prior to this. I had to reinstall some other components of the car to reach the battery mount bracket, and he helped me hold the flash light so I could see what I was doing, and he even helped me with my tire air pressure (since I was also refilling air to my tires prior to his arrival). Overall, it was an amazing experience dealing with Chuy, and I only wish I had discovered him earlier ! I would highly recommend him to anybody who's looking for someone who's very knowledgeable and provides fast, effortless, reliable, friendly, and affordable service.
