I accidentally drove to the OTHER Santa Ana location but was able to get to the right one, this one in Friday traffic right before closing. Like, ten minutes before closing. The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.

I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they'd have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn't A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don't know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that's been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.

Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)! Not only that, he and Juan got started on it right away and it only took about 10 minutes to get it replaced! There they tried to reject it because we didn't have a paper receipt but after verifying our receipt was only digital they said we neglected the battery because it wouid not hold a charge.
