I was able to get it jump started, but I knew it needed a new battery. My dad recommended this place and they were so quick to help!! I showed up, parked on the street, and left my car running because if I turned it off I wouldn't be able to turn it back on. I let them know that I needed a battery and that I couldn't turn my car off or else it would be dead. The owner quickly checked to see if he had a battery for my car (2009 Mazda 3) and he had it. I asked if he could also replace it for me because I had to get to work. Without missing a beat he agreed and within 10 minutes of being there, I had a refurbished battery ready to go in my car. They took my old battery in when they replaced it with the refurbished one. Even though they're refurbished, my car runs and turns on without a hassle now. Best of all, THE PRICE WAS SO GOOD!! I got charged $35 for the whole thing. For my old battery, for the refurbished battery, and for the service. I'm sure depending on the battery, the price changes but man.. you cannot go wrong with that price. He also gave me six months of warranty. My dad swears by this place and honestly, I can see why. When in to borrow their code reader because my master () light was on for the past couple weeks and couldn't find the problem. After using both my personal scanner and theirs, it came back as 0 codes and in the green. They didn't have to, but they decided to look up possible reasons why both scanners read "0 codes" and said it could possibly be my brakes as that's an issue not connected to scanners but more the system itself. They referred me a mobile mechanic too if I wanted that extra reassurance who would be able to tell what exactly the issue can come from.

She didn't hesitate, knew exactly what she was doing, and handled it fast. She was also really kind and respectful the whole time, just solid customer service all around. Isaiah was a real blessing. I was heading to class when, on the 105, my engine overheating light…read morecame on, prompting me to drive slowly to cool the engine. However, a few minutes later, it was calling the service center because my engine was still overheated. Fortunately, I was near Imperial and was able to park at this O'Reilly location. While waiting for the tow truck, I noticed the coolant container was dry, which is another reason I plan to leave a review for the BMW dealership--more on that later. But anyway, back to Isaiah and his heroics. Once the engine cooled down and we checked the coolant levels, he confirmed that no coolant had been added to the car. After I confirmed our vehicle was not smoking or shaking, I bought some coolant. After a few minutes, 'ol Dustie was back up and running smoothly with no further issues. If it weren't for Isaiah and Julio, the tow truck driver from OC Roadside, I would have been in a bad spot. I cannot thank both of them enough.
