Then they tried to say it was $550 dollar job and they miss quoted me, but they'd be nice and only charge the 350. The front hood of my car had zero issues with staying in the upright/open position prior to bringing my car here. I get home and the hood wont stay up after the visit to this place, like wtf? I lost out on an 1800 dollar gig due to their time wasting mechanic, just wondering what else these shysters sabotaged on my 84 year young mothers vehicle.

I was so confident that it wouldn't happened to me but unfortunately it did. I contacted my insurance and this shop to have my car fix as soon as possible because I can't be without a car. The shop was amazing they handled everything with my insurance and kept me informed of everything that was happening with the process. Unfortunately the insurance deemed my car a total loss. But despite that this amazing shop didn't let me down. They helped me find a new Toyota Prius newer year with GPS and back up camera. And although I loved my 2004 Prius I am IN LOVE with my new 2013 Prius. This shop is my to go to whenever I need an oil change and the rare times that my car has needed some fixing or upgrades. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need to get something fixed in your electric car. They are professional offer great reasonable prices and are there to help you out.

I was able to get it jump started, but I knew it needed a new battery. My dad recommended this place and they were so quick to help!! I showed up, parked on the street, and left my car running because if I turned it off I wouldn't be able to turn it back on. I let them know that I needed a battery and that I couldn't turn my car off or else it would be dead. The owner quickly checked to see if he had a battery for my car (2009 Mazda 3) and he had it. I asked if he could also replace it for me because I had to get to work. Without missing a beat he agreed and within 10 minutes of being there, I had a refurbished battery ready to go in my car. They took my old battery in when they replaced it with the refurbished one. Even though they're refurbished, my car runs and turns on without a hassle now. Best of all, THE PRICE WAS SO GOOD!! I got charged $35 for the whole thing. For my old battery, for the refurbished battery, and for the service. I'm sure depending on the battery, the price changes but man.. you cannot go wrong with that price. He also gave me six months of warranty. My dad swears by this place and honestly, I can see why.
