I have to say how incredibly grateful I am to SOS for helping me solve a very complicated problem with my car audio. I have a 13 year old car and the factory radio died. I went to SOS to get a new aftermarket one and it was determined that because so much of my car's electrical functionality was used through the factory screen that an aftermarket stereo would not work. Carlos suggested I go online and see if I could find an OEM factory radio for my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Indeed I found one, paid over $650 for a 13 year old radio and brought it in to have SOS install it. As luck would have it, the unit was defective and Carlos and his team put the original one back in. He suggested I return it for a full refund and try and find another one since this is the only option. I also needed a side view mirror installed which they did. I found another OEM unit online, bought it for half the price and today brought it back. 3rd time was the charm! Radio works perfectly, new mirror installed which, and I'm a customer for life. Find a new stereo replace it and yet still the same problem someone fixed the wires which I knew was the problem because every time I pulled my car reverse the stereo would turn on and off total proof they messed with wrong wiring. I bought a back up camera. It is overpriced. Installation cost more than the camera itself. The staff is confused. I was told they cannot look at my camera unless I have my receipt then another staff member never mentioned my receipt. I needed an adjustment but turns out the camera is touch screen. The camera is big so far no one has ripped it off the license plate. but it works well. So far it helped me back up at a dead-end road at night. Lots of brands. Friendly staff. Eduardo took care of me and knew about the products I asked him about. They said installation would take 3hrs, they finished a over little 2 hrs. Trunk was clean, sound sounds great and I'm very pleased with the amp I purchased and with the work they did. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because my amp was supposed to come with a sub/bass controller. But apparently it only comes with select models. Other than that, no complaints at all. What a bunch of clowns! I was very specific about what speaker I wanted & what vehicle I wanted them installed in. They quoted me $75 by phone. I drove 40 minutes one way Sunday to get installed and all I got was a bunch of excuses about how they can't do for $75. When I complained they all just spoke Spanish so that I could not understand. There are 50 other places within 2 blocks to get your audio gear from. NO REASON TO DO BUSINESS HERE! I own a wheel & tire business & use to refer a couple of customers each week to these guys. Bad experience here... they installed a nice JBL 12 in sub which proceeded to stop working 1 day after install (which took from 11am til 6pm) . When I tried to set up a time to get it looked at and fixed they told me sorry first come first serve we open at 9. I own a business and work every morning so for them to not help out a customer who's money they took really made it hard to get back there. They don't store a digital copy of your receipt but also won't work on your vehicle without one. Once I finally took off work to get there at 9 they said wait around should be quick... that was two hours ago so again wasting my time. They are Very rude and don't care about your time or their mistakes. I would recommend to take business elsewhere I'd give zero stars if possible read more

AMATEUR installation on speakers. My 12 year old nephew would have done a better job. The crimps were so soft, a slight tug would undo them. Only two screws per speaker, and they were put in at an angle to force fit the speaker. Cracked my previous OEM speaker adapters removing them. They also lost 3 trim panel clips. Seriously they could not have done a worse job had they tried. Worst of all, they refused to refund money after showing them the install they had done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You are better off doing your own research and buying parts online. read more

A friend & I found this place 2 years ago while working in the area and went inside to price a radio for her car so I asked about changing my radio in my Jeep Patriot to a Bluetooth one. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about parts and I was quoted something around $500. 2 weeks before I was ready for my radio upgrade I called SOS for a price update and to make sure they had what I needed in stock. I spoke with Gustavo, who was very nice and patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was quoted around the same price as 2 years before and told Gustavo I'd see him in 2 weeks, he told me to ask for him when I came in. We hung up then I started reading reviews.... After a few I called some other places to get prices and was told $700, $800 and I'm out of stock til October. I decided to go have my own experience with SOS after my friend reminded me how cool they seemed when we went in 2 years ago. SO GLAD I DID!!! I went in and was greeted immediately, the staff was even friendly to my two ESA dogs. I asked for Gustavo and reminded him of our conversation as he began to look my parts up on his computer. I mistakenly changed the plan once I got there and asked to only change the aux cord to Bluetooth which Gustavo asked me if I was sure that's what I wanted, I thought I did so I agreed. Paid around $250 and an hour later Gustavo showed me my new Bluetooth button on my radio. He could tell by my reaction this was NOT what I wanted and told me I could try it out for 2 weeks and change it if I didn't like it. I couldn't wait 2 weeks and asked to change it right then. Gustavo was amazing at this point! He didn't get an attitude with me nor did he try to double charge me. He told me I could get the radio we discussed on the phone and I'd only have to pay the difference. He also said I could leave my Jeep there for the 2 1/2 hour installation and could pay when I came back to get it. I'm so extremely happy with my new Bluetooth radio and their technician even fixed my AC vent that had been dangling for almost a year without me even mentioning it to them! After going the 3rd time today and not being able to purchase the equipment after arguments amongst 4 members of staff causing a female rep to step in to remind them of taking care of the store full of customers.
