On December 1st I saw 2 charges on my credit card. One for 79 dollars and second one for $ 170.00. My cycle closes on the 24th of each month. . So, the lady there charged me 43 for 3 days of service only from the 22 to the 24th. However she had explained to me that the 79 dollar charged incuded 43 for the services and that this charge wont be charged again on the 24 of November that she was charging ahead my bill. So The way I understood was that the 43 included 25 for the next cycle and $ 18 for services from 22 to 24. I asked her about the $170. She didn't explain any thyng to me. She only told me that my nex bill would be $75.70 No apology for the overcharge she made, no explenation at all. In concrete, I was charged a lot of money and did not get a clear explanetion on why. Don't trust the lady there. She is not knowledgeable enogh. She helps all the spanish speaking community there. Be alert not to be overcharged by this lady. I will talk to customer service office to better understand the charges and make sure didt get screwed up.

My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen.
