Victor had a clear understanding of what is likely broken, estimated cost of repairs, and expected lead time. He went above and beyond to make sure my laptop was brought back to me as soon as possible. The team here had sent me price estimates for the parts I needed BUT THEN was able to get parts from a local supplier. Instead of the initial 10-15 day lead time, my laptop was actually ready in I think 2 or 3 days?! These guys are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. The thing that stood out the most was when Victor had notified me that the manufacturer's warranty could solve my issue for a cheaper, but longer lead time. He didn't have to tell me that I could go somewhere else, but the guy is honest at every step of the way. Worth every penny working with these guys.
