I was told that I needed my hard drive replaced by this shop. Technicians at this shop just replaced my hard drive a year ago. I told them no way, and took it to a shop that was referred to me by a cell phone repair tech I trust. His brother runs a great computer repair shop in Orange County. The new shop told me after running tests nothing was wrong with my hard drive. They just cleaned up the hard drive and reinstalled windows for me for less than $150. So grateful for this place! I was robbed of $5,000 online and needed to fax a claim to my bank ASAP. I called asking if the business was open the day after 4th of July and they told me they were technically closed today but were in the office and would stay open for me. Their response is worth 5 stars alone! There are 3 computer kiosks where you can login to your email or print your document from a USB. I needed to print and fax and it is super quick and easy to come here instead of going to a Staples or Office Depot. I had a printer that was leaving colored spots and blotches on my print jobs. I tried to fix it myself but to no avail. I brought it into One Stop and he fixed it that same day. He diagnosed the problem: I had been using cheaply made ink cartridges that were leaking. He cleaned the printer and replaced the cartridges all for a very reasonable price (much less expensive than buying a new printer of similar quality). I've been using the printer for about one month and it's still doing great (no spots). No spots at One Stop! Pun intended. read more
