The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

I reached out to Sam, and he first tried to help me over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, I scheduled an in-home visit. He came by the very next day at a time that worked for me and spent about three hours working on my gaming laptop. He found that the hard drive had failed and replaced it with a new one.
