Very happy to work with Sam again. Communication is on point, addresses as many concerns as possible over the phone and ensures everything can be ready when he begins work in person and makes sure everything is solid and good to go before he leaves. No complaints, absolutely phenomenal. read more

I had a great experience with Sam's IT Solutions and would gladly recommend them. My computer completely froze while I was gaming, and when I tried to turn my laptop back on, it got stuck in a repair loop and kept restarting without being able to fix itself. I reached out to Sam, and he first tried to help me over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, I scheduled an in-home visit. He came by the very next day at a time that worked for me and spent about three hours working on my gaming laptop. He found that the hard drive had failed and replaced it with a new one. I felt the price was very fair, especially since there were no markups on the part. Sam was friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would definitely call him again for any future computer repair needs. read more

I tried upgrading my PC myself with the help of AI. After a few days of troubleshooting and nearly overheating my computer, I knew I needed a real expert. I called Sam's IT Solutions and Sam was able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone. He told me exactly what parts I needed, and as soon as they arrived he came out to my place and fixed everything on the spot. Fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! read more

Sam and his facility replaced a new new battery on my MacBook Pro within an hour. I called him late one evening to schedule a repair. I was surprised Sam was available for customers in the night. He did not have the proper battery in stock, so Sam referred me to Amazon where I purchased an equivalent battery for him to install in the laptop. The repair was ready for pickup late next evening. Sam is very professional and courteous. I will consider returning with another MacBook and referring him. read more

Best decision ever! My MacBook Pro Display screen randomly broke & Apple quoted me $700, which seemed like a total rip off. I did some research on yelp and came across Sam's IT solutions and decided to give it a chance. When I called Sam, he was super friendly and knowledgeable, and also very fast at responding/ communicating. It was definitely way more affordable than apple! I dropped off my laptop and order parts at the office building (7th floor inside the bank), and the turnaround was just one day! It was so easy and fast. The staff there were friendly as well. My laptop is working just fine and looking better than ever. Such good quality service, trustworthiness, & efficiency. Thank you Sam!!! read more

I highly recommend Sam's IT Solutions! My 2013 MacBook Pro had a swollen battery that could have been a fire hazard, so I searched Yelp for a trusted computer repair shop. Sam's came up #1 with 5-star reviews from nearly 450 customers. After I explained the issue, Sam picked up my laptop within an hour and had it back to me the next morning, fully working! He was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and prompt. It's no wonder he has so many 5-star reviews! Thank you, Sam! read more

I was on a budget and desperately needed a screen replacement for my older laptop so I could work, as well as some TLC since it runs hot. Sam's IT Solutions to the rescue! He responded quickly and offered a reasonable solution which allowed me to stay close to my budget. Throughout the entire process he gave A+ service, from communicating clearly and professionally, answering every question I had, and being very empathetic and flexible when I had an emergency that would possibly delay the work. I dropped my laptop off yesterday, and I'm writing this review on it today - literally less than a 24-hour turnaround, during which time he communicated status every step of the way. My laptop came back to me clean, working great, and with a glorious new screen! He took great care of it and made sure I was a happy customer. I can't recommend him enough! I called Sam on a Saturday morning, and he came that afternoon. He is great, very friendly and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. (he had to reset things I did in the background that messed everything up). Considering I just randomly chose his company from internet research, I was so relieved and happy that he was so patient and helpful, answering other questions I had. Would definitely recommend this company, and his prices are very fair. read more

Sam is amazing! Great service, top quality work always and a very fair price. Can't recommend him enough.

Sam is the best! He came on time to our home in Arcadia very early today on Saturday morning, examined my antiquated and non- functioning laptop, and honestly told me that it would be better for me to buy a new laptop rather than spending a lot of money with my having San fix it!!! Many repair services would just try to fix the laptop in order to get some easy money, but not Sam--he even found me on his own smart phone a laptop he recommended I should buy and sent me the link! Moreover, he only charged half of what his normal price would be just for driving all the way to my home in order to diagnose the problem! You won't find a better computer repair service--thank you for your superlative service, Sam! The Greek-American and his sister read more

My laptop died on me on the Sunday before Labor Day. I went to Best Buy and thought the quote for diagnosis they gave me was ridiculous and it would take a long time. So I found Sam on Yelp and decided to call him since they have 24/7 mobile service hours. Mind you, it was a Sunday so I didn't expect a call back but he did within an hour! Although it's not his office hours, he gave me very helpful advice through the phone. His brief diagnosis came out to be true after I sent my laptop to the original manufacturer. And he gave me some good suggestion on the specs for laptop I should get. I really appreciate his time and patience as I'm not a tech savvy person :)) Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend everyone go to Sam's IT. Sam fixed my laptop as it had a broken hinge. He gave me a fair quote with great communication all along. This is my second time asking Sam for his services, and I couldn't be happier. This time, I needed what I assumed was a straightforward CPU and GPU install. Turns out I accidentally mapped out a Ryzen upgrade path, but my mobo only supports Intel. So what started as a two-component swap quickly became a much larger operation: migrating a bunch of components across two chassis to make everything compatible. We only realized this after Sam already arrived. On the spot he pivoted immediately, and executed the whole upgrade AND components migration between both my machines within the tight timeline I'd originally asked for. He wasn't one bit fazed, and no upcharging me on the spot for the extra complexity...just calm, focused problem-solving with a genuinely friendly attitude throughout. If you want someone who's versatile, technically sharp, and just an all round awesome human being to be around, Sam is your guy. He's earned my repeat business without question. read more

Amazing work. Super fast to respond. Pricing is spectacular. Went through all types of diagnostics with me and explained everything that was being done and why it was being done. I had an excellent experience with Sam and would highly recommend him for all your IT needs. Over the past month, my MacBook has consistently run into issues with charging and Sam recommended a battery replacement. I called him last week and he mentioned he would only charge for installation and labor. He went so far as to advise on the model of battery for replacement. My laptop was good as new and ready within a day. Sam was extremely accomodating, professional, and responsive! He's going to be my go-to guy moving forward. read more

Wanted to get a quote to get my 4 year old laptop's thermal paste changed due to thermal throttling and stuttering, but instead was recommended to just clean the fans myself! I did that and then did what he recommended, which was to disable processor boost mode! This dropped my temps immediately and my laptop no longer thermal throttles! It now sits at 75c during intense gaming sessions and my games no longer stutter due to high temps. If my computer were to have problems I definitely would come here because the worker was so honest and knowledgeable about these issues! read more
