We seriously can't say enough good things about Chris and Jon at WinC Services! My husband, John, originally got connected with them when they did work at his fiberglass manufacturing shop in Santa Ana, and after having such a great experience with them there, we knew exactly who we wanted to call when we started working on our new home. They've now helped us with our security cameras, key card access for our doors, Wi-Fi, speakers throughout the house, and so much more. They're incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure everything is done right, but what we appreciate most is how easy they are to work with. Chris and Jon are SO responsive. Anytime we text them with a question or need something added or adjusted, they get back to us right away. They're also always willing to work us into their schedule, even when we know how busy they are. Going through a full home renovation, we've worked with a lot of different companies, and you really start to appreciate the people who communicate, show up, and do what they say they're going to do. Chris and Jon are definitely those people. They've become our go-to guys for anything IT/tech related, both for our business and now our home. We completely trust their recommendations and their work, and on top of all of that, they're just genuinely great guys to have around. We'll continue recommending WinC Services to anyone looking for this type of work. Thank you Chris & Jon & the entire team for always taking such good care of us!! read more

I called to get an estimate on my computer repair and didn't realize this business services other business. Regardless of that, Chris didn't just try to hurry off of the phone. He actually asked for more information on what type of computer I have and how old, with this information given to him he offered me a solution and a price point I should be looking for. Really appreciate the honesty and care about a topic he didn't even benefit from financially. Would recommend this business because of the quality and overall transparency of the owner Chris. Besides, we should shop small as much as we can! 100/10 would recommend WinC Services read more

Spoke to Jonathan about a problem with my home computer. He told me that his company didn't provide that type of service. I asked him if he could refer me to someone who could perform that type of repair. He replied that any computer repair company should be able to make that repair. He questioned me about the issue that I was having with my computer. I asked him if he told that the problem was major and worth fixing. He asked me if he could remotely connect to my computer and see the problem. I agreed, so he proceeded to connect and check my computer. He tried a few things and immediately found the problem. The repair was rather simple for him, but would have been major for me. I am giving this review for other potential customers because this technician's diligence in building his company's reputation in the industry is outstanding. I called this company by chance and got rewarded. He fixed my computer without hesitation and I am very grateful for all the help he gave me. Thanks again, Mark N read more

My husband and I are older and a bit computer challenged. We were having no luck trying to connect our new HP printer/scanner to our WiFi. We went on the Web to contact "HP Support." It seems we started out with HP Support but were intercepted by ??? and we didn't keep an eye on the addresses to see we had been intercepted by another site. After being asked a lot of questions ending with "what security system did we have on our car and our house", we quickly ended the connection. Immediate PANIC!! We felt we had given out way too much info and were going to be hacked big time. We contacted our trusted, knowledgeable tech guy that we had seen for years. He had retired in the last year (Oh Drat) but was willing to try to help us find out if we had been hacked or not and how bad. He checked all he knew and then referred us to Chris at WinC Services who he felt would take care of us. We immediately called Chris. Within a few minutes we knew we were just plain lucky to have been referred to Chris. He took over our computer and did a thorough search and luckily, found nothing awry. He was very calm throughout the search and we begin to feel relieved by the minute. Then, he talked us through a lengthy set up of our new printer/scanner. The information included with the printer/scanner said, "Quick Start Guide." HA. Maybe in HP's world, but not ours. I strongly advise anyone who needs tech help to call Chris at WinC Services first. You can waste your time checking with others, but yes, it will be a waste of your time. If the other guys at WinC are as talented and knowledgeable as Chris, you have found your gold mine. We did. (My husband is writing his own review in support.) read more

I was panicking. What I thought was a legit business had turned into a scam operation. Had the scammers gotten into my computer as they "researched" my problem? The images on my screen certainly suggested they had. I quickly aborted the scammers' "search," and called Chris at WinC Services, whom my retiring computer consultant had referred me to. Within 5 minutes, Chris discovered that they had not invaded my computer, that the computer images had been bogus but part of the scam plan. My panic attack ended, thanks to his know-how. In an emergency, call WinC! Bogiefree read more

I was dealing with an unexpected hardware issue late at night, and in a hurry while looking through nearby IT services who could help, I stumbled across WinC's 24/7 line to look for some help. I didn't realize until Chris N. picked up that their services were not for consumer PC issues and was instead more for broad corporate tech, but he was gracious enough to still lend me a mini-consultation of my issues, helping inspect my PC remotely, identifying my hardware issues to something that could be addressed (a burnt-out hard drive disc that both was and wasn't being identified), and while WinC's services don't extend to data recovery, Chris gave some referrals for other nearby businesses specializing in it. So while I admittedly can't give an adequate review in terms of their broader business services, I still gotta give the 5 stars for their professionalism and helpfulness in this predicament. Much obliged! read more

Jonathan help us out with a with a significant issue with files stored in the cloud. And managed it very quickly. Many thanks and I highly recommend this company read more

This company has the best trouble-shooting and customer service. I am not even a customer yet but called twice for consultation and they solved two issues in minutes that took (I won't name names) a major computer manufacturer support team months and a corporate IT team a whole day to fail in resolving. I would gladly pay an invoice if they gave me one because their logic and resolutions are just that effective. They did not charge me but I am posting this compliment and will forward the highest recommendations to my company and others. I will no doubt contract them for services next time as they certainly deserve to be rewarded for their efficiency and effectiveness. Thanks a million! read more

Chris, Thank you for your amazing help. I called Chris at 7 AM (an ungodly hour), and Chris responded promptly and graciously, patiently helped me to understand what some possible issues could be with my work PC. After discussing, he went above and beyond and assisted me two more times that day and ultimately, found the solution for my problem. I do highly recommend Chris for all IT needs (businesses especially). Chris, you were professional, kind, and above all, incredibly helpful. Thank you for your IT knowledge. read more

I had been fighting a non functional Outlook email program on my home desktop computer for nearly a week, without any success in getting it working. Eventually I contacted Chris N. at Win C Services about it. He listened carefully and worked with me by linking his computer on to mine so that he could see everything that was happening on my malfunctioning computer. Over many hours, Chris analyzed where the problem was, and even the exact moment when it originated (in a system crash 5 days earlier.) He knew that it was a very unusual fault that could not be cured by using the standard Microsoft self repair software. Chris used backups of my machine from six days earlier to find functional copies of the vital files and used those to repair the software, bringing my computer back to full functionality with no loss of data. Watching him during this time, I perceived that Chris had a profoundly deep knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office in general and of Outlook in particular. He took my malfunctioning PC as a personal challenge and would not let go of the problem until the machine was restored to full functionality. I highly recommend Chris N. I should mention that I was astounded at how reasonable his fees were considering the exceedingly high level at which he operated. read more

My short review is just stop searching and go with Chris, you'll be making the right call. My longer review - Chris did a great job setting up a network switch and our NAS in our video studio. For the first time, we're able to edit even 6K footage without using external SSDs - it's wild. Chris was so easy to work with every step along the way, and without a doubt I'll be recommending his services for a long time (and using them again for our own studio). He's knowledgeable, friendly, extremely communicative and takes the time to go out of his way to explain exactly what he's doing. I also loved the fact that he was completely transparent about costs and gave us options at a few different price points for every one of his recommended solutions. Easy to work with, easy to get the job done. Not much more I have to say. read more

Chris helped setup my small business network and wifi connectivity. Fast, knowledgeable and transparent. Highly recommended!

If you don't want to read any further then just stop here, pick up the phone and call these guys because you'll be happy you did. As a healthcare provider, I'm trained in knowing how to read the tone of a room fairly quickly. So, when I was scouting out different companies for estimates, I could smell the upsell from a mile away. When I spoke with Chris regarding my difficulties and ideas for what I needed done in the space...he instantly understand and explained to me what is possible versus what is economically feasible at this point in my business. Something many others failed to do. Transparency is huge for me and highlights one of the biggest strengths for the team at WinC. If they can't do it, they won't BS you....if it's possible; then I wouldn't trust anyone else doing it but these guys. They helped set up everything from internet in 5+ rooms, server installation and integration, website design services, set up my phone systems, surround sound integrations, mounted and set up TVs in the patient rooms and let's not forget the constant support and availability anytime there is a problem or something I can't do...they can remote in to the computers to help. Dental house does not exist without WinC ! Happy I found this team and you will be too. read more

The recent years have been rough taking care of my elderly mother. Some guy named Chris helped me set my mom's house as a smart HOME (so I can have remote access to her home) with cameras to monitor her in case she falls. Chris provided me resources and information that would've taken hours, if not days/weeks, of research. Made it seem so easy and also made my life easier. Thanks WinC and THANKS CHRIS! read more

It has been a very stressful time for me as I'm dealing with some sort of virus, privacy invasion and I just did not feel safe. He took the time to touch base with me And answer all my questions in regards to IT without any sense of frustration. Very phenomenal customer service. He is also very quick. Chris ar WinC was great to work with. I have an old Apple monitor that was misbehaving.
