They built my website and did an amazing job--professional, clean, and exactly what I needed to showcase my business. Manny and his team were very responsive, easy to work with, and took the time to understand what I wanted. If you're looking for a team that delivers great work and really cares about their clients, I highly recommend Web Experts Marketing.

This "company" is straight out of hell. Their entire team is astronomically incompetent with an…read moreemphasis on the 'as,' citing manny as the undisputed worst. Unlike other reviews experienced, they didn't take the money and ghost me, instead I had the severe displeasure of attempting to "work" with them. They come across as grounded nice people at first with an overwhelming number of glowing reviews (that must be fake)(EDIT** There WERE 100s of 5 star reviews here on Yelp when I started working with them. Where did they go???? Fake). We cold called several website owners that supposedly worked with them who said good things. And yet, they quickly became the biggest point of ongoing stress, shear anger, and financial loss in our business and personal life. It's a wonder I didn't smash a hole in my wall after every encounter with them. RUN. Every single round of revisions created entirely new extraordinarily avoidable problems that consistently fell below even the most basic standards of professionalism. Most concerning was their complete lack of effort to understand our industry-- not subjective design disagreements, factual errors displayed on our informational website. Hundreds of dollars worth of our own staff time spent revising their work, manny had the nerve to say 'no client in the history of their company had ever required as many edits.' That statement delusionally ignores the reality that the overhwelming majority of those edits existed becaise their team repeatedly introduced new mistakes instead of fixing previously identified ones. This is truly only the tip of the ice berg of reasons why these guys were a nightmare. In the end, we desperately needed a new web designer to take over who confirmed that these guys used the most basic possible template and idenfitifed numerous backend issues that needed to be corrected before the site could function properly. Unwilling to apologise or take accountability, the only compensation offered was $35. !!! . Our own billable time spent correcting their mistakes exceeded that amount many times over. Not to mention the stress.... Incorrect content used... basic directions f*ed up... missed meetings...lost revisions....unbelievably poor communicate... ZERO accountability.... My website was recently hacked for the second time, and I honestly didn't know where to turn. My…read morewebsite developer had told me on multiple occasions that everything had been cleaned up, but my website was still being blocked, and anyone using Spectrum was unable to access it. I found David online, and he was a lifesaver. He immediately went to work, found everything that had been compromised, cleaned it all up, and within two days I was able to get my website back up and running and get back to business. My only regret is that I didn't find David sooner. I hope my website never gets hacked again, but knowing I have David to turn to gives me a lot of peace of mind. If anything happens in the future, I know I have someone who can quickly figure out what's wrong and get it resolved. I highly recommend David to anyone dealing with a hacked or compromised website.

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

What I enjoy most about them is that they are honest with us and genuinely care about our success. We met with Roman who explained to us the process and what it would take for us to rank on the first page of Google. We knew that it wouldn't be easy to rank that quick since we were competing with many other companies for the same keywords. But we were very impressed with the entire staff and how diligent and meticulous they were. I also enjoy their weekly updates which is pretty rare to see these days. Both our leads and sales have increased. We were using another SEO company before Magma, and they basically didn't help at all. So, we were very grateful and happy with our results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to increase their position on Google and increase visitors to their website.. we did!
