I have been a customer of Ontrix Solutions for 18 years. They have been my online solution and support through all the changes of the internet age. I cannot express the piece of mind I have had with knowing they have been watching my back. And their customer support has been spot on. I am always able to reach them with questions or when I needed advice on changes in my website or internet strategy. Better than one of these huge, global corporations, Ontrix is loctal and cares about me specifically. Thank you Nes and Team! read more

This office was there to help my family business get started on the internet because our business did not have a website and Nes helped get my family exactly what we were looking for. Their support is by far the best, from the e-mail to the call backs everything is fast and when I needed hosting help they were on it from the time I called I was on the line with them to get my website back up and running. As the family member of a small business owner I really appreciate the efforts Ontrix has put into my relatives businesses website. They offered him a SEO package, search engine optimization, and their hosting support is much better than the support the other company I was working with. Working with them was a good experience and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. read more

My name is Jamie. I interned with Ontrix as an undergrad and also during my post graduate program. Working at the firm during those period, was always a pleasant experience. I not only got to learn on the job but also built good relationship with my colleagues and boss as well. After my leaving the firm for another job, I recommended few friends who were new start-ups or owned their business and needed an online presence for their expertise. Not only did they get their website, but Nes (the CEO of OnTrix), ensured that they were educated on the benefits of the website, and how they can utilize the website to their advantage, to maximize profit. I was really impressed because that showed how much he valued his clients and also the respect he has for me as an intern for his firm. Till date, my friends talk about how wonderful his team is and how they helped boost the confidence of the company's online profile presence. read more

I have been working with Ontrix for several years by now. They designed, maintain, and host our website, including the mobile version. They do SEO and other promotional work, as well as offer prompt technical support and problem solving when needed. I have also attended a complimentary class offered by Ontrix for lay people such as myself... I can't say enough about the Ontrix team lead by Nes Nasim, other then that they have always been on top of thing, and took care of everything to my complete satisfaction. And most important....all this at a very reasonable rate.! I highly recommend Ontrix to anyone. read more

My web host shut down several websites I run because one was overloaded with traffic. The hosting company was not very helpful and told me to find a developer. After doing some research, I decided on Ontrix. Nes was able to quickly evaluate the situation and gave me practical advice that got my sites up and running again, saving me time, money and aggravation. He seemed genuinely interested in solving my problem and not just selling his services. I would certainly use them again and definitely recommend them. read more

Where do i start with Ontrix? How about from January of 2017! I was given Nes number by a colleague for a web design and internet marketing, and our work relationship maintained til then. The Reason behind that is because Not only Ontrix is very reputable company but they make Internet advertising and overall your companys place on the web much easier then anticipated. Ontrix provides on hand People that go over updates and material you would like to do or display for your company at FREE of charge. Another factor i love is that they are local and are always Reachable by phone(you dont get that often now days with alot of companies). They are proffesional and as far as prices, they are super fair. Hey If anyone knows me then they know i like to do my shopping around before i give my business to certain entity; the 4+ years ongoing relationship should tell you they are reasonable. 5 star all around, give them a try they will earn your business for life.! read more

I have been using Ontrix for a number of years and I am very happy with their service and performance. Our company has been using them for SEO services and we have been very satisfied with this service. We recently had them design us a website and we are thrilled with the outcome. They were very detailed and responsive to my companies specific needs. I am not a compulsive Yelp reviewer...but yesterday I sent a message to them, after hours, with a request to add two things to our website. I did not expect a response until the next day, and I expected a couple days before the changes would take place. Yet Nes sent me a reply that night after hours acknowledging my request, and by mid day the very next day they had both of my requests handled. The great service and consistent performance is what has brought on my review. Thanks Nes and team!! Parry read more

I can say, without any hesitation that the team at Ontrix deserves a five star rating. I needed help resolving some Go-Daddy email issues and some other support for my business. Many of the tech support people wanted me to 'email' descriptions of the problems and any questions I might have. I had little time for the redundancy in this request. Put off by this, I called Ontrix, whom Invited me to work with them in their office. They managed in a short time to resolve the issues and familiarize me with the new system. I continue to be impressed with their friendliness, responsiveness and dependability. Ness and team take tech support to a whole other level. I'm a particular fan or Shenaz! Her careful attention to detail, while answering my many many questions, is amazing! I consider Ontrix to be one of my most valued tools in this tech crazy World! read more

I needed a website built for my catering business. A friend of mine recommended working with Ontrix because there local and she had worked with them herself. This past week, I had a nightmare scenario when several (12) of my Wordpress sites were hacked at the same time because of a shared hosting account. My hosting company was no help, but turned me on to another website security company that wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money to fix the problem w/o any guarantee of results. I said no thanks. I found Ontrix through a mutual friend, and after only one simple call, they had assessed the problem, gave me an upfront, no BS quote, and went straight to work. The entire time, everyone was easily accessible, communicative, courteous, and prompt. Most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do without trying to upsell me or take advantage of how desperate I felt. In fact I felt protected, and I really appreciate(d) that. The process was a little more complicated than first thought, but Nes and his team worked on throughout the weekend to get things resolved, and was back in business by Monday. Their service was stellar, honest, and affordable, and after the fact, they even helped me strategize different options to protect myself, so this never happens again. I am so glad to have found Ontrix, and Nes, and highly highly recommend them for all of your computer based site/hosting needs. read more

As a local business owner I needed help from another local website design company specializing in marketing for my website. After designing a website with them this SEO company helped me market my small business with various services. The manager was very friendly and they went to the trouble of showing me how everything works because im not very computer savvy. The manager there is great and I highly recommend working with them if your looking for a google partnered company in website online marketing whether its social media or google advertising. They are really honest and kept their word about increasing leads and sales from a website. read more

I highly recommend Ontrix Solutions for website design and search engine optimization. We are an 85 year old business that had a very basic website which drew an minimal amount of business. I consulted with several website designers and SEO companies before going with Ontrix. I was impressed with the time and energy that Nes and his staff put into our project. They did an outstanding job turning my vision of what I wanted our website to look like into a reality. New customers are constantly saying that they came to us because they like the "feel" of our website. As far as the search engine optimization, we have been with Ontrix nearly 6 months. Our organic position has risen remarkably in our targeted categories and the number of new customers calling our business has increased dramatically. Nes and his colleagues are always available for consultation and questions. Their pricing is very fair and competitive and worth every dollar we spend. These guys rock! read more
