It is a pleasure to work with the Ontrix Team. From time to time, I have referred them to a personal friend who needs a website designed for their Security Guard Services business. I have also referred one of my clients to Ontrix who needed Mobile Apps developed for iPhone and Android. This involved creating a Custom Mobile App. Ontrix developed the mobile app for them and it came with an admin control panel to manage contractors, projects, orders, and their customers. The project was challenging indeed, it took one year to complete the project; however, Ontrix provided excellent results. My client is continuing to work with Ontrix for upgrades, maintenance, and support. The process of building a mobile app with an admin panel started with discovering the requirements with the client and their staff. Requirements gathering also involved me creating flow charts and diagrams to help identify and visualize the client's requirements. Once the discovery phase was completed, we had moved on to planning and designing the User Interface of the web-based admin and mobile apps. After the client approved the User Interface Designs, Ontrix moved into the programming phase in which they started coding the admin and the app. Client was involved in every sprint delivery to ensure their requirements were being met. If any changes were required at any sprint, we were able to accommodate the changes requested in the upcoming sprints. Ontrix's QA team was very thorough in testing the deliveries. The project finished successfully with the client receiving an Admin-based control panel along with a Mobile APP to track scheduled contractors on the job.
