Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Needed a few banners hemmed and with grommets and they showed up with no hems and the sides were coming apart. Most recently I was trying to order a dozen banners. After weeks of back and forth and being told they are on the way, then they will be done in two days, then they are back ordered, then they are delayed, etc. I finally called them out a bit and told them I was unhappy that what you and your staff say did not match the results and that we may need to go somewhere else. Here are a few quotes form the Owner Tom's email back to us; "Considering I have over 150 other customers to worry about and we are in the middle of Hollywood Awards season and we are swamped.", "But you probably think I should take a big loss because that would be good business on my part? How would you rationalize that? Because you have done so much business with me in the last 5 years? I mean, gosh, hundreds of dollars?" and "You have no idea what kind of business we run and certainly do not know what kind of person I am." This total lack of understanding and pompous attitude is the reason I will never go back and you should look elsewhere. They never even said sorry. It was always someone else's fault. Just bad business.

I've never had a wrap before, so was a little nervous as to how the process worked or how much it was going to cost. I sent quote request forms all over LA on different wrap company's websites, and Lynn at SpeedPro was quick to get back to me. Several other places were just as fast, but Lynn did a few other things that no one else did. She broke down the quote between the labor, materials, and taxes, she was the only person who mentioned a warranty, and she was the most enthusiastic about the project. Not only that, but SpeedPro undercut anyone else in price by at least $200. It was a no-brainer to go with them. The communication with SpeedPro was superb and they were very accommodating by letting us drop off the car after office hours. They worked with me on a daily basis to get the design details right and were kind enough to send samples of the vinyl and design. Some of what I had requested couldn't be fulfilled, but it was a matter of long-term durability. I appreciated that and could compromise, as it's a sign that they want to get the job done right the first time. They did send pictures every few days, and had fun with the project. The job was done beautifully. It was a very involved full wrap on an SUV (including roof) and Adam, the installer, must be an artist. It's perfect. The car looks great and I have yet to see where any corners were cut (no pun). There's the odd small air bubble here and there, which is to be expected and they will disappear with time, but the quality of the installation is great. People think it's a paint job, proving how smooth the vinyl is, and how thorough. When we picked up the car, Lynn also explained in great detail how to maintain the vinyl and what to expect. And it was her day off! Highly recommend these guys. Not only were they the most affordable, but they had great quality. Lynn is a shining example of stellar customer service; so helpful and efficient. And Adam is very good at what he does and has years of experience. They made me feel confident in the decision to do my first wrap.

They screwed me over so bad and for no reason. If they couldn't do the project or didn't want it, they could have just said that and I would have been on my way. Joseph is a thief and an incompetent liar and should not be trusted with any job. His employees are not given much ability to do anything on their own, making them just as incompetent as he is. From watching their engagements with other customers (none of whom seem happy or satisfied), this is a place you go last minute because none of the other print shops can take your order and you don't mind Joseph screwing you with inflated pricing, hidden product shorting, and other ways Joseph has figured out to cheat his customers. Just waiting in the front and watching them converse with their customers is a real eye awakening experience and I seriously don't understand how this business is still in operation.

Jaime from Unlimited Copy Services delivered the most STELLAR customer service I've ever received…read more And this is no exaggeration!! I was working on a court case back in July at the 11th hour. Literally. By 1am, I realized I needed copying services -- I had over 100 pages that needed Xeroxing before my court case at 8:30am that morning. I frantically called around and sent emails to a few 24-hour services that were listed on Google. No one got back to me, except for Jaime at Unlimited Copy Services. He returned my voicemail immediately, to my huge relief. Jaime was so kind and went above and beyond. At 1:41am, Jamie texted me his email so I could send him all my documents for copying. At 2:06am, Jamie had three sets of 69 pages assembled perfectly with binder clips. I asked him where he was located so I could pick up the copies. Jaime offered to deliver the documents to me instead!! By 3:21am, we met up at my neighborhood Walgreen's parking lot for the copy hand-off. Jaime was going to charge me something ridiculously low like $50 for the copies. I insisted on paying him more for his time, effort, and energy -- $125 (see attached receipt). You can't put a price tag on that kind of service -- especially when dealing with Los Angeles Superior Court!! I can't recommend Jaime's business enough!! (Although whether or not he'll meet you in a Walgreen's parking lot at 3:21am for a copy hand-off is entirely up to him!!)

I hired this company, specifically working with Rolando, to design my website. Initially, he was punctual and helpful, providing good communication and service. However, after receiving full payment, his attitude drastically changed. Communication deteriorated significantly, deadlines became inconsistent, and the overall responsiveness was unacceptable. A significant issue arose when my website was repeatedly denied approval by Google Adsense. Despite multiple attempts to seek guidance, Rolando was unable to clearly identify or resolve the issues, instead leaving me ignored and frustrated. When finally reached via phone, he was unprofessional and insultingly rude. To my further disappointment, he admitted to outsourcing the entire project to developers in Iran without my prior knowledge. This revelation was troubling as I could have sourced similar services directly, potentially saving thousands of dollars. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, outsourced work without disclosure, and inability to provide basic technical support lead me to strongly recommend against using this company for web design or related services. read more

They took the reins from the beginning, guided & taught me what was happening throughout the process, and executed above and beyond what I expected. Aside from the Shopify development work completed, they did a bunch of added design work to amplify our web look and transform our raw images into beautifully crafted pieces that work so well on the website.
