One day before thanksgiving when i called their office 3 times finally Ben and Joella spoke with me and this lady Joella actually said I need to give her more time and allow her to work and Mr Ben was angry that I said everything is chaotic and that I was trigerring him .I paid them so much money , i paid for their mistakes . I donated money for their charity event . Not once have they apologized or showed any remorse on the contrary they seem upset and bitter that i ended the professional relationship. All through these interactions Joella will appear and then disapper for a few. She answers emails and messages only if she feels like it . And much much more ... oh boy !
