I needed to re do my web site and I was looking on line to find the right company for me, knowing that I am extremely picky. I contacted Mad Mind Studios (who I found on the web) about animating my production company's logo. I'd had it done years ago, but had lost the file. Omid returned my internet query quickly and we had a call about what I wanted. I sent him the artwork and he promptly send me two quotes: one with very simple movements and the other on more detailed actions. His prices were so reasonable, I elected to go with the detailed actions. He gave me several options to choice from and then promised to turn the project around in 6-8 business days. And then I became "that" client and changed my mind about what I wanted just a few hours after committing. Omid took it in stride and said no problem. I then took two days to get him the audio and in the process, figured out that I wanted to make another change to what I'd previously asked for. I called Omid, sure he was going to make a big deal out of me changing my mind yet again. He was awesome and said no problem. The next morning, he had his first pass in my in box.
