We used this company base on a friends referral, since we were more on the commodity side of the business dealing directly B2B. We had zero online exposure and no retail shopping cart. All this change after meeting with Mr. Hsieh. He explained the steps involved and gave us an analysis of our industry and what to expect. Since we were limited on a budget for this project, Cybertegic had some custom packages that fit our needs. It was an easy process and the time frame from start to launching the website was within a few weeks. I held back this review for over a year so I can see the back end of their service and support. I can safely say it has been professional. My staff has no complaints, as we know happy staffs = productivity. I will update this post if anything changes, however at this point we are happy, but keep in mind we did not do a comparison with any other internet marketing company. So maybe we are getting subpar service and we don't even know it.
