I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were just cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning. read more

Based on yelp reviews we decided to try this company for our rebranding logos and magnets we sat down and express what we were looking for and were told they would work on the logo for us. We were sent a few designs that we were not so satisfied with as we had seen similarities to other businesses logos. We asked if maybe they could design something different and we ended up being told to draw what we wanted and send it in. If I paid 300 for a custom design logo why do I have to do the logo? We decided to not to proceed with them and asked for a refund which they refused to because we did not have the physical receipt at that moment even though they could easily pull it up on their system with customers information. By the time we found the receipt they told us it was too late to get a refund. Wasted a total of $432.30 for nothing. Wish the experience would have been better. read more

I wish I could've had a good experience with them but unfortunately I didn't. I saw all the good comments stopped by and from the go Veronica had a very shitty attitude . Extremely rude and unprofessional.l've worked with many graphic designers and I have never gotten treated the way I have here by her. I came in on Friday and reached out on Monday afternoon to see if the files were good , through this number where she answered she seemed busy and not Interested to help she cut me off didn't even ask to get my name down. I was patient. I waited , still no update from her. I called again a couple days later to see an update she still didn't have one. I waited patiently it was already a week out and still nothing. Two weeks passed gave me a wrong design and mocked my old graphic designers after she said she could make it work , NO options, just one design and it was wrong -- she still wanted to charge me more to make it right! Very happy with my results. I ordered 8 custom graduation shirts that needed to be done by the next day and VERO was able to make it happen.

This is my second review because A) I've never really cared enough to write a review about anything and B) I'm just too lazy and selfish to invest time in my day to write nice things about anything. Running a small business in downtown long beach takes a lot of work but working with both Jose and Veronica made it that much easier to come up with the final design for my business cards and the window signage.
