I had a great experience with this company even though it was last minute they executed what I wanted for my banner.

Worst customer service I've ever received. I do not recommend using this company. I had been recommended this place from a school I was working at previously. I sent the information of what we wanted and sent pictures from the school I worked at. We were trying to get some banners done. I received an email saying they were on vacation and would get back to me when they came back. I waited about a week and emailed back to see what was going on. I received an email saying they would charge us the same as what they had charged my previous school. Mind you, they had more banners made and others as well. So I emailed them explaining that, and received just amounts for sizes, no apology. I asked my office manager to call so she could pay for the banners. She spoke to someone and they said they would have an invoice to pay by the following day. We didn't receive a call or email with anything. I called after a week, and was told the owner was in a meeting and would get back to me within 15 mins. Hours passed, and I called back, the owner said he would call me back as he was driving. I told them we would not be using their services. read more

Rapid-O-Print did a great job on my logo banners. Quality of the print and scrim was beautiful. The banners were custom sized - larger than the common, and this was not an issue at all. Grommets were heavy weight, and the hems were nicely finished. I also really liked how their team helped me achieve a desired color, that varied from my artwork file. Gold is a hard color to hit, but they had patience with me and allowed several strike-offs and adjustments. Each instance, they also provided several options. Would definitely continue to order banners from them, and will look into their other products/services. Price, quality, and quick turnaround is unmatched. Highly recommended. read more

I needed a custom print done within a few hours because an online order I made somewhere else was delayed and I wanted to give my friend a collage for his birthday. I called Rapid-O and talked to Alex and explained what I needed and that I needed it that day. Alex was super helpful. I emailed him the photos and we coordinated back and forth very quickly. He sent me a proof, I sent him back some edits, and he sent me the new proof. He even put it on a really cool template to go along with the theme of the pictures. Rapid-O-Print rescued me. I had hired a guy I found on craigslist to design and print my tradeshow booth graphics. With only a week and a half before the show the guy informs me that his printer's machine was down, and for me to go get quotes. In a panic I found Rapid-O-Print on Yelp and decided to take a chance based on the reviews, and boy I'm glad I did! Alex cleaned up the work the Craigslist guy did, and did the graphics for my price sheet, which I gave up on with the other guy.
