I'm thorn leaving this review because we've used them several times and they do good work, but the customer service is just not there. I like good and reliable work, but I also like to be treated like it matters to them that I'm giving them my business, not treated like they're doing me a favor... because I'M PAYING. Their prices are not particularly cheap. We've used a small place in Hawthorne before called A.R.T printing, and they're fantastic; but we decided to go with ORB because we've used them before for this specific kind of work we needed, and they're closer to us. Nonetheless, I think I'll look for someone else since I know I can find someone as good as ORB with better customer service read more

They are great they will make your menu/sign in a heart beat but as all business know we constantly have to change prices orb does not care. They will ignore your emails for weeks about price increases. So in short if your a restaurant that is ever going to raise your prices don't get your menus/signs from orb unless your never going to change your prices. read more

This place is the best! I'm not even kidding, they took 1 day to have it printed exactly the way I wanted it. Just remember they need exactly what you want on a file with high resolution. And to top it all off, they stayed open even though I was running late and owner stayed after hours just so I can this for Saturday. Was disappointed that the price quoted was not what I had to paid even though I was very specific over the phone. I ordered vinyl decal of letters and when I got it, it seemed like they cut the outline of each letter by hand and a x-acto knife instead of a machine. They were charging $20 for installation. I have a friend that works in Pre press productions and helped me installed. she mentioned they did a crappy job because of that and the letters had specks random colors. read more

ORB printing did an outstanding job. I spoke to them at about 8am about some possible ideas on getting something printed. I sent them a photo, and I spoke to them on the phone about 3 to four times to confirm the print. They finished it about 4pm. I got to the shop and picked it up just before they closed and went to my brothers viewing with the poster in hand. What a beautiful memorial poster for my brothers celebration of life. It pains me to have to write this review but since the owner refuses to have a simple conversation with me. It took me telling him that I would resort to leaving an honest account as to what happened for him to have a phone call where he yelled and hung up on me to which I called back and had a half decent conversation with him. I am the assistant to the owner of the business I called for. In 2018 there was a deposit left for 2500 for window signage and unfortunately, we did not proceed with the job fast forward to 2022 I called to see if there was any way we could get that deposit back. Laura was amazing in helping find the info I needed and informed that the owner Oscar said that he not refund it. As a happy medium I suggested that maybe they could refund us half. As Laura and I were talking Oscar began speaking loudly to where I could hear he was upset and then took it upon himself to hang up on me. (The reason I know that is because I called back, and Laura told me) Oscar then called me back, yelled at me and told me that if I put a negative review, he would take me to court and hung up on me. I called back one more time and stated that I would be leaving an honest account as to what happened. Oscar finally spoke to me and told me that I'm not anyone here and to have the owner call me. I expressed to him as the assistant I was given a task to try and find a resolution, but he just became angrier and proceeded to treat me very disrespectfully. At one point in the conversation, I did apologize to him as I did keep talking over him because I was not able to give him a clear explanation of what I was trying to do. I also explained to them that although their offer to come out and do signage for us it was not needed, and it would not be needed in the future. read more

These guys must be swamped with work. About a year ago, I tried getting a quote for new Menu's and was left with a "I will get back to you". I decided to give them a try once again for new Menu's and again, was left with "I will get back to you with pricing".
