For the baby boomers and Gen x: This is a fine establishment with great printers and staff. Very professional and Andy, I believe the owner, knows how to help and guide what you need. If you already know what you need he's on it and getting it done. I went in for some simple copies and he actually didn't even charge me because it was like $2 worth. I obviously came back and asked for nice glossy stock for another project and was happy to pay the price. Don't go to the Fedex for your copies. You will literally waste time like I did. This place is great! The people who work there are fast and very friendly. The person i spoke to Jim, he was fast to answer all my questions through email. The work was done perfectly, it was cut correctly and the my flyer job was done with in an hour. Best Prices i've seen so far. I went in on my lunch looking for 4 x 6 envelopes for my son's birthday invitation, I showed Andy (looks like he might have been the owner) the invitation and he said they were nice and he asked how much I paid, he said he would've charged me 15 cents cheaper than what I paid, next time this will be my spot especially since I throw a lot of parties. He said 4 x 6 envelopes were very hard to find but he would see what he had, he went looks like to a storage room and returned with a box of envelopes that were almost the size I needed, he said they were 10 cents a piece so I took them they were a lot cheaper than Office Depot. I asked him what other services he provided and he said "everything", I was planning to blow up my invitation to display at my sons birthday so I asked him if he can do poster size. I sent him the file and within minutes he printed it for me, and the quality was amazing they actually looked better than the invitation itself. He charged me only $3 for 7 posters!!!!! Wow, talk about quick and excellent customer satisfaction!!! I will definitely be coming back here for all my printing needs he was able to get everything I needed all at my lunch break I was in and out within 10 minutes and it was a memorable experience!! I went in because of two reasons, it was near a food plaza and because I like to give small shops some business instead of the bigger business that provide lesser service. SO GLAD I did. I didn't have something to load my file after scanning, the holder for my scan disk was in my car...no problem, the person in the back said he would find his. They completed everything quickly and I couldn't believe how reasonable the fee was, SO generous! By the way, it was an employment application, in this tough economy it is so hard to find honest business, so glad I found this place! :):) read more
