Scam Alert!!!!!! Where do I start? I found this company through a friend, but I'm guessing this friend has never full went through with a order. And they only recommended them base off of location. Initially everything seemed to go well, we started our conversation about what I need and what I was looking for over Instagram DMs. Being that he seemed very knowledgeable in what we were needing & wanting we move forward with placing a order after providing pictures & detail text about what the desire outcome for our shirts would be. We where asked to pay a deposit which seemed fair, and said upon completion to send the finally payment. My bf was in conversation with him via email during the payment stages, I asked my bf if he had seen a sample before making a payment and he stated no. Rather then get upset with my bf I asked him to request a picture. He emailed them and no reply, prior to receiving our money the email replies were rapid and consistent. I made serveral phones call and finally got someone on the phone who emailed a tracking number saying my order was shipped. (I now believe that tracking number to be fake after reading other reviews) when I put the tracking number in it stated that there was no information available. I have called, email, and DM to no avail. My next order of action is trying to go about obtaining a refund. Do not give this man your money save your time. read more

I've worked with a bunch of different screen printers out there, all varying from price to location. I stumbled across these guys on Instagram a few years back and decided to give them a shot. My first order we had some communication and turnaround issues but honestly the prices these guys offer are unbeatable and the first shirts I ordered held up great (no cracking in the print after hundreds of washes) I recently re-ordered a pretty detailed print and I was super happy with the outcome. Turnaround was about 3 weeks, and for tag printing and poly bagging you won't find a better deal. This is most definitely the best printing place I've gone to get some printing make on some T-shirts. Dean the owner can make anything happen. I was recommended AGNS Printing from a friend. I was attenting an event and i needed my logo printed on some drawstring backpacks that I had. Every company that i had called prior either couldn't do the printing or the wait time was weeks out which didn't work for me since i needed the bags in just a few days, so I'm glad I found them after making numerous calls to other places with no luck. This company is highly unprofessional. After a detailed description of what I needed I went there in person, discussed the design. I left cash and t-Shirts and was assured that the design was no problem. I was waiting for a call on the final quote. I was never called. Many calls later, he finally told me he couldn't do it. I must assume he was avoiding me - my call was only answered calling from a different number. It has been about 3 month and I yet have to get my material and money back. So far I have only ordered business cards from them and I am very impressed with the quality and the customer service I have received so far. We are located in Houston so all the communication took place via email or phone call. Although we did have a misunderstanding as to the approval of the proofs but that was mostly because my iphone did not show the images. However, we worked it out. I am surprised to see the negative reviews on here. But I see that it has a lot to do with tshirt printing. I do appreciate that they did own up to their mistakes and are willing to make it up. This was my first time ever getting shirts made and dean gave me a great deal on each shirt. He said the design could be done & would only take about 2 weeks. I needed them by a certain deadline for a school event. My only problem was I didn't get the shirts the day it was promised. Dean explained to me that the material could not be printed the same way T-shirts can because the plastic would melt with the heat, but he said there is an alternative and gave me the price. Dean is very helpful and open to any questions or concerns you may have, he made sure we were both in the same page as far as details. His turn around time for a typical order is usually one week but depends on the order. Got a quote from the owner it was a fair price the quote was for a 1 color print. Went to drop off a dozen tshirts at the shop the ower wasn't there to receive them(STRIKE ONE). Ended up leaving the shirts with a buisness partner including a 50 dollar deposit did not receive Any paper work no reciept or invoice(STRIKE TWO) he told me that they will be calling me soon for a update about 4 hrs went by I decided to call the owner back he told me the design needed to be fixed for better resolution it took him about a day after that he told me that my shirts would be done by within a wek I said ok a week comes around I haven't been updated on the process no calls from the buisness and no texts either finally I called the owner no answer I remember the buisnes partner giving me his buisness card so I called to see what's was going on. He answered he said that the owner had a family emergency and he will let him know I called I didn't get a call back for about two days finally the owner calls saying sorry about the wait that my shirts are printed on but not dried do to his dryer breaking so he told me hes going to use another shops dryer that he will keep me posted note he's four days late on my shirts already so I wait for a call no call this is already beyond STRIKE THREE. I'm pissed so I decide to go to the shop I show up and on his website his store hours say open at 10 am I show up at 1130 the shop was still closed wow so I call him he answers finally he invites me in and as I look my shirts are in the back ready to be printed even though he told me that my shirts were already printed LIAR so he's explaining to me what happend and that he bought a new dryer but is waiting on a electrician to install it I finally was to my last nerve and told him I wasn't going to pay him the remainding balance that I had with him he said ok and finally I received. My shirts the next day even though I lost out on a vendor that was suppose to sell the shirts for me.But if you ask me I had a bad expierence at this shop. read more

Unfortunately i did not have a good experience with AGNS Printing... Definitely a waste of time (1 1/2 months) and money, do not even bother to get your shirts printed here. He does have good pricing on getting your shirts done, but comes with a cost. 1) When I first got "my"shirts, i got someone else's shirts. Waited three weeks to get shirt that weren't even mine Then expected me to ship the shirts to the guy who cancelled his order and dean told me to keep the shirts instead. 2) Lied to numerous times about my shirts being shipped out but he just kept giving me fake tracking numbers. I don't know if he just made up numbers but that is a HUGE inconvenience for someone who paid for a service and not follow thru on their services. 3) I ordered 24 shirts, i only got 20 when i actually got my shirts (took a month to get them) 4) He didn't even bag my shirts, he had the bags sent to me a week later. 5) The lines on the shirts were way to thin. One way he could've fixed it, is by sending an artwork proof to be approved. Dean said that it was his illustrators fault. However, he did send me some white shirts for free and the lines on those shirts were fine. 6) I asked for inside tag print and i had 5 shirts that had the inside tag print on BOTH sides. I learned NOT order out of state to get my shirts printed because this would not have happened if i lived in California. read more

Had lots of work done there, from custom logos on Aprons to flyers and business cards. They did a great quality job every time and at an unbeatable price. Dean, the young guy who runs the place, personally makes sure the customer is always 100% satisfied.
