From the start, Diana was super helpful and easy to work with, answering all my questions from when I put my deposit down in September all the way to my appointment in December. She also sent regular updates and photos during the process, which I really appreciated. Peter did an amazing job with the install. You can tell he genuinely cares about the details and fitment. They even removed the spoiler and badges before applying the PPF, which made a huge difference in how clean everything turned out. When I picked the car up, there were no gaps around the front lip, badge, or spoiler, everything looked clean and properly done. There were actually some gaps from when my front lip was originally installed, and Peter took the time to fix it and make it better than before. I've seen work from more expensive shops in the area that honestly doesn't look this good. These guys treat your car like it's their own. Diana and Peter are real car enthusiasts, and it shows. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.
