Extremely livid with this establishment. I came in last Thursday to place an order of 10 tanks for a Bachelorette trip to Vegas tomorrow. I talked to Victor who assured me they would be ready in a week, so by end of day today since we depart to Vegas early tomorrow morning. I send them my information & all details for my order the same day. Ricky said they would send me a final invoice and a final design so that I may approve. TUESDAY came around & I figured because of the long weekend they must have been busy. I called to see if they could give me an update. Ricky tells me he will send me the invoice along with the final design for approval. Nothing was sent. I called Wednesday and spoke to woman who told me she didn't have an update. She would take down my number and have someone calm me with an update. No call. Thursday morning comes around and I called the shop. They tell me they don't have the tanks that they have to pick them up from another vendor but that they would be ready by end of day not to worry. Well at 7pm i received a call from Victor telling me that they didn't realize they didn't have enough material to make all 10 shirts I ordered. Only 8. Really? I would have understood if they would have told me this at the beginning of the week and I could have gone hunting for another place. But instead they decide to procrastinate and over book themselves, leaving things to the very end and not delivering promises. Now we have no shirts to take for my best friends bachelorette. Both occasions I have used Premiere, I have been very satisfied. The first was to purchase an individual shirt for my friend. Being that they have a great selection of shirts, that was no problem. Next I had to order a bunch of shirts for a school club I advise, and sure enough Premiere came through with quality shirts at a great price in a resonable time frame. Had a horrible experience here. I placed a small t-shirt order and paid in full & they totally ghosted me! I called multiple times, left messages and emails and they never responded. I had to walk into the store again and talked to Victor directly. He assured me that my order would be filled and to call again around noon on the day of pick up. Again, GHOSTED! No answer on the phone or emails. So the end result was: my order was never filled & I requested a refund via email. AMAZING JOB! So, just to give some background, I'm a master procrastinator. I have an art gallery coming up in a couple of days and I was frantically contacting different screen printing shops the week before for quotes on customized tote bags. Most places either wouldn't reply or couldn't accommodate for my order (my images had too many colors, they couldn't print on canvas, they were going to take too long, etc.) HOWEVER, a short hour after contacting Premiere they had a quote for me which was HALF of what other shops were trying to charge me. They were polite, professional, and PROMPT. I dropped my order of 50 tote bags (25 canvas and 24 cotton) with four different images that I wanted to be printed on the bags (all color) on Thursday, and they already had it ready for me to pick up by Monday. As a last minute gift I decided to buy my daughter a chef coat and have it embroidered. This was all on a Friday and I needed it embroidered by Sunday. I called many places and all told me it would take at least 5 days turn around. I called Premiere and they told me to come by before 6pm. I arrived around 5pm that Friday and explained what I needed. Not only did they say they would do it but charged me less then any of the other places I had called. The coat was ready for pick up the next day and it looked beautiful! They helped make my daughters birthday extra special as that was the gift she loved the most! On a side note, I had spent all Thursday evening trying to find a place that sold the chef coats. Finally found a place and had to drive there during lunch to buy it. I mentioned that to Victor at Premiere and he said he could've gotten that for me too! I call twice to get an update on the order and was told that I would receive a call back on the update of my order. I never received a call. I finally received PART of my order two weeks later. However, on 9/9/2016, one month later the order is still not ready. Do not promise a customer that a uniform will be ready in a week and not complete the order and NOT update the customer on the progress of the order. I would give them zero stars if I could. It really hurts me to do this one ... Ok so a few years back I walked in to this T Shirt shop. When they first opened , and thought "Hey Ill give this place a shot". I love supporting local indie Businesses. The owner was a really nice man, was able to help me, and was very reasonable with their prices. I had ordered a short run of T shirts for my employees and was very impressed by their quality . Turn around time was pretty fast. Cool... Now fast fwd to the present . I walked in again with high hopes of receiving that same experience, and more this time, since I was looking to do a much higher run (amount) of T Shirts. But to my disappointment that did not happen. The new young guy who is running the store did not give me that experience. Now as a business owner my self I give every customer my undivided attention. Now granted he was the only one in there working the shop so I get it . But there is a way to excuse your self from one conversation to pick up a ringing phone , and telling another customer that you'll be with him or her in a minute. Now the young man wasn't rude. Its just that I think he doesn't have that customer service experience down to a tee yet.. , Which once again as a business owner, I would not leave such personnel alone in a shop to deal with walk in customers. Prices: Ouch !!! As we started discussing prices I was shocked how much they were charging per shirt and set up fees. I have been doing research on prices . and In my findings I have noticed an increase in rates. But they were trying to charge me top dollar on their shirts. I had to walk out , and take my business elsewhere. I really wanted to do business with them. But I just felt that their rates were waaayyyy too high. I went down about five blocks East. And found a T shirt shop who charged almost 45% less of what Premier was trying to charge me. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Brought my daughters cardigan vest to have her name embroidered and school patch sewed on. Brought it in on a Wednesday was told it would be done in 2 days. Called 5 days later because we hadn't received a call back to pick it up. I was then informed that the vest was MISPLACED and they'd call me back in a few minutes when it was found. 2 hours later still no phone call, so we call them. We didn't get any apologies for the mishap. We were told it would be ready the next day, no problem. I go to pick it up the next afternoon and it's still Not done. At this point it's already about a week since I've taken it and it still isn't finished. I asked for a refund and took the vest and left. It was a HUGE waste of time. If someone is reading this and is considering bringing their uniforms over from uniformity, DONT!! So unprofessional. read more

Horrible customer service. The girl in the front is incredibly rude (over the phone and worse in person cause you actually get to see her rolling her eyes). They didn't seem like they were interested in helping. Who knows maybe they were having a tough couple of days, but I also work in customer service and I would NEVER treat anyone like the way I got treated here. Even if you are not able to do what is requested, there's a way to communicate with the customer other than "well sorry see ya." Ended up printing the shirts myself, did everything they said was impossible to do (I guess not so impossible right?), and they came out perfect. Came here for my daughter's softball team shirts and they couldn't deliver on the date they said they would be ready, but I really liked the work they did so I gave them a second chance. I ordered a custom hat for work and I was told it would be ready in a week, well 18 days later and a few excuses later no hat. If I promise a customer something and that customer has been accommodating I would have the work done as promised. I wish I can give them 0 stars because they have the worst customer service. Ordered and paid for school shirts 2 weeks before school started and was promised shirts will be ready before school started. Friday before school started I called to check on my order and that's when I was notified that only half my order was fulfilled and the other half were on back order, they never thought to call and let me know so I can make other arrangements for my children to wear their uniform for the first week of school. I was told my order would be ready in one week. One week and a day later I called, once again, to check the status on my order and again I was set back another week. Another week later after I had to call to check in since they do not have the common courtesy in notifying their customers, they decided they will only be able to give me a bigger size because the size I paid for cannot be fulfilled. Owner is not accommodating nor is he apologetic for not being able to fulfill a paid order. Will never recommend this place and I will complain until my children's school finds another vendor. read more

I needed pocket squares embroidered as gifts for my groomsmen and he looked it over and suggested heat press instead to ensure that the personal letter I wanted on the square did not ruin the fabric. In addition, I needed a hat made last minute and he took my order over the phone. When I asked about when he wanted to be paid, he said, "I trust you." The work that was created for my t-shirts and hats really made a statement. In fact, the hat he made for me made it all the way to the White House as I gave it as a gift to the Chief Technology Officer of the White House. For the price, the quality wasn't great and they went past the ready date without even calling to inform. Luckily, I gave a date 2 days before I actually needed them. There was light screen print underneath the actual image and the images weren't centered. It was pricey and it wasn't a good job. I wouldn't go back or recommend to others. read more

Tony said we have some shirts here, better for her. She Came down after work told him what she wanted and bam! It was hard to find a screen printing/embroidery shop that stayed open after I got off work during the week. I found them after searching yelp and asking different places their price points via phone calls and emails. I decided to give Premiere Custom a try. Victor and Tony have been nothing but awesome to work with. They cleaned up and vectorized our artwork, showed us a sample beforehand then put our logo and letters on shirts and tank tops. They did thermal heat transfer for 30+ shirts for us. They've been in business for awhile and I can see why! We will be back for more thermal heat transfers and embroidery work!
