Worse investment i ever had done. It was placed in the wrong position I had asked to be placed as well as the letters/Threading does not look great at all. It looks like they were counting every single thread to be used. The finish product does not look filled in also the letters T & R they messed up and the letter T is off centered one side is shorter than the other and the letter R is tilting down. Is as if they just kept on going did not even try to fix it. For the prices I was charged was not worth it at ALL.!!!! read more

I tried my best to be reasonable and understanding. I deliberately wasn't going to leave a review about my bad experience, but my final altercation made me change my mind. After two months of multiple service delays, the owner refused to take any responsibility for my poor customer experience. He literally called me to say, "I didn't do anything wrong, but what do you think is fair?" I had a logo designed and put on my hat that I brought in myself. For some reason, the logo design was changed, split, and separated in two, and awkwardly placed on the hat, which wasn't at all what I asked for. I took the hat home, figuring there was nothing I could do. The next day, I paid for a new hat at Lids and brought it back, asking to have it redone correctly. The owner was nice enough to offer the correction at no extra charge. After 3 or 4 days, I called to inquire about the progress. He said it wasn't done yet and told me, "I have your number; I'll call you when it's done." I wasnt in any rush, so I patiently waited. I waited two weeks! before calling again, to ask about the status. They had forgotten about it but promised it would be done that day. A few days later, I found the time to go and pick it up. When I arrived, the job was finished but incomplete. He told me I could come back AGAIN tomorrow to pick it up. (This is my 5th trip there) After expressing my irritation about not living close by, he offered to ship it to me. I agreed. I waited almost three more weeks! before finally calling back to ask what was going on. Allegedly, it had been shipped back to him, and he was going to call me about it (but he didn't. I called him). My wife, who was just as irritated as I was, offered to pick it up for me because she was off work. Then... I got my first call from them. The owner said that my wife thinks I deserve a refund, and he said he has done nothing wrong, so what do I think is fair. I simply stated that it would be fair to take responsibility for what happened. He proceeded to try to invalidate my experience with HIS perspective; and asked, "How can I make you happy? Do you want $20 back? $20 means nothing to me." Good customer service isn't to reluctantly offer a refund. There was an abysmal deficiency in acknowledging the customer's experience, and in taking accountability for continuous failure. THAT is bad customer service. read more

5 star experience to say the least! I had no expectations heading over here to get some embroidery done on a couple of hat samples and Ahmad helped make this experience super easy. Dropped off the samples and got the finished product in a couple of days. The embroidery is super clean and they even trimmed off the excess threads for a product that's ready to sell. Terrible customer service. I walked in and the girl behind the counter gave me a look like ,"oh great." I was looking for a stole for a graduation. Asked her for help and she just seemed annoyed. When I asked for her opinion or help, she didn't seem to care to offer any suggestions. When I finally decided on what I wanted to put on the stole, I was informed it was $25 for the name on one side and $25 for class of 2024 on the other side, plus $15 for the sarape stole. But I was willing to pay since I dropped the ball and didn't get one sooner. She told me I could pick it up the next day but that wasn't going to work for me. I needed it now. She said it would cost me another $20 to do it now. I asked how long it would take and as she roles her eyes told me she didn't know how long it would take. She had to stop all other orders. Of course, when I looked at the machines, she wasn't working on anything. When I asked for an estimate on time, she said she didn't know how long it would take the machine to sew. At that point, I lost interest in ordering anything there. Went to the Mercadito and found 2 Mexican stoles that were much much cheaper. read more

TL;DR This is a wonderful establishment with people who will work hard for you to make whatever it is you have in mind. Come here first before anywhere else - they're great people. I came to them last year with an odd request to convert some hand drawn sketches and illustrations into some shirts. I had been turned away by several other local shirt companies due to the complexity of the designs. Walked into iCustomize expecting the same answer. I was greeted by their employee Gaby first, she was bright and friendly even though she had been busy with a different client at the time. I explained what I needed and she proceeded to work with me to find exactly what I was looking for. They did the digital conversion and final prints for a great price. I've come back several times since then to have more designs printed and will continue to do so. The owner is super friendly and eager to make his customers happy. I'd highly recommend coming here for customizing anything. Oh, I forgot to mention this was during the Holidays too - they didn't have to work as hard as they did to meet the deadlines I had, but they did. And I was super grateful! All the printed shirts have lasted this long (about 4 months total) with no peeling or discoloration. After leaving my review, I received a call from him asking why I gave a 4-star rating. I explained that my review was detailed, so he should already know. He then mentioned the $5 discount he gave me, which I appreciated, but I explained that the issue was about the miscommunication. I also told him I could return and pay the $5 because, after my experience, that small amount wasn't the main concern. I paid $77.18 for my sash customization, so the $5 wasn't significant in comparison. Instead, I plan to donate that $5 to someone in need. I just didn't appreciate the tone of the conversation and the overall communication process. 4 star because the gentleman was nice. I dropped off my sash on Sunday, 01/18/24, and was told it would be ready the next day. I mentioned that I wasn't in a rush, which I understood to mean they wouldn't prioritize it over urgent orders--but not that they would set it aside indefinitely. During our conversation, I explained that I didn't need it until May when I walk the stage, but I finish my program in February and was just waiting for my cap and gown to take pictures. The gentleman who assisted me was very nice, so I assumed "no rush" meant it would take about a week, rather than the same day as advertised. A week later, I went back, and the girl at the counter told me it wasn't ready but would be the next day. When I called to check, I was told other embroidery vendor takes a week, and because I said I wasn't in a rush, they assumed I didn't need it soon. After some discussion, I was promised a call by Wednesday or Thursday. By Friday, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the store. The man on the phone asked me, "Who told you we would call?"--even though it was the same person I had spoken to before. Then he said he would find out who promised to call me and get back to me--but of course, he never did. Turns out, my sash had been ready since Wednesday, but no one bothered to inform me. How was I supposed to know it was ready without a call? Poor communication and unnecessary delays. If you actually need something done on time, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I brought my son's graduation stole here to get his major embroidered on it. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and then showed me on the computer what the different font choices would look like. They matched the color of the other embroidery that was already on the stole exactly. It came out perfect! I brought the stole in with plenty of time and they turned it around quickly.
