This place is perfect!…read more I came in and the owner did my graduation sash in literally an hour. My friend also came with me and he finished his in an hour. Upon coming in, you should really contact him if you have any questions. I know it doesn't look amazing outside or inside but the work he does on your sash is amazing! He walks you through the design, what color thread you want and how you want your name, major, to be placed. Then, he would tell you to go outside (a bit weird I know) and he would bring out a print out to show you what it would look like. Once you approve it, you can go out for coffee/lunch and in an hour, it would be ready. Usually it takes a day so keep that in mind if you decide to do it with KMS. I am sure he is busy with other projects so be patient if he takes a bit longer!!! For $7 each patch, its seriously affordable. USC was charging per letter and it was just crazy in terms of price. There are other places that do it for roughly the same price but this place was just closer to me. :P I would say that this place is definitely student-budget friendly. Bonus points if you speak Cantonese because the owner is from Hong Kong and was a bit more opened to me when Cantonese came out of my mouth. Overall, cool guy, good work, and affordable for a college student! I would contact him again if I need anymore embroidery done. :)

When I got there, the owner (i'm assuming) was helping someone else and there were still 2 others waiting before me. I waited 30 mins outside before I left. If you are going to be making "appointments," abide by the times you give your customers and don't overbook. I understand it's peak graduation season but don't give false hope for those who go out of their way to give you business.

I'm a PEP (Parent Educators Partnership) Parent of McKinley Elementary School in San Gabriel. I've…read moretaken the responsibility to help with our apparel sales fundraiser and have been looking all over the internet for a reputable and reliable apparel printing service. So I can say, I hit the jackpot when finding LAB. When I first contacted Andy (Co-Owner), he was very professional. Andy listed to our schools needs and made time to explain what his company provide. He is clear, thorough and straight forward. He does not mislead you and if he makes a mistake on his end, he takes responsibility and fixes any issues we may have. Andy invited me to their shop, LAB in South El Monte, which is super inviting. All apparels he has available that he has to offer is hung nicely on racks ordered by company. Near by is a bar, which to me shows that they love to work and play at the same time. I met German, I believe he's the co-owner and is the main screen printer. German is also super nice and also very clear and straight forward. German explains the screen printing process, shows me the screens, how they are printed on from a computer, how the printer works and much more. I felt very welcome anytime I come to place, review and pick up orders. They do not have anything to hide. I design our school logos, which makes it an easier process for our school, and LAB does not care what the designs are and if they come in one color. Andy does not reject any designs or sends it back to make any modifications. He accepts it, helps tweak it and/or improves it. He's very flexible. As for pricing, LAB is the best price in town. As far as my research goes. Andy has always work to meet or beat any competitors price. As for the products, we've ordered sweaters, long sleeve shirts and T-Shirts, all came out as I designed it and mocked up by Andy. All mock ups Andy creates gives our school a visual of what the final product looks like, it takes alot of time on his end, but it's great to see what our product will look like. Once our order is complete, all apparels ordered are nicely packaged, ordered and clean. It's been a pleasure to work with LAB, our partnership will continue for generations to come even when my kids leave McKinley. Thank you Andy and German. More orders are on the way!! -John V Top 5 Pros 1. Super Friendly 2. Easy to work with 3. Flexibility 4. High quality products and service 5. Delivered on time and complete

The most horrible screen printing company I have ever done business with in my entire life. Instead…read moreof addressing the issues and how they damage hundreds of dollars worth of my hoodies with their careless employees, they ask yelp to remove my review. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Great job with my patches. Wish they did a discount for schools. But still great work.read more
