Sam assured me he could take care of it. While we were talking, he asked if I had a minute and told me to just stand by. He took my sample shirt, duplicated the embroidery, and had me back out the door in about 15 minutes, even though he was already busy. What really stood out to me was not only the quality and speed of the service, but the way Sam treated everyone who walked through the door. While I was waiting, I overheard him helping another customer who was having trouble deciding what size uniforms to get for her kids. Instead of simply telling her what to buy, he suggested she take a couple of different sizes home to have her kids try them on and bring back whichever ones didn't work. That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. This place has that old school, neighborhood, business feel where people genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's becoming increasingly rare, and it's refreshing to see. Sam went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind and, honestly, saved my ass. The sash turned out really nice and was completed within a week and did a good job, and I'm grateful. However, her father, the one that does the embroidery, was coming off rude. When figuring out the placement of the design he seemed annoyed and was rushing. I understand we were late because we got lost, but we did communicate that right away. During pickup, he kept asking why we rang the doorbell multiple times, even though we only rang it once, and continued insisting that we did. When handing over the sash he placed it in a plastic bag and when I assumed it was included he asked for it back in a tone that came across rude again. I understand it's graduation time and probably busy, however be kind. I would still recommend because of Jasmine and the quality of the work, just be aware.
