I looked for a local printer that can do DTFs quickly. El Monte is a few cities away 15-20mins and was able to do a 24-48 hr turnaround. We coordinated by phone - email - and text. I was able to pick up quickly. I was not able to criticize their printing bec my project was mostly black transfers. But they look great and looks almost like silkscreen. The shop is small and is at the end of an industrial street. You ring the bell and they just hand you your roll of transfers. The end. My only gripe is the price (it was 30-35% more expensive than an online competitor) but i guess I'm paying for the speed of completion and convenience of being local. read more

I have spent over $1500 on transfers from this spot and had issues time after time.... Every time you reach out, they have some sort of excuse how it has to be operator error, or equipment issues. It's never has anything to do with their product but yet From operator to operator, even on brand new machines that are large format a lot of these are not sticking... complete waste of money complete waste of expensive high ounce garments!! read more

This was my first time using DTF so it was a big trial and error for me, though they do have awesome tutorial videos on YouTube. It came down to finding the right settings to use with my heat press and just stuff like that. I messed up a few shirts, so I recommend buying extra shirts and designs if this is your first time doing this! The ordering process was done all online and super easy to do. They have a calculator online to see how much your designs will cost. I used this since my designs were different sizes so I wanted to know how much it would cost. The directions were pretty straight forward and easy to understand for a first timer. Because I am local, I decided to do pick up. Their pick up process is seamless. They email and texted me notifying me the order was ready to pick up with detailed instructions on how to pick it up. So no guessing where to park, how to get to the building, etc. They were super quick with my order usually getting it within 1-2 days. So super fast turn around, which I needed! Overall, I ended up ordering the rest about 40+ pieces for our family reunion t-shirts and they came out amazing! It came out in one huge gang sheet that I cut up myself. The quality overall is great. Their customer service is excellent, they let me know the first time that my design was low quality and I was able to increase the quality of the design. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend going to Transfer Superstars for your prints/stickers etc. Just to give an example. I ordered a ton of prints through the mail and unfortunately UPS dropped the package off at a completely different address with a picture of a different house. So UPS sent me the claim forms to fill out and to reach back to them. I just had a thanksgiving trip and I couldn't get that done in enough time but by the time I got back from the trip. Transfer Superstars already filed the claim for me and reshipped the prints right to my house and when I came back from my vacation my prints were at my front door.
