This place advertised 16$ flat rate for passport/visa photos and digital is included and given I need 3 photos for 3 people done, this was the best value I could find. I called ahead to make an appointment and got a 9:30am Saturday, the lady was nice enough to be flexible as well and como date as early as 8:30am if needed. When we arrived around 9:20am, we saw they were closed! But around 9:30am, someone came and helped us out. The 3 different photos only took us 30min from take to print/email! Super quick. One thing I'd like to point out is that they know what photos the China visa processing will accept. And yes the photos were accepted and successfully uploaded! I have a son who cannot sit still or even let me take a photo by myself, the staff was super nice and patient! He was able to get great poses of my kid even though he was fussy.
